THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:

UNDOING THE PRINCIPLES  OF GOVERNMENT?

          The media, on 11 October 2015, sparingly reported that the Union Government is gearing up for next round of hearing.

          This is unconstitutional. The reasons were given earlier.

          Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi pretends to knowledge. But he does not say that the auction is  for the happiness of all. 

          Thus he defeats former Prime Minister Mr. A.B. Vajpayee in couupt practices.

          This leads to the conclusion that the ruling class want to loot the nation as much as possible.

          Only such corrupt practices of mankind made the principles of government.

          But the Supreme Court of India wants to undo this.

         Therefore, the government too exceeds its authority.

         There must be many people capable of explaining this  predicament.

         The tragedy is that they have no patience to write 434 letters - compraising 5000 pages – for such a long period of time- about 15 years.
