THE
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
ABUSE
OF LANGUAGE
The
Union Government, on 7 October 2015, disclosed its decision to sell the shares
of the public sector National Thermal Power
Corporation (NTPC) and Bharat
Electronics Limited (BEL) to garner Re.5300 crore after conducting road
shows abroad.
This
is out and out unconstitutional. The reasons were given earlier.
There
is no dearth of money. But the government pretends that it has no money.
The
Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi,
on the next day, exhorted the people to fight against poverty. If no wicked
cause is behind the sale of shares, he would have described it as a step taken
to fight poverty.
The
people, on the other hand, trust that he would not give poison to them.
His
Excellency the President of India, Mr.Pranab
Mukerjee, 7 October 2015, said that the core civilisational values of India
should not be wasted.
A
special court for the Central Bureau of
Investigation (CBI) at New Delhi, on 7 October 2015, issued orders to frame
charges against Dr. Anbumoni Ramadoss. The charge was that he illegally granted
affiliation to two private Medical Colleges during his stint as Union Minister for Health.
The
unconstitutional nature of the prosecution was mentioned earlier in the work.
The
Supreme Court of India could have attached the corrupt money of Mr. Ramadoss and prosecuted the past judges
for maintaining a pervasive corrupt system.
But
it considers a few political leaders alone as orphans.
In
this connection, it must be stated that the Supreme Court of India is adamant in exercising its power without doing its duty.
It,
thus,exceeds its authority intentionally.
An
institution like the Supreme Court of India exceeding its authority is illegal.
It
is nothing but abuse of language.
This
happens because the courts are managed by the inducted judges.
The
appointments of all inducted judges all over India are out and out illegal.
All
their judgements are, naturally, illegal.
This is letter No.434.
