The USA, on 20 April 2023, disclosed that it intercepted two Russian bomber aircraft near Alaska.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), on 20 April 2023, said, “Russia stifles dissent with treason charges.”

However, the other countries do not publish dissenting views at all.

The present world citizen submitted hundreds of letters to many newspapers, TV channels, political leaders all over the world. They have a moral obligation to publish them. No one published them or solicited them. Therefore, the present world citizen stopped sending unwanted letters to the newspapers and TV channels.  

The present world citizen sent few letters to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) partly to rescue its reporter from Russia and partly to use this matter to end the Ukraine war. However, it (WSJ) is not ready to grant liberty to the people.

The people all over the world depend on the decisions of the media houses rather than the political leaders to know men and matters. Therefore, it could have functioned as the light of the world -at least- after the arrest of its reporter in Russia.

 

Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Fumio Kishida, 20 April 2023, said, “Freedom of expression constitute the foundation of democracy and the protection of journalistic activity is vitally important.”

Freedom of expression comprises two parts – freedom to express, and liberty to listen. All countries do not grant liberty to listen.

One day, Japan decided to privatize its postal services. The present world citizen requested the Emperor of Japan to prevent it. Whatever, happened, the then Prime Minister of Japan resigned, and the postal services still remain as four public sector corporations.

Nobody has the liberty to know the reason why its prime minister resigned.

 

Forty countries – in a signed statement – requested Russia to release WSJ reporter Mr. Evan Gershkovich and the other arrested members of the media. 

Liberation of Mr. Evan Gershkovich is in the hand of WSJ. They should have asked the WSJ to grant liberty to the people for his release.

 

Germany said, “Ukrainian strike on Russia is fully normal.”

Further, Germany axed 40 Russian diplomats. Russia expelled 20 German diplomats in a tit-for-tat action.

Germany was the first country to resist NATO membership to Ukraine. Thus, it applied brake to the reckless war. It was most reluctant to supply its Leopard tanks to Ukraine. Now, it openly supports Ukraine with more and more weapons!

Rogue actors determine the destiny of the people all over the world.

 

President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on 22 April 2023, said, “Preventing Russia from circumventing sanction is the key task of everyone to end the war.”  

Every civilization is formed not merely by its own achievement but by what it has inherited from the past. If the Constitution of the Soviet Union is lost forever, the people of Ukraine will lose a valuable part of their knowledge about their forefathers. Therefore, even if President Mr. Zelenskyy commands the support of all countries, the people of Ukraine are going to be poorer by losing their Constitution.

 Therefore, he must seek conciliation based on the Constitution of the Soviet Union for the freedom and liberty of his people.

 

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 22 April 2023, said, “The people have taken the budget very positively. You know that I have had more than 20 years working as the head of the Government.”

The Union Government amended the Constitution of India more than one hundred times. It robbed several public assets. It systematically annihilated several small-scale industries. He contributed his share just like his predecessors.

Unlike others, he destroyed some heritage buildings willfully and vengefully.

Further, four years ago, India secretly sent about $1 billion worth Mughal era cultural treasures to Italy in the pretext of placing them in an exhibition. The media sparingly reported it. They never returned to India.

The present citizen of India repeatedly requested the former President of India Mr. Ram Nath Kovind to bring the matter under the public domain.

If the Prime Minister of India was not intimately involved in the plot to remove them, the law enforcement agencies might have taken the matter to its logical end.

If the Government pulls down a heritage building, the Supreme Court can direct it to reconstruct it. If history’s greatest works of Arts are lost like this, it cannot substitute them with anything. Even $100 billion will not be a compensation for it.

Therefore, the Supreme Court must fix responsibility for it. At least, it must publish the letters, its orders, interviews, first person accounts and charge sheet, to assuage the feelings of the people.

 However, the judges of the Supreme Court of India - one after another- conceal everything. The then President of India did not bring the matter under the public domain.

If the present President of India refuses to bring this under the public domain, it will affect her also, although she was not involved in the plot.

 

The Supreme Court of India functions – as usual- with illegal judges.

It is illegal.

The Supreme Court of India and the High Courts is India are unconstitutionally structured entities with illegal judges. The President of India should not subject the people to the unconstitutional authority. Therefore, President of India Mrs. Droupadi Murmu must subject all illegal judges- present and past-to law enforcement.

Similarly, all Indians must inherit the Constitution of India for generations.

Therefore, she must subject all guilty Members of Parliament (M.Ps.) – present and past- to law enforcement.

President of India must do the duty prescribed to her by the Constitution of India without any attachment or aversion.

However, she fails. It is a crime against humanity.

Therefore, the International Criminal Court (ICC) must issue arrest warrant against the illegal judges and the guilty M.Ps. after withdrawing its arrest warrant against President of Russia Mr. Vladimir Putin.

 

This is letter No. 1158 dated 24-4-2023. It is addressed to the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is the eleventh appeal to the ICC. It is the one hundred and twelfth appeal to the International Court of Justice. It is the hundred and ninety nineth appeal to HEAVEN.

A copy is submitted to the President of India, President of the USA, Vice President of the USA, Chancellor of Germany, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan, Prime Minister of England Mrs. Liz Truss, former Prime Minister of England Mr. Boris Johnson, former Chancellor of England Mr. Rishi Sunak M.P.  Mr. United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Supreme Court of the UK, Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Justin Trudeau, Leader of the Labour Party UK Sir Keir Starmer, UN, Prime Minister of Israel. Foreign Minister of Poland, Foreign Minister of Russia, Wall Street Journal, Foreign Minister of Norway and some embassies.
