An 18 year old German- Iranian opened fire in a Munich shopping mall killing 9 people and wounding 16 others before killing himself. This happened on 21 July 2016.

According to some reports, the killer had battled depression.

The Supreme Court of India, as usual, arbitrarily selected 24 additional judges to the Chennai High Court. The media reported this on 24 July 2016.

The court would say that it selected the best available candidates.

But the truth is that it cheats the people of their rightful position in the judiciary. It is an out and out unconstitutional action.

  

The Union Home Minister, Mr. Rajnath Singh, on 24 July 2016, urged the armed forces to refrain from using pellet guns against the protesters in the Jammu and Kashmir State.

India denies political rights to its citizens. Thus the people are being forced to hear Mr. Kejriwal and Ms. Kiran Bedi and not others. Naturally, they could become the prime minister and the president respectively but not others. A citizen of Kashmir cannot become the prime minister without developing an understanding with the ruling class. Therefore, the political rights are like crying for the moon.

Now, consistent with Article 16 of the Constitution of India, Kashmir must get a definite quota of seats in the civil services and in the premier educational institutions like the IITs, IIFT, IIMs. This is in lieu of the political and economic rights.

The Islamic State (IS), in a suicide attack on 23 July 2016, killed 61 people at Kabul in Afghanistan.

A 27- year-year old Syrian asylum seeker exploded a suicide bomb in Germany injuring 3 people seriously and wounding 9 others.

Now, Germany and England are under Ms. Angela Merkel and Mrs. Therasa May respectively.

It is said that women rulers excel everywhere in the art of administration.

They can solve this problem.
