To

Mr. C. Joseph Vijay,

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu,

St. George Fort,

Chennai

Respected Sir,

           Ref: Petition No.18631041

This is in continuation of my last 19 letters. This letter is for your kind consideration and favorable orders.

The educational institutions continue to teach wrong standard English grammar to learners.

It is illegal.

The standard English grammar demands the learners to believe in the existence of something that does not exist in sentences. It makes the learners mad.

The policy decision of the Government of Tamil Nadu in this matter -as communicated to me-is illegal. The policy decision- not to implement my English grammar- is not intellectual but political. The Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, apparently, misguided the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, with an ulterior political motive.

There are one or two post graduates in English literature in the Tamil Nadu Cabinet. After obtaining an impartial academic review of my thesis by qualified language scholars and educational experts, Chief Minister Mr. Joseph Vijay could have obtained their opinion before taking a policy decision.

As the matter entered the realm of public policy and politics, Chief Minister Mr. Joseph Vijay could have listened to the opinion of leaders like Mr. Thol Thirumavalavan, Mr. M. Veerapandian, Mr. Nangil Sambath.

Chief Minister Mr. Joseph Vijay seized power in Tamil Nadu with popular support. He need not be frightened by the Prime Minister of India to take a legal policy decision. Further, mighty forces protect the Prime Minister of India, and Chief Minister Mr. Joseph Vijay need not conceal my English grammar from the eye of the people for his benefit. It is never right to harm a human soul for the benefit of others. When Chief Minister Mr. Joseph Vijay conceals my English grammar from the people, he is doing a harm to 80 million people. As I am directly affected by his illegal decision, I have a standing to represent 80 million absent class members.

Therefore, on behalf of 80 million people, I humbly request Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. Joseph Vijay not to knowingly teach any wrong English grammar to my children in Tamil Nadu even for one day.

I urge the heads of all nations not to knowingly teach any wrong English grammar to their children.

With respectful regards,

 Sabarimuthu Vyakappan,

India
