Your Excellency

          The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), on 16 May 2023, said, “Those in Western journalism and politics who have, the past year, shown sympathy for Mr. Putin’s position, or who have made arguments he has agreed with, or who have expressed public skepticism about the Western response in Ukraine. They might have some pull here.”

Further, it said, “They(reporters) want to tell the people what they have a right to know about the world they live in.”

          These letters fit well with the above requirement. Therefore, if the WSJ acts in good faith, it can report the contents of the four letters (submitted to it by the present world citizen). After all, it says that the reporters have a right to tell the people their surroundings.

A Russian court, on 18 April 2023, decided to keep WSJ reporter Mr. Evan Gershkovich in custody until May 29.

Everyone is entitled to have his own view on the Ukraine issue. However, the Constitution of Soviet Union is an immortal one like the Constitution of the USA. This is what the law says.

If the WSJ is serious about his release, it can publish these letters. Then the Ukraine war will end within two weeks, and Russia will release him within a month. There is a possibility for success.

 

President of Brazil Mr. Lula, on 18 April 2023, suggested that a group of countries not involved with the Ukraine war mediate between Ukraine and Russia.

Russia welcomed anything consistent with its interest.

 

The Supreme Court of India function-as usual- with illegal judges.

It is illegal.

Arbitrary selection of judges makes the acceptor beholden to the donor.

It is the reason why the illegal judges are killers of liberty. They have killed a generation of people. They treated them like dogs. They are killing another generation.

The victims -1400 million people- remain conscious but cannot move or ask for help nor stop the slow paralysis overtaking their body!

Therefore, President of India Mrs. Droupadi Murmu must subject them to law enforcement.

 

The Members of Parliament (M.Ps.) must respect the Constitution of India. When they amend it, they make it an illegitimate one.

If the Constitution of India wins, it will make them illegitimate.

The presidential election makes the President of India beholden to the illegal voters. As she protects them, the Constitution of India remains as an illegitimate one. This condition should not continue even for a minute.

Such fighting opportunities come to some people unsought, opening for them the doors of the heavenly planets.

Therefore, she shall not hesitate to do the duty the Constitution prescribed to her.

 

As she fails, the International Criminal Court (ICC) must do its duty.

The Constitution of the Soviet Union is an immutable one. This is what the law says. Therefore, the ICC must withdraw the arrest warrant issued against President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin, and then issue arrest warrant against the illegal judges and the M.Ps. guilty of voting for amending the Constitution of India.

 

This is letter No. 1156 dated 19-4-2023. It is addressed to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the nineth appeal to the ICC. It is the one hundred and tenth appeal to the International Court of Justice. It is the hundred and ninety seventh appeal to HEAVEN.

A copy is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, former Chancellor of England Mr. Rishi Sunak M.P.  Mr. United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, UN, Prime Minister of Israel. Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal and some embassies.
