THE
FEAR
The last mail was submitted to His
Excellency the President of India on 12 August 2013. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court of India, Indian Army and
Indian Air Force. Later, it was sent through post to the President of
India and the Chief Justice of India; and posted in the blog www.
howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com
On
13 August 2013 the government hiked the import duty of gold from 8 per cent to
10 per cent.
India bought 3000 tonne of gold in three
years before Feb 2013 at US$1800 per
ounce. With the same amount, about 4500 tonne of gold could be bought now. This
benefit must flow to the people. But the government takes away this partly
by hiking import duty and partly by devaluation. As a result, every man pays
Re.700/- over and above its normal price for every gram of gold. This is the
tribute the people pay to the recipients of the Provident Fund (PF) and others
holding gold.
The tragedy is that the PF subscribers
are forced to wait for over ten years to avail themselves of the part-final
facility. This cripples the subscribers. Seldom has the government realized this.
The Sahara
group, on 14 August 2013, submitted in the Supreme Court of India, that Re.
22,000 crore had been refunded to the investors before it passed orders to
refund Re. 24,000 crore.
Justices
K.S. Radhakrishnan and J.S.
Khehar said that the contention was an incredible one.
This is the condition everywhere. Most of
the share holders are fictitious. Less than 1 per cent of the shares remain in
the hand of the real share holders. Many board of directors are either
fictitious or nominated to represent black money.
The Supreme Court now simply beats the
bush.
An explosion occurred abroad a Russian
built Indian submarine, INS
Sindhurakshak, on the eve of Independence Day – 14 August 2013. The sub had
been overhauled in Russia 7 months ago at a cost of more than Re.480 crore.
All MIG planes purchased from Russia ended
in disaster. Now the sub has ended in disaster. Another disaster cannot be
ruled out in the Russian built Nuclear Power Plant at Koodankulam. However, the government is indifferent to the acute
mental pain of the people.
The
Reserve Bank of India, on 14 August 2013, banned Indians from using foreign
exchange for buying reality abroad.
The RBI, further, reduced the limit for
overseas direct investment (ODI) by domestic companies.
The RBI believes that the above action
would control the acquisitive greed of some people.
The profit from the exported mineral roams all
over the world as black money. What would the people do with this?
Tata Steel, on 14 August 2013, disclosed
that its capacity at Jamshedpur would increase from 6.7 million to 9.7 million
tonne per annum.
The beneficiaries of oil, gas, coal, granite,
bauxite, iron ore and other minerals do
not disclose even 1% of their income.
The Tata Steel cannot be a different one.
It might have exported over 100 million tonne of iron ore every year or to the
extent of the availability of ships whichever is the lowest.
The government must get about Re. 40,000
crore per year from Jamshedpur alone.
The net profit of the public sector Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) dropped
by 35 per cent during April- June quarter. A newspaper reported this on 14
August 2013.
At least five independent teams of
supervisors must check the transactions of the SAIL at different points to
ascertain its actual production, mode of remittances and payments.
His Excellency the President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukergee, in his Independence
Day eve address to the nation, on 14 August 2013, said:
1.
The
people must participate in the decision making at the level of panchayat.
Thus he says that the present writer should
not dream of going anywhere near Delhi.
2.
“Democracy
breathes through a responsible media”.
The beneficiaries of the public assets have suppressed
this work for 12 years.
Recently, the Lotus TV stopped a discourse because a sage wanted to utter the
name of this writer. Earlier, the public sector Malayalam TV channel had done
the same to another sage.
One would say that there is freedom to post this work in a blog. But the beneficiaries constantly send virus. Even if the
writer pays, someone in some place constantly breaks it.
3.
“We
need a judiciary that gives justice without delay”.
Thus he says that the judiciary must
concentrate on the pending cases and not in enforcing freedom of expression or
to dispose the papers before it.
4.
“The
next general election is a festival of democracy”.
He knows that sanniyasies from Narendra Modi to Baba Ram Dev, sanniyasinies from Mamata
Banergee to Uma Bharati and people
loving politicians from Ravisankar Prasad
to D.Raja will take away Liberty as
effectively as Prime Minister Dr.
Manmohan Singh and Congress President
Mrs. Sonia Gandhi.
The Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, in his Independence
Day address to the nation, on 15 August 2013, said that India achieved
unprecedented growth in the last ten years.
About one million people take away the
public money and the public assets. The growth of India is a function of their
prosperity.
One must die to know anything about the
life after death. Only if the present system dies, one would know anything
about the new system.
This
is letter No. 228.
The
Chief Justice of India has not enforced freedom of expression not because of the
fear that the people would demand the substitution of the image of Mahatma
Gandhi in the currency notes by the image of the present writer but because he
is afraid of facing death -to the
present system.
Torn between conflicting emotions of joy,
sorrow, anxiety and fear, the Chief Justice of India chose to sleep over 227
letters kept in a corner of the Supreme Court.
The
facts from 12 August 2013 to 15 August 2013 are being submitted to His
Excellency the President of India on 16 August 2013 at 11 P.M.
The same letter is being sent to the Chief Justice of India and the
Chiefs of the Indian Army and Indian Air Force for necessary action.
