CHAPTER 159 . APPLY KNOWLEDGE

159

APPLY KNOWLEDGE

The last mail was submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 23 October 2010. The same mail was sent to the Chief Justice of India. It was sent to the Army and Air Force also.
No head of any country or the Chief Justice of any country would have received a better mail from any citizen than this mail. However, though the Prime Minister of India postponed his tri nation tour of Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam by one day, only negative things followed.
Thus, the Union Government on 25 October 2010 firmly said that definite quanta of shares of several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) would be – (arbitrarily) - sold one by one periodically at a regular interval of 16 days. The PSUs like Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCI), Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), Manganese Ore India (MOI), Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) were the important PSUs found in the list. Accordingly, the Government said that the IPO of the PGCI would start on 8 November 2010.
Evidently, the news shows that the learned judges of the Supreme Court (SC) and the ruler of India are not ready to apply their knowledge to their life.
The initial public offer (IPO) of public sector Coal India Limited (CIL) was subscribed 15.117 times. The Government had arbitrarily fixed Re. 245 as the price of one share. If the Government had reserved the shares to various States, the Government could have easily sold all shares. If the Government had fixed two or three times over and above this amount, then also all the shares could have been sold. This shows the arbitrary nature of the IPO.

The Union Government on 26 October 2010 said that the 3G spectrum and the proceeds from disinvestments would help the Indian Economy to meet its growth.
The people in some places register their land in favour of his rich neighbor in return for daily meals or for the small amount borrowed from him. After registration, he remains as his bonded labourer.  Now, the paramilitary personnel sacrifice their family life and work in jungles for a small salary only to hand over the assets of India to about ten people and to make the rest their bonded labourers.
Another Union Minister on the same day said that some representatives of the people were always thinking of amassing wealth. In this way, he questioned the patriotism of the ruler. However, on the next day he said that none should talk anything that affected the patriotism of the people. He did not say to what extent FREEDOM of expression could be curtailed.

A SC Bench comprising Justices Dalveer Bhandari and Deepak Verma on 26 October 2010 cancelled the bail granted to the founder of the Satyam Computers, Mr. Ramalinga Raju, and six others. The court observed that the scam affected a large number of share holders and financial institutions. This gives the impression that all but ten people are under the restraint of law.

In the 2G spectrum matter, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sought the SC to give six more months to probe the matter. To this the SC asked whether the CBI was following the same standards for all cases. The SC, further, observed that the Union Minister for Information was still continuing in the Union Cabinet.
It is customary for the SC to beat about the bush without pointing out the real culprits. In this case, the Union Minister for Information openly said that he followed the precedent that too with the consent of the Prime Minister. This is the reason why the CBI could neither file a First Information Report (FIR) during the last one year nor ask the court to recover the money lost in the 2G spectrum allotment. Now the SC uses hard words so that the CBI would say some other things.
It may be recalled that the Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) had submitted in the SC that the exchequer lost heavily –Chapter 52- when the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) diverted its money to the stock market. The people did not hear anything about the case presumably because the Prime Minister was involved. Thus, the learned judges of the SC retire from service without following the same standards for the cases before them. But the SC outwardly expects the CBI to follow the same standards to the cases before it.
This happens mainly because the learned judges of the SC are taking bribe from the manipulators directly or indirectly. Thus the former Chief Justice of India is functioning as the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). He is now getting monthly salary. This is the bribe he has been taking every month for writing a toothless budget on 7 May 2010.

Her Excellency the President of India told the students that the nation was in need of their talents.
The Chairman of the NHRC appeared on the public sector TV channel on 28 October 2010. This is, perhaps, his first appearance after assuming charge as the Chairman of the NHRC.  Apparently, he is full of remorse for not acquitting his duty to his satisfaction during his stint in the SC.

A private company on 28 October 2010 awarded a $10 billion order to Chinese companies for the supply of boilers, turbines and generators. The banks in China would provide a loan - called financial coverage - up to $ 12 billion. The negotiations for this deal were carried out secretly.
Due to the above deal, the boiler, turbine and generator companies in India would perish and those in China would flourish. This is the reward China is reaping for building naval bases around the neck of India.
On the next day, the Prime Minister of India met his Chinese counterpart at Hanoi on the sidelines of the 17th Summit of the Association of South East Asian Nations. The Prime Minister of India told him that both sides must be sensitive to each other’s core issues. He did not reveal the core issues.
If the Indian company had not signed the $10 billion deal, the Prime Minister of China would not have shook hands with the Prime Minister of India on the next day. Thus the Prime Minister of India sacrificed the interests of 1000 million people at the instance of the manipulators. He is now talking about free trade agreement with China to the detriment of the Indian industry.
One would think that an Indian industrialist is influential to the extent of securing a $10 billion loan from China and that it would add to the prosperity of India. Actually, he is taking bribe from China to convert India into a vassal of China. China wanted Indian market and the naval bases at the same time.
The above industrialists might have obtained the nod of the ruler for the above deal. Had the ruler been patriotic, she would have asked him to either choose the naval bases of China or his deal.  In fact, she has committed a treasonable offence against India. Her decision to strange this work also is treason is another matter. The present writer must tell this because the voice of the press is not the voice of the people.
If the people were given FREEDOM to know this work, they would –in one voice- demand the ruler to cancel the above deal forthwith.

In the election conducted to the local bodies of Kerala State, the opposition parties defeated the ruling parties.  A number of chapters from this work had been sent to several leaders in the Kerala State. Yet none gave any FREEDOM to the people to know this work. In this way, the ruling parties fixed the election in favour of the opposition parties.

The son of the ruler travelled in a train for over 36 hours and talked with several passengers. The media published this all over India. Many people are discussing his similar activities.
One day, Spooner gave a kiss to a porter for carrying his luggage and handed over the money to his wife. Actually, the porter wanted money and his wife wanted kiss. Had the people been given the FREEDOM to know this work, they would have wanted him to use the natural assets to travel in bullet trains and not that show.

Some people are leveling treason charges against a woman writer. The media is giving wide publicity to their words all over India. The TV channels are endlessly discussing the pros and cons of taking action against her. But they are not publishing this work.

There are reports that flats constructed for the families of soldiers killed in the Kargil war went to some political leaders and senior military officers. The significance of this revelation is not a clear one. However, there must be a purpose behind this late revelation.

It is said that the demons do not apply their knowledge to their life.

The facts from 23 October 2010 to 30 October 2010 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 31 October 2010.
