FRANCE:
GIVE SOME CONSIDERATION FOR THE FREEDOM OF
INDIANS.
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), on 8 January 2016,
killed 5 militant people in the Bihar state.
Apparently, some
states in India bristle with militant people. How they resist the powerful
police is not known. Their demands are also not known.
What is known is that
a number of people die in the war.
It is for wealth.
Some people want to
keep the natural assets for themselves. Some others want to remove them.
The present situation
is due to the unconstitutional stand taken by the Supreme Court of India.
The New Indian
Express, in a centre page article on 8 January 2015, said that the media is
capable of creating unthinkable violence, if the Right to Expression is
misused.
The Directorate of Enforcement (ED), on 8 January 2016,
charge--sheeted former Union Minister Dayanidhi
Maran, his brother Mr. Kalanidhi
Maran of SUN TV and some others in connection with the money laundering case allegedly associated with the Aircel Maxis deal. The case came before the 2G Special Court of judge O.P. Saini on 8 January 2016.
The ED attached
assets worth Re.742.58 crore in April 2015 in connection with the case. It might
attach a lot more to frighten the SUN TV.
The ED described this
as the money fallen due to the crime committed by Mr. Dayanidhi Maran as a minister.
The 2G Special Court
is vitiated by some fundamental illegalities as mentioned earlier in this work.
In this connection,
it must be stated that the Supreme Court of India is free to attach the disproportionate
assets of anyone.
However, the court
did not explain the inordinate delay in filing this charge-sheet.
In fact, this case
and the disproportionate assets case against Chief Minister Jayalalithaa were virtually kept in the
freezer for over five months.
They could be kept in
the same place for another five months. They could be taken after the elections
for the Tamil Nadu State Assembly due in May 2016.
One reason for this
demand is that the present chief justice said that there is rule of law in
India. It is a lie.
A person sitting in a
responsible position need not tell a lie. If he does, he is likely to do
injustice after injustice. He has not expressed any regret for his statement
either.
Further, anyone can
perceive a subject verb concord as his nature agrees with the actions of the
law enforcing agencies.
India is not a
democracy is a different matter.
Defence Minister of
France Mr. Jean-Tves Le Darian would visit
India, on 18 January 2016, to conclude the inter-government agreement for the
direct purchase of 36 Rafale fighter
jets. The Hindu reported this on January 10, 2016.
India needs stealth
jets. Apparently, India is not seeking it. Instead, it opts for an obsolete
technology. There must be a private interest in it because the government does
not reveal anything.
In this connection,
it must be stated that the media in the so-called democratic countries is not
different from that in India. Both stand for large scale manipulations.
Therefore, many
countries promote despotism in India.
If France thinks that
something is due to Indians, it will be enough if some consideration is given
for the Freedom of 1000 million people. All other countries are similarly
related.
