GREAT
BRITAIN: ENTHRONING INJUSTICE?
The
Madras High Court, on 4 July 2016, directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct a preliminary
enquiry into the interception of three trucks containing Re. 570 crore.
The
CBI had rejected the order of the court in this matter.
Citing
the Supreme Court of India the court said that the agency must conduct an
enquiry even if the complaint does not make out a cognizable offence; close the
case and inform the complainant. It added that the agency cannot go into the
truthfulness of the case.
Here,
the Supreme Court of India wants the judges to use its words to do injustice
only. In fact, it asks them not to use their principles in all circumstances.
The
present man submitted hundreds of complaints to the CBI and the Supreme Court
of India. All complaints remain useless. Therefore, if the High Court is not
true to itself, the CBI would conceal the truth in the case.
A
bench of the Supreme Court of India headed by Justice Dipak Misra, on 6 July 2016, asked the judges not to sing
the song of liberty and glorify the same abandoning passivity. It wanted them
to abide by the Constitution of India.
The
bench said that a judge should not consider himself as “a candle of hope and
apply this principle in all circumstances”.
This
is the order of the court to deny freedom to Indians.
The
court indirectly says that no judge shall take any step to grant freedom to the
people to know the present work or men and matters according to degree.
The
court does this to divest the people of their seats, assets and rights
unconstitutionally and in bad faith.
Thus
the Supreme Court of India enthrones injustice.
Indians
are not bound to get Freedom under Justice
Misra.
This
is is the condition in Great Britain.
