CHAPTER 131

131
FREE MAN AND SLAVE
The Upper House on 9 March, 2010 - instead of discussing the Budget proposals - passed a Constitutional Amendment Bill that reserved 33 per cent of seats for women in Parliament.
The Congress President described the passage of the above Women’s Reservation Bill as the realization of the dream of her husband. She said that the Bill was passed due to her determination. She disclosed that she took a calculated political risk in this matter. She asserted that the empowerment of the women was very important to her. She pointed out that her Government had passed the Bill. She hinted that the first step had been taken.
The words - first step - used by her were reminiscent of the Chapter 92. This work impressed her to that extent.
The above interview of the Congress President was telecast repeatedly by several TV channels. The women all over India wholeheartedly thanked the Congress President.
Anyone noticing the interview would think that the decision belonged to her and not at all to the manipulators. But the Bill was presented in panic with the expectation of public applause. This is a way to get rid of some unwanted Members of Parliament (MPs).
Slighting this work, the Union Government on 10 March, 2010 reiterated its decision to sell the shares of about 15 important Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) during 2010 -2011. A boy leader has granted permission for this.
India on 10 March, 2010 pledged an additional $67 million to Sri Lanka. In this matter, India is competing with China to give money to Sri Lanka. This decision is a danger to the security of India.
Now, India decided to open one more consulate in Sri Lanka. This decision was to check Chinese influence in the Tamil areas of Sri Lanka.
In this connection, it must be reiterated that India invited China to Sri Lanka. Now China is occupying the areas vacated by the Tamils. Therefore, India must resettle the refugees in their homeland by invoking the Indo- Sri Lankan Peace Keeping accord.
Police killed two militant people in the A.P. State on 12 March, 2010.
The Union Government on 12 March, 2010 sold 8.38 per cent shares of the public sector National Metals Development Corporation (NMDC).
In this connection, it must be pointed out that there are two former Chief Ministers of Jammu & Kashmir State in the Union Cabinet. This would not have happened without their permission. It is quite incredible.
Immediately after selling the shares of the NMDC, the Prime Minister said that India needed more educated people, more efficient economy, more equitable society, more creative people and more innovate people. This is his way of ridiculing others. Anyone could notice that whenever, he talks like this, one evil or other befalls on the nation.
A detached judge of the Supreme Court on 13 March, 2010 said that the real power of the judiciary was in the trust and confidence of the common people in the system. In this way, he approves the points presented in this work.
In this connection, it must be noted that the common people still consider the learned judges of the Supreme Court as the “Supreme Lords” of the land. However, the judges knew that they were unable to do certain things that they wanted to do. For instance, they knew that the tax exemption granted to investments in the hands of private individuals is unconstitutional because this creates a state within the state. If they had acted, income up to Re. 2.6 lakh per year would have invited no tax. Other things are similarly related.
THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 16 March, 2010 described $3 trillion foreign exchange reserves of China as a dead weight. It considered this as a weakness of China. It criticized this as a dysfunctional strategy of China. The paper forgot the simple fact that China is dominating the entire world due to its reserves. In this way, the paper is trying to focus the attention of the people to the wrong things. Evidently, four or five people would try to consume the remaining foreign exchange reserves at the earliest.
Now the media is discussing the Women’s Reservation Bill endlessly.
In this matter, it must be noted that the probability of the above Bill getting the Presidential assent is very less.
Thanks to the Bill, one third of the present Members of Parliament (MPs) would be deprived of their seats. One third of the MPs would not get ticket for uttering one or two words here and there. The remaining one third would be defeated. The leaders sitting in the front row alone would be re-elected. Some of their kith and kin also would reappear. Therefore, the present Lower House would not pass this Bill. The required number of State Legislatures also would not ratify this.
In a country like India, there exists only one throne. The man getting the mandate would sit on the throne and rule the nation. If he were a FREE man, he would give FREEDOM to the people. He will have nothing to hide. He would rule the nation in good faith. He would be an asset to the nation. In this case, the MPs would be like the stars of heaven.
In contrast, if he were a slave, he would not give FREEDOM to the people. He would hide his real nature. He would rule the nation in bad faith. He would be a great liability to the nation. Men or women, the MPs also would be slaves.
Now, the Government allows four or five people to siphon off $ 1 billion everyday to other countries from the natural resources alone. This is the money the people pay to a woman for giving a Government.
Not withstanding the above fact, the leader of the principal opposition party in Parliament- a woman- was seen dancing with two or three women leaders in support of the Bill.
Avoiding this show she must have given FREEDOM to Indians. At least now she must show that she has a spark of light in her to liberate the women from their abysmal ignorance. She must realize that the FREEDOM of Indians is in her finger tip. For this, she must try to become a FREE woman. Then she could dance with not only women but also with children.
The facts from 8 March, 2010 to 18 March, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 19 March, 2010.

CHAPTER 130

130
AN ARRANGEMENT
The last e-mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 27 February, 2010. Unlike in previous occasions, the copy of this was emailed to many Chief Ministers and some prominent political leaders.
There was total silence for some time. However, this time, the Prime Minister of India said that the populist fiscal policies would:
1. Lead to the depletion of the capacity to create new jobs.
2. Erode the investment climate and
3. Affect the ability of the Government to help the poor.
THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS reported the above on 2 February, 2010 in its front page headline news. This must be construed as the reply of the Prime Minister to the email submitted to the President on 27 February, 2010. This is how the Prime Minister is convincing the President and the Supreme Court.
In this connection, it must be noted that the Prime Minister did not refute the statement of the present writer that the Union Budget for 2010-2011 could have been for Re.22 lakh core.
A few years ago, the Government said that there were Re. 3 lakh crore in the Provident Fund account and another 3 lakh crore in the Pension Fund. Now, there must be at least Re. 4 lakh crore each in these accounts.
A rough calculation would show that the private parties are getting a profit of over Re. 10 lakh crore from spectrum, gas, oil and ores.
The Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) must have over Re.3 lakh crore as surplus money.
The public sector banks have a deposit of over Re. 45 lakh crore and about Re.25 lakh crore has been disbursed as loan. At least Re. 10 lakh crore could be used for budgetary purposes.
At least Re.1 lakh crore could be taken from the public sector Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
The people have deposited a huge amount of money in the Post Offices. The exact amount is not disclosed. At least Re. 3 lakh crore could be used for public investments.
From the above Re.35 lakh crore, the present writer has shown Re. 11 lakh crore only. Thus the budget for 2010 –2011 could have been for Re. 22 lakh crore. It is a conservative estimate and many people would put it over Re. 30 lakh crore.
In contrast, the Union Budget for 2010-2011, presented to the Parliament, is for mere Re.11 lakh crore!
1. It is true that the private companies are creating new jobs for the youth and others. But they are not using their profit from the natural resources in India. If the Government were ready to tap this money, the capacity of the Government to create jobs would increase tremendously. Many coolies would return from the Gulf countries and contribute their physical labour to India. There would be a ten fold increase in the employment rate of the educated people. The salaries also would increase. Evidently, the fear of the Prime Minister is an unfounded one.
2. By nationalizing the natural resources, the Government is not nationalizing the means of production as in the communist doctrine. The conditions of production would never change. The public asset alone would be taken for public welfare. It would have the effect of re-moulding India consistent with the Constitution of India. None would mourn over this. Even the private industries would welcome it because they would flourish due to large scale public investments. The demand would far outweigh supply. All industrialists would get a level playing field. There would be a congenial climate for investments. Therefore, the Prime Minister of India need not have any fear over this count also.
3. Greater investments and huge amount of money in the hands of the Government would have the effect of eradicating poverty instantaneously. The militancy in some parts of India would also come to an end. Any one going through this work would assure this to the Prime Minister.
4. According to 1970, 2 S.C.R600 case mentioned in Chapter 52, the Government must nationalize all natural resources to meet the minimum needs of the lowest of the citizen.
The militant people beheaded a police personnel and a civilian on 2 March, 2010.
A Union Minister on 2 March, 2010 said that 15 Indians had been killed by the militant people in the preceding 15 days. The media had not disclosed those killings. Therefore, the killings appearing in the media do not reflect the actual law and order situation in India.
A State Government announced its decision to ban the conversion of paddy fields into housing sites. This would enable others to buy their properties at a cheap rate. This would break the backbone of the farmers.
After giving green signal to the 3G spectrum auction, a leader touched the cheek of a ten year old boy. A national newspaper showed a photograph of this throughout India on 4 March, 2010. The media is showing this to the people due to “an arrangement”. Due to such shows, the people believe that there is no alternative in India.
63 people, including 37 children, were killed in a stampede on 4 March, 2010. This happened when they pressed a gate to get inside to receive free materials worth about Re.100. The condition of the people of India could be gauged.
“India would ensure return of black money from overseas”. The Prime Minister of India declared this in Parliament on 4 March, 2010. The Union Ministers and some others might have welcomed it by thumbing of desks as if it were their prescribed duty.
In this connection, it must be noted that an industrialist is getting a profit of over Re.75 thousand crore per year from one gas field alone. Another industrialist submitted this fact to the Supreme Court. The latter revealed this to the court due to his firm conviction that the former could be beaten by truth alone. This fact was not refuted in the court. This submission leads to a reasonable conclusion that a few individuals get a profit of over Re.10 lakh crore from all natural resources put together. Therefore, the present Government enabled them to siphon off about $250 billion in the last six years.
It must be noted that the foreign exchange reserves remain stagnant during the last few years. But for the present Government, the foreign exchange reserves would have increased to over $550 billion.
A present Union Minister and conqueror of riches had run between the manipulators and one or two leaders before the formation of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA). As a result the manipulators deserted the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and agreed to support the present arrangement at the centre. This conclusion is strengthened by the fact that one TV channel or other has been showing his countenance to the people in the last six years. This must be the reason why the present Government allows the private parties to take the money to foreign countries.
Now the foreign exchange in the hands of four or five individuals is sufficient to control one half of the world. Even the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) must be under their control. No wonder, the public sector TV channel, Election Commission of India and the Supreme Court are not disclosing the existence this work to the people.
Earlier, it was pointed out that the manipulators were keeping an eye on the foreign exchange. This matter was discussed in detail in Chapter 52. But for this writer, the entire foreign exchange would have disappeared.
This is not knowledge that must be kept as a confidential one. The Members of Parliament must “deliberate on this fully, and then do what they wish to do”. Her Excellency the President of India must facilitate this. Then the foreign exchange would swell and some sincere efforts would be taken to bring back the money from the numbered accounts.
On 5 March, 2010, the custom authorities of a port in South India seized 2 crore cell phone parts besides several other items imported from China. The importer has not turned up to take delivery. This confirms the fact that India is being converted into a vassal of China covertly. In fact, illegally imported Chinese bulbs, toys and others could be seen in shops all over India. This is another reason why the foreign exchange reserves remain stagnant.
A big Medical College was opened in the North-Eastern States on 5 March, 2010. Rejecting the facts presented in Chapters 124 and 126, the college was named after a former Prime Minister of India.
Ignoring this work, the Union Government is poised to receive applications for the auction of the 3G spectrum from 9 April, 2010. The Supreme Court should have asked the Government to give the reason for proceeding with the 3G auction without showing this work to the people. But this requires a team of detached judges in the Supreme Court. Apparently, the present Chief Justice would retire from service only after converting 1000 million people into untouchables.
All leaders are aware of this work. The inaction of the leaders is their action to block the flow of knowledge to the people. In fact, they are always cooperating with the Government to divert the attention of the people. If the leaders were not ready to inform the existence of this work to the people, they are not doing evil to the present writer. They are doing evil to themselves only by keeping 1000 million people as mere slaves. However, everything happens due to “an arrangement”!
The facts from 27 February, 2010 to 7 March, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 8 March, 2010.

CHAPTER 129

129
TOTAL DESTRUCTION
The facts from 7 February, 2010 to 14 February, 2010 were submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 15 February, 2010 through email.
Militant people killed 27 soldiers and a civilian in the West Bengal State on 15 February, 2010. A Union Minister described the killings as a heartless action. He added that the support of the intellectuals was standing in the way of solving this problem.
In this connection, it must be stated that the Government wants to transmit the natural resources to a few individuals. The Government uses force for this. At the same time, the militant people want to use them for public welfare. They use force to achieve their objective. Knowledge might solve the problem. But the Government and the Supreme Court are blocking the flow of knowledge to the people.
Describing India as a cacophonous democracy, THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 17 February, 2010 predicted difficult days for the privatization programme. The paper said that slow tentative steps would be the order of the day as the path ahead was a very difficult one. It revealed that the reformers were winning due to the pressure exerted by a boy leader of the Congress Party. This leader did not rebut the inference of the paper.
12 women field workers found 27 gold coins weighing about four gram each with Arabic inscriptions in the Tamil Nadu State. The police immediately recovered the coins. The coins –as per law - belong to the Government. But the liquid gold found in some places belongs to four or five private individuals!
India, on18 February, 2010 allowed two public sector oil companies to take 12.5 per cent stake in a China pipeline project in Myanmar. The circumstances that led to this are known to the Government only. The decision is injurious to the security of India.
Militant people killed 12 villagers in the Bihar State on 18 February, 2010.
The new president of the principal opposition party said that one should not hope to climb the political ladder by hitting out at others. He added that one should not try to gain something for oneself at the expense of others. A national daily reported this on 18 February, 2009 as its front page headline news.
In this connection, it must be stated that the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties depend upon four or five individuals for money and name. It gives them great pleasure to see that their faces alone are being shown in the media. Their inaction over the question of FREEDOM is their action to deny FREEDOM to Indians. Therefore, “all warriors on either side had been slain”. They had suffered total destruction. The fact that no leader has demanded the Government to use public assets for public welfare conclusively proves this conclusion.
A leader uttered the word “FREEDOM” on one or two occasions. But the people never understood its meaning.
The public sector Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) sold 53.52 crore shares on 19 February, 2010. The public sector United Bank of India also sold 5 crore shares without following any law. The public sector banks, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Unit Trust of India (UTI) and some private parties bought the shares. Locke says that where there is no law, there is no FREEDOM.
The Chief Minister of Jharkhand State touched the feet of a young priest. The print media published this photograph throughout India on 20 February, 2010.
It is pertinent to recall that, one day, a rational Prime Minister of India visited Ellora Caves. Standing before one of the caves, he lifted his grandchildren and asked whether his wish would be fulfilled. The priest had interpreted the meaning of the echo as “yes”.
The militant people killed three soldiers on 23 February, 2010 in the Jammu & Kashmir State.
The Railway budget for the year 2010 – 2011 proposed 700 Km for the doubling of rail line. At this rate, India would take another 50 years to complete the doubling work.
A police officer and a militant leader died in an exchange of fire in West Bengal State on 26 January, 2010.
The health authorities on 26 January, 2010 found a tea clouring centre in the Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu State. The name of the colouring material and its source are not known. The report gives the impression that the adulterators had been giving slow poison to the people. Most of the people, including the present writer, had been using the adulterated tea. Whether the colouring material had been produced for Kanyakumari District alone or for entire India is known to the Government only.
The Union budget for 2010-2011 was for Re. eleven lakh crore. It wanted to garner Re. twenty five thousands crore by selling the shares of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). In a congenial atmosphere, the Government would sell shares for any amount.
The Budget hiked the prices of petrol and diesel. Protesting over this, the opposition parties staged a walk out during the budget speech.
The Budget did not abolish the tax exemption granted to investments in Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds. Thus the Government ignored the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India.
In this connection, it must be stated that when the LIC buys shares for Re. one lakh crore the beneficiaries would not hesitate to give 10 per cent of this amount to political leaders, the learned judges of the Supreme Court, officers of the LIC and others. The Constitution of India does not allow this.
The Union Budget - as usual - was silent about the Re. three lakh crore in the Provident Fund account, another Re. three lakh crore in the Pension Fund besides the surplus money in Post Offices and in the PSUs including banks. This amount apparently goes in the hands of less than ten individuals.
Moreover, they get not less than Re. six lakh crore per year as profit from the natural resources.
Thus, the present Union Budget could have been for not less than Re. twenty two lakh crore.
Now, one half of the national income goes in the hands of less than ten individuals. The other half goes to 1000 million people.
The beneficiaries do not know what to do with this unlimited money. One part of the money goes to usurp public property in the name of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and another part goes to buy assets abroad. The rest goes in their numbered accounts and in the numbered accounts of others.
Obviously, the beneficiaries have the strength of the armed forces, investigation agencies, Supreme Court and the Government put together. This is the reason why this work failed to secure to Indians even a small space to drive a pin of FREEDOM.
Rejecting this work, the Government has started the 3G spectrum auction process. It would be auctioned on 9 April, 2010. The manipulators achieved this through the aid of a boy leader of the Congress Party. This conclusion is based on the 17 January, 2010 statement of the print media.
Spectrum and the natural resources cannot be given to all. It could be distributed among a maximum of 50 people. A man might come forward to give double the present amount tomorrow. Even then, it could not be given. It cannot be given to the King of Travancore or his subjects also.
Evidently, the Constitution of India forbids the Government from auctioning the natural resources in bad faith. Yet, this happens mainly because the judges attached to various companies dominate the Supreme Court. Another reason is that the present Chief Justice of India is not doing his prescribed duty of fighting. The inaction of the Supreme Court for the 128 letters before it is the action of the Supreme Court to transfer public assets to private parties. This gives the impression that the Supreme Court also has suffered total destruction. It is procrastinating to write even judgments in important cases of public interest.
The facts from 15 February, 2010 to 26 February 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 27 February, 2010 through email.

CHAPTER 128

128
INACTION IN ACTION, AND ACTION IN INACTION.
A Union Minister on 8 February, 2010 compared the president of the Congress Party to Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last Mugal Emperor. He added that the first Mugal Emperor was committed to Afghanistan but the last one was committed to India.
Two Chapters - 125 and126- had been emailed to Amnesty International. The present writer received the following reply on 9 February, 2010.
Dear Sabarimuthu Vyakappan,
Thank you very much for sharing the important document with Amnesty International.
Your email has been forwarded to the appropriate team and in all cases information is recorded and monitored to assist our campaigning and human rights research work.
Our researchers use a variety of different sources to verify all information received and may be in touch to ask further questions as soon as possible, otherwise thank you for the information. Your contribution makes a difference.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Online Communities Team
The public sector National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) decided to erect about 1500 billboards with pictures of the Prime Minister of India and a leader of the Congress Party on all National Highways at regular intervals. But the Office of the Prime Minister turned down this. All newspapers all over India reported this on 13 February, 2010.
Over bridges are necessary for highways over railway lines. But the NHAI is constructing big bridges for highways over small cross roads. Instead, there could be small over bridges or under bridges for cross roads. Thus the ways of the NHAI are not known. However, everyone knows that the local contractors are not benefited by the NHAI.
The above report about the Prime Minister served the purpose of boosting his image. The people, in general, felt that the Prime Minister was not running after any publicity.
In contrast, when a Prime Minister of India visited Trivandrum, he lifted his grandchildren and showed them to the people in a big public meeting. Some people were disappointed because this happened immediately after they lost the chance to see the legal heir to the throne of Travancore Kingdom as their future King. No leader is now going to this extent is a different matter.
It is clear that some beneficiaries of the present system planted the above story in all newspapers. The action of the Prime Minister frustrated the decision of the NHAI. But he did not identify the people behind the above story. This is the inaction associated with his action.
Further, the Prime Minister is not directing the media to bring this work to the notice of the people. This inaction of the Prime Minister is his action to block the flow of knowledge to the people.
Obviously, one could discern an element of action in his inaction and inaction in his action. This makes him a tainted leader.
Therefore, it is imperative that the portraits of all past and present tainted leaders must be removed from public offices.
Though it is a digression, it must be stated that France and Germany promised to save Greece from the present fiscal crisis. In Chapter 52, the present writer predicted the present fiscal crisis of Greece. Some other countries of the European Union will be also affected.
Coming back, the former President of India on 11 February, 2010 said that three women - Her Excellency the President of India, the Speaker of Parliament and a leader of the Congress Party- were leading the Nation to prosperity.
The media has been blacking out the speeches of the former President of India for the last few months. Now, as he clubbed the Congress leader with the President and the Speaker, the media reported this.
The present Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, during his farewell interaction on 12 February, 2010, mourned that a judge junior to him had been picked as the Judge of the Supreme Court. This shows that the present selection process is biased against some judges. However, he must have approached the court for remedy.
The Life Insurance Companies wanted tax relief in the impending Budget. Some newspapers reported this on 12 February, 2010.
In this connection, it must be stated that the Government shall grant any tax relief to any one. But it must be reiterated that no tax exemption shall be granted for investments in Insurance Companies and Mutual Funds. Now, the Government is forcing the people to pay tribute to some private parties through this. It is out and out unconstitutional. Her Excellency the President of India could seek the opinion of the unattached judges of the Supreme Court.
The inaction of the Prime Minister of India in the above matter is his action to transfer public money to some private parties. The beneficiaries, in turn, concertedly work for boosting his image. The Prime Minister shall not talk about consensus in this matter. If he could not do anything, he must initiate a debate in this matter.
A senior Union Minister said that he liked the Prime Minister because he did not impose his will on others and all his actions were through consensus.
One year ago the Prime Minister declared that he would not seek consensus to take any decision of national importance and went ahead with the nuclear deal. Now he attributes his inactions to lack of consensus.
Obviously, the Union Minister is attributing a good quality to the Prime Minister. It is said that a man does this mainly to ridicule another man. There exists a conspiracy to enhance the image of some leaders is a different matter.
A bomb blast killed12 people in Pune on 13, February, 2010.
“An intelligent man sees inaction in action, and action in inaction.” Some people might reject this as an abstract one. Now, it is clear that these words are a fact in real life situations.
The facts from 7 February, 2010 to 14 February, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 15 February, 2010.

CHAPTER 127

127
SHOW AND SATISFACTION
The Government on 29 January, 2010 postponed the auction of the 3G spectrum to September, 2010. This must be the repercussion of the last mail submitted to Her Excellency the President of India. This is the value of this work. This must go down like the postal privatization of Japan mentioned in Chapter 56. Alternatively, various pressure groups might have wanted the 3G spectrum for themselves. Whatever happened, an industrialist described the postponement as a “shameful” action.
Her Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, a leader of the Congress Party and the leader of the opposition in Parliament paid tribute to the Father of the Nation on 30 January, 2010. The TV channels telecast it. Whether they got any satisfaction or not is known to them only. However, it went down as a routine “show”.
“A man does each and everything for show or satisfaction”.
It must be noted that everyone cannot give information. But everyone could receive information. This is the reason why FREEDOM of speech is the right of the people of a nation as BODY to receive information. The Amnesty International also defines FREEDOM of speech as the right to receive information. The top leaders of the Nation are aware of the meaning now. They do know that there exists a latent decision to “strange” the views of others. But they enjoy this without the slightest compunction. Therefore, they are tainted leaders.
This condition existed during the period of the Father of the Nation. The then leaders did nothing to change this. Therefore, they were also tainted leaders.
The present leaders knew that a lawyer had been consciously converted into the Father of the Nation just as a boy is now being converted into modern day Father of the Nation.
The present leaders could give FREEDOM to the people even today and win glory. But the past leaders lost that chance. Therefore, the Nation shall not pay tribute to them.
Though it is a digression, it must be noted that the USA decided to sell arms worth $ 6.4 million to Taiwan. China immediately suspended military exchanges with the USA. China had threatened to invade Taiwan if it formalized its de-facto independence.
Coming back, militant people killed a man on 30 January, 2010.
The Union Government on 30 January, 2010 said that it was trying to find a political solution to the problem of Tamils in Sri Lankan. One day, India talks of a political solution to the Tamils. On the next day, India gives them agony and death. They have not overcome their deepest pain. If India did not want to bring greater calamity to them, Sri Lanka must be asked to withdraw its army from the Tamil areas.
The Union Government on 1 February, 2010 wanted to ban certain blogs. The Chief Justice of India immediately said that blogs with pornographic content and hate speeches could be banned. He, however, added that blanket ban on all blogs would not be right.
The learned judges of the Supreme Court withdrew the details of their personal bank accounts. The reason cited was that the Chief Justice of India got a letter from someone stating that all their money would be taken by some others using computer technology.
In Chapter 40 under Point No.6 the present writer pointed that that the electronic accounting system would fail. In order to avoid this, a suggestion was given to split the financial institutions into State level units. But the learned judges of the Supreme Court ignored it. Now they are alert to protect their money. At least now, they must realize the importance of this work. They must protect public assets just like they protect their own assets. Now, there must be separate foreign exchange accounts for every State, lest the entire foreign exchange would disappear. The people suspect that a huge amount of foreign exchange has already disappeared.
The National Rural Employment Guarantee (NREG) Scheme was on 2 February, 2010 renamed after the Father of the Nation. The scheme was started four years ago.
In this connection, it may be recalled that the present writer gave a suggestion to impose service tax on 1 June, 2001 in Chapter 1. Within one month, the Union Government implemented it. This tax is generating a huge amount of money. This money was used for the loan waiver scheme. This money is being used for educational loan scheme and for implementing the Pay Commission benefits. Many poverty alleviation schemes, including the NREG, are being implemented using this money.
In the letter No.4 dated 21-12- 2001, this writer pointed out that the coolies in the rural areas did not get job for even two days per week. The present writer, at that time, exhorted everyone to work with single minded devotion to change the scenario.
Again in the letter No. 5 dated 3-1-2002, the present writer, among other things, said that there was no work for coolies. Everyone was requested to avert a major humiliating crisis.
The present writer, in Chapter 41 Point No.9, said that jobs could be given to workers.
If no other person had pointed out this to the Government, this work alone motivated the Government to come out with the above scheme. As such, it should not have been renamed after the Father of the Nation. All schemes named after the tainted leaders must be renamed suitably.
The danger is that some leaders get the credit for such schemes. The people are simply adulating them. One could see virtually stampedes to shake hands with such leaders.
Rejecting Chapter 41 of this work, the Government sold 5 per cent shares of the public sector National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on 3 February, 2010. The public sector UTI also bought the shares. It must be noted that the Government has not recovered the money given to the UTI as loan.
This happens because the judges holding shares dominate the Supreme Court. They contaminate the entire system through their association. They want to give public assets to their Companies. They are a liability to the Nation. It must be noted that the Point No.4 in Chapter 26 prevented the then Chief Justice of India from hearing a case.
There are nine unattached judges. They are “free from contaminating association”. They want to use the natural resources for public welfare. They are an asset to the Nation.
Therefore, tell the name of a judge, the people will tell the nature of their judgement.
The Chief Justice of India must go through this work before constituting the Benches. If it were not feasible of compliance, the Chief Justice could go through Point No.8 in Chapter 16 and Point No.5 in Chapter 18. Further, all judges attached to various Companies must be forbidden from hearing cases of public importance. The Supreme Court should deliver the judgements of the cases before it without further delay.
The army killed four militant people on 4 February, 2010. On the next day, the militant people killed two army personnel.
A State Government on 5 February 2010 decided to give 4500 acre to a private Company for exploring iron ore. Had the people been allowed to know this work, they would have demanded the Government to use the Provident Fund or Pension Fund for this. A leader of the Congress Party travelled in a local train on 6 February 2010. It went down as a very bad “show” because it was an ironic reflection of the freedom struggle. But he derives satisfaction in such shows.
Now, the above leader said that he wanted to change the present system. This shows that he utilized his FREEDOM to go through the Chapter 126 of this work. Apparently, this Chapter impressed him. But the proprietors are not allowing him to grant the same FREEDOM to others.
During his journey, he mingled with the commuters. The surprised commuters gave great respect to him. He might have noticed that they were oblivious of this work. This might have given him great satisfaction.
It must be noted that the political leaders are not simply concealing this work under their coat. They are carefully concealing the treasure given to them. They “show” to the world that nothing is going on behind them. In this matter, they are following the ways of thieves. But it gives great satisfaction to them.
The facts from 29 January, 2010 to 6 February, 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 7 February, 2010.
