A media report, on 15 April 2023, said, “Russian President has displayed Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s photo in his office…a great honour for India.” 

The media showed the image also. It may be fake or true. No one knows the truth.

However, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is not a celebrity in India. Those guilty of amending the Constitution of India are the celebrities in India although they pay floral tribute to him as a show.

Hungary, on 15 April 2023, asked the NATO countries to stop funding Ukraine.

Hungary and Poland banned Ukraine wheat to protect domestic farmers.

Does Poland change its Ukraine policy? The present world citizen submitted the last few letters to the foreign minister of Poland.

Slovakia also banned Ukraine wheat but sent 13 MiG fighter jets to Ukraine.

Many countries still support Ukraine due to the ignorance of the law.

Russia warned that any supply of fighter jets to Ukraine would be construed as direct war against Russia.

 

Russia arrested Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reporter Mr. Evan Gershkovich on espionage allegations. This happened about 15 days ago. He was accredited to work as journalist in Russia at the time of detention. The USA denied the allegation and vowed to do everything possible for his release.

The WSJ said, “They (journalists) want to tell the people what they have a right to know about the world they live in. That is why you break the story, unearth the lie, ask questions, tell the yarn. You are trying in your way to make the world more just”

Therefore, the present world citizen submitted the copies of 3 letters (Letter No.1151,1152 and 1153) to the WSJ although there exists a worldwide conspiracy to deny liberty.

 

Former President of Russia Mr.Dimitry Medvedev, on 15 April 2023,  said, “Poland will disappear in a Russia vs NATO war.”

The NATO countries send unlimited weapons to Ukraine to kill Russian soldiers. Thousands of soldiers have died. However, the NATO countries have not suffered any loss of life or limb. He talks like this due to exasperation.

The Constitution of Soviet Union is the Sovereign. It is the best will of every citizen of Soviet Union. As it is their (President Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s and President Mr. Vladimir Putin’s) own best will, they must always obey it. In fact, it is the only authority that can legitimately coerce them, for it is their own will coming back to them. They do not recognize it as such is a different matter.

Now, the international community must compel them to obey the Constitution of Soviet Union. As it fails in its duty, India and many other countries reels under illegitimate governments.

Ukraine and Russia have lost thousands of soldiers. Ukraine must give up the fight and stop the slaughter.

The media has a duty to tell the truth to make the world more just. However, it conceals these letters.

Therefore, the NATO countries are taking the world to Stone Age with deadly weapons.

 

Senior Supreme Court of India judge Mr. Dushyant Dave, on 16 April 203, in a letter to the Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, said, “If you fail, India will recede into anarchy, from which it will take a long time to recover.”

The judges must keep the people as human beings. Then, they will act in a rational way. Liberty is a must for it.

 

A bench of the Supreme Court of India on 15 April 2023, said, “Unintentional mistake.”

Everyone commits mistakes. It is not a mistake. No man wants their regret or remorse either. They must make amends for all illegalities committed by them, and must ensure liberty to Indians. They must treat Indians as human beings, not dogs.

They can fight for their survival. However, they think that they can escape the disgrace of deposition and capitulation only by denying liberty. Alternatively, they think that it is the only way to conserve the robbed assets.

Their dogged resistance to appoint legal judge shows that they are not ready to budge an inch.

 

Chief Justice of India DY. Chandrachud, on 15 April 2023, said, “Mediate not litigate.”

There are thousands of killers of liberty -judges, political leaders and media persons. They don’t use conventional weapons for this. Apparently, the Chief Justice of India keeps his thumb in a critical nerve to kill the liberty of the people.

Even if the President of India investigates the investigators, it is not easy to locate the critical nerve responsible for killing the liberty of 1400 million people.

 

The Supreme Court of India functions - as usual- with illegal judges.

It is illegal.

Knowledge is wealth. Assume that one half of 1400 million people of India have knowledge about this work. Then, there will be 700 million people in India with as much knowledge as the present citizen. What do they want more?

When the President of India transmits these letters to the Chief Justice of India with her comments, the judges are obligated to disclose them to the people. The Government and the law enforcement agencies also must do it.

However, they deny liberty. It happens because the Government appoints judges arbitrarily.

Arbitrary power is a thing that neither any man can hold nor any man can give.

Therefore, the illegal judges shall not hold any judicial power even for a minute.

 

The Government has no arbitrary power to amend the Constitution of India. However, it amended it more than one hundred times. The present citizen pointed out the illegality. Even then it amended it. It now resists the authority of the President of India and rules India. It is illegal.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) conducts election by denying liberty to the people to see these letters. It is also illegal.

President of India Mrs. Drupadi Murmu has a special duty as the President of India. There is no better engagement for her than fighting to protect the Constitution of India and the law. Therefore, she must subject the guilty judges, political leaders and the media persons to law enforcement.

However, she fails. It is a crime against humanity.

The International Criminal Court has duty to tell the truth. It must withdraw the arrest warrant against President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin and issue arrest warrant against the illegal judges and the Members of Parliament (M.Ps) guilty of amending the Constitution of India.

 

This is letter No. 1155 dated 18-4-2023. It is addressed to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the eighth appeal to the ICC. It is the one hundred and nineth appeal to the International Court of Justice. It is the hundred and ninety sixth appeal to HEAVEN.

A copy is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, former Chancellor of England Mr. Rishi Sunak M.P.  Mr. United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, UN, Prime Minister of Israel. Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Steet Journal and some embassies.
