Defense Minister of England, Mr. Ben Wallace, on 19 April 2023, said, “There is not going to be a single magic wand moment when Russia collapses. It is unlikely that the conflict with Russia will end this year.”

This shows that NATO had been arming Ukraine to the teeth to see the collapse of Russia. It was a ten-year plan. Russia was very late to realize it.

 

Norway decided to send some weapons to Ukraine.

It is illegal.

 

Russia’s Federal Security Service, on 19 April 2023, charged Wall Street Journal (WSJ) journalist Mr. Evan Gershovich for “acting on the instruction of the American side, collected information constituting a state secret about the activities of one of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex.”

Mr. Gershovich’s lawyers said that he was not guilty to the spying allegations.

President of the USA Mr. Joe Biden called the arrest totally illegal. He demanded Russia to release him along with Mr. Paul Whelan – another US citizen under captivity.

Former Vice President of the USA Mr. Mike Pence urged President Mr. Biden to expel Russian diplomats.

According to the WSJ, it is rare for defendants to win appeals or be acquitted in such cases in Russia.

The WSJ says that the reporters locate the truth and tell it.

The present world citizen submitted the recent five letters to it. It did not report anything about them to the people.

The WSJ is not ready to disclose the truth to the world even to rescue its own reporter. It does not want to seek the help of the present world citizen.

This shows that the media houses rule the world, and they make it more unjust. They would get what they want even if that means destroying their own reporters and the whole world.

 

There are reports that the people in Israel are protesting against the so-called judicial reform bill.

A nine-member committee selects the judges in Israel. 

It is illegal.

The selection of judges must be a lawful one. The law demands that the selection must be an impersonal one. Then only the judges will write judgments by the authority of law. All other selections will vitiate the Basic Laws of Israel- Human Dignity and Liberty.

The present method of selection is like murder-for-hire. Any man accepting illegal selection agrees to commit murder-for-hire offence.

 

The Telangana State Government unveiled the tallest bronze statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in Hyderabad, six days, ago. It was a 125-feet tall one.

It is a paradox that those guilty of voting for amending the Constitution of India go on erecting his statues. They pay floral tribute to him without fail.

They should not do it after throwing the Constitution of India into the dust-bin with contempt. The guilty political leaders must surrender before a magistrate. Then, they can erect statues to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

 

The Supreme Court of India functions-as usual- with illegal judges.

It is illegal.

The illegal judges are a threat to the liberty of Indians. They will never ensure liberty to Indians for generations. The reason is that they think that they will have to go to jail if they ensure liberty to Indians. It is a catch 22 because to fight the present selection method is like accepting its illegality.

The constitution of constitutional benches also must be an impersonal one. The senior-most judges alone must sit in any constitutional bench. The judgments of all other constitutional benches are void.

Constitution of India is like a Group Mind. The Group Mind is bigger than the mind of an individual although every individual is part of it.

Therefore, no government has any right to touch its body. If the Government finds anything incongruent, it can enact an Act for it.

A man obeying it finds true freedom. Whoever touches its body will remain in jail until a competent court acquits him.

President of India Mrs. Droupadi Murmu must submit the guilty to law enforcement. It is to do the duty prescribed to her by the Constitution of India. If she neglects her duty, she might lose her reputation as a fighter.

 

As she fails, the International Criminal Court (ICC) must issue arrest warrant against guilty in India after withdrawing the arrest warrant against President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin.
