THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
CREATING DESPOTS?

There is a drastic reduction in the number of followers of the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia blogspot.com since the last posting. Now, there are virtually no followers from Russia.
The present writer knows his last letter and the present condition. What happened in between is not known to him.

Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and her son, Mr. Raghul Gandhi, appeared before a court in New Delhi on 19 December 2015. This is in connection with the so-called National Herald case.
The above leaders did not give freedom to the people to know this work. Thus, they failed to discharge their moral and constitutional responsibility.
But the Supreme Court of India conceals this from the eye of the people and prosecutes them for small offences.

Union Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, on 22 December 2015, filed two defamation cases against Chief Minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal.
There are hundreds of laws for damages. These permit a judge to use his discretion or indiscretion to admit a defamation petition.
But, there is no law for freedom of expression.
Therefore, the Supreme Court of India does not treat these letters as a writ petition to grant freedom.
In fact, the court is extremely reluctant even to define the phrase freedom of expression.
The people must know this.
But they have no way to know this.

In the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board scandal – also called Vyapam scandal- a court at Indore, on 26 December 2015, sentenced two persons to three years of rigorous imprisonment. The punishment is for cheating and forgery during an entrance examination conducted in 2013.
After all, there was an examination. Substitution of the answer papers by fake ones is nothing but cheating.
However, many become judges even without sitting for an examination. It is worse than the act of cheating.

The Amm Aadmi Party (AAP), on 30 December 2015, revealed that Union Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely, in 2013, wrote two letters to the Delhi police to close the investigation into the finances of the Delhi District Cricket Association. He was an MP at that time.
Mr. Jaitely did not refute the revelations. He did not go for one more defamation petition either.
It is not customary for the media to reveal such serious allegations against a representative of the ruling class.
Apparently, they have taken a decision to sideline the Congress Party by pitting the AAP against the BJP.

The Union Government, on 19 December 2015, disclosed its decision to track illegal mining with the help of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
The present man demanded this long ago.
But the system pretended that everything is cozy.
The present development shows that the apprehension of the present man is true.
The minerals belong to all people. But a few people take it.
This happens because the beneficiaries are successful in taking away the freedom of the people to know this work.
There is not even one TV channel to report this truth. The Supreme Court of India knows this.

The CBI, on 30 December 2015, carried out searches at the residence of a senior Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and recovered assets of Re.6 crore disproportionate to his income.
Many keep the income from the minerals as their private income. Each member of this gang keep not less than Re. 60,000 crore. The CBI connives at this and runs after Re.6 crore!

On 2 January 2016, some terrorists from Pakistan killed three services personnel at the Pathankot Air Force base in Punjab in India. Six terrorists were killed.
          Their demands are not known.
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi said that the enemies of humanity did it.
But, the world looked at it without much reaction.

The media, on 2 January 2016, reported that the Union Government would sell 25 percent shares of the public sector IDBI bank.
The announcement came immediately after the terrorist attack on an Indian Air Force base.
Earlier, the government planned to sell it to a private party on the lines of the public sector VSNL, IPCL and HZL.
Due to these letters,  it  now talks of 25 percent.
However, this too is an unconstitutional decision.
          The reasons were given earlier.
This happens because the Supreme Court of India converts every prime minister into a despot by keeping the people like animals.
