288. INDIA: AN ENSLAVED NATION.

288

INDIA: AN ENSLAVED NATION

Justice H.L. Dattu was, on 28 September 2014, sworn in as the Chief Justice of India. He pledged to remain as a judge of the common man in the Bench.
The people expect him to do justice.
This man will not look at his injustice, if it leads to the creation of more jobs.

In his judgement in the disproportionate assets case against Ms. Jayalalithaa, Judge John Michael Cunha said that “a heady mix of power and wealth was the bottom line of the case”. He opined that corruption by public servants occupying higher positions encourages those in lower positions to indulge in such illegalities.
His observation shows that the principle prevailing in the soul of the judges of the lower courts are diametrically opposite to that of the learned judges of the Supreme Court.
The judges in the lower courts do not know the acts of corruption that take place at the level of the prime minister.
Despite hundreds of letters, former Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh gave a wink to transmit the Re. 3 lakh crore in the Provident Fund (PF) to a few private parties.
He could have brought the PF under his ambit and used it for public investments. Alternatively, he could have given the money to hundreds of private companies. He did not do so.
The money did not generate even 10 jobs. It generated a huge amount of black money or resulted in a colossal loss.
This is the biggest act of corruption in the world.
As the Supreme Court blinks at it even now, all court cases against all economic offenders are meaningless.
The judge, further, said that the huge accumulation of wealth by her was a veritable danger to the democratic structure.
There is no democracy in India. The judge does not know this.

Speaking to the Indian-American representatives at New York, Prime Minister of India Mr. Naredra Modi, on 29 September 2014, said that democracy is the biggest strength of India. He said that he would fulfil the aspirations of the people. He added that the act of winning elections is a responsibility.
Notwithstanding the way adopted to seize power, he says that he would fulfil the aspirations of the people.
The prime minister, on the same day, said that he wanted to convert the coal allocation judgement to clean up the past.
This gives the impression that he would ask the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to extract the minerals.

The Prime Minister of India had a meeting with his Israeli counterpart, Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, at New York. The latter asserted that sky is the limit for improving bilateral ties.

The prime minister had a meeting with the captains of the American industry. He requested them to invest in India before too late. However, they expressed their reservation.
In this connection, it must be reiterated that India gives public money through different ways to some companies and punishes the rest through raids and exhaustive court cases.
This is not acceptable to anyone. A concrete remedy acceptable to all law abiding companies had been given by this man.
Further, one would contend that the companies would run away if the natural resources were not given to them.
Even in the USA, the Microsoft is forbidden from undertaking mining works. Those doing mining work cannot invest their profit in other countries in whatever way they like.
In contrast, the Indian miners spread their money all over the world. They spread a little in India for selling vegetable. The chief ministers and the prime ministers get some reward either as cash or as position.
Thus India has not created even ten jobs in the last five years using the profit from the natural resources. Now, even the rank holders have no job!
The prime minister must put the matter in the proper perspective.

The President of the USA, Mr. Barrack Obama, on 29 September 2014, hosted a dinner to Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi at the White House in Washington. Mr. Modi gifted a special edition of Gita to Mr. Obama.
Mr. Modi described the meeting as “wonderful”.
They decided go together in defence, space, energy and may other areas for mutual benefit and for the benefit of all other countries. The visit was a great success.
The prime minister paid respects at a statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the Indian Embassy in Washington.
In this connection, it must be reiterated that Mahatma Gandhi  enslaved Indians. No other country is more completely enslaved than India.
“There are a few freemen as well as masters” in all enslaved countries. "Speaking generally the people and the best of them are miserably degraded and enslaved” in such countries.
The prime minister must give an answer to the above conclusion before paying tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru through his words or deeds. It is far more important than the “Clean India Movement” launched by him yesterday.

This is letter No. 288.
