Padmanabhaswamy Temple - Drowning

181

DROWNING

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 14 July 2011. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). It was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

A three –judge bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justices Altmas Kabir, Cyriac Joseph and H.L.Dattu on 14 July 2011 said that Mr. Prasant Bhushan, adovocate, Supreme Court, should tender an apology for describing the Chief Justice of India, S.H. Kapadia, as a corrupt person. The bench gave time till September 6, 2011 to find a way to wriggle himself out of the contempt proceedings filed by amicus curiae, Harish Salve. The advocate in 2009 –according to the media- said that Justice Kapadia should not have heard a case relating to Vedanta Company as he held the shares of that company.
The Radia tape revealed that Justice K.G. Balakrishnan had fixed some crucial judgments. Now, at least a name- sake enquiry is going on regarding his wealth.
The above accusation comes from an advocate involved in a Re.4 crore corruption issue. Besides, S.H.Kapadia is rejecting all acts of corruption as policy decisions. Therefore, the above bench should not have hesitated to order an enquiry into his assets.
Further, Vedanta had been a charge-sheeted company. Yet, it could buy a few Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in violation of a guideline. The reason was that the learned judges of the Supreme Court were the pillars of this company.

The Delhi Police on 17 July 2011 arrested Mr. Sanjeev Saxena, a close friend of Mr. Amar Singh- in connection with the 22 July 2008 cash –for-vote scandal. He was arrested because a Supreme Court bench comprising Justice Aftab Alam and Justice R.M. Lodha had wanted it to take the case to its logical conclusion within two weeks. The bench added that the police had given a wishy-washy report.
It may be recalled that on July 22, 2008 three Members of Parliament (MPs) belonging to the BJP party –Ashok Argal, Faggan Singh Kulaste and Mahavir Bhagora- placed Re.1 crore in cash in the Parliament alleging that the money was given to them to withdraw their support to the UPA- I Government at the Centre.
The people indirectly involved in this case were mentioned in the Chapters 95 and 96.
The Delhi Police should have disclosed the real donor of the money, or the bank from which the money came before affecting the arrests.
Had the Supreme Court been alert to environmental changes, its very frame of mind would have prompted the Delhi Police to reveal the identity of the donor long ago.
Similarly, Re.3 lakh crore from the Provident Fund (PF) would not have gone in the hands of three private parties. None would have been allowed to convert public money into private assets either.

The Union Government on 14 July 2011 arbitrarily decided to apportion Re. 3.5 lakh crore Provident Fund (PF) money among: 1.State Bank of India (SBI) 2. ICICI Bank  3. Reliance Capital  and 4. HSBC Asset Management for three years from September1, 2011 in the ratio 3.5:2.5:2:2. They will manage this money.
The Business Line sparingly reported this. All other newspapers blacked out this news.
Having published it, the above paper – in its editorial on 21 July 2011 - said that the prospects for deploying the PF funds for greater common good have never been as bright as then.
In return, the eight men persuaded Ragul Gandhi to stay in the farmer’s houses in the Utter Pradesh(UP) State, and gave publicity all over India. Besides, they might have given an assurance to keep his mother, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, and Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, in the present position.
The SBI will spend this money for buying the shares of the other three entities. Thus the money would virtually go into the hands of three individuals and a few others close to them.
Three years ago Re.3 lakh crore was given. Now, it is Re.3.5 lakh crore. After three years, the amount would increase to Re. 5 lakh crore. Therefore, the recipients –for all practical purposes – need not return the money.
They would spend a portion for lending purposes. No other citizen has this chance.
Another portion would be spent for buying the shares of the PSUs, and for buying assets all over the world. In this way, the net asset value of the purchased assets would double within three years. No other citizens –the learned judges of the Supreme Court included – get money even for buying 5 cent of land.
A small amount would go for the exploration of natural assets.
The SBI deducts processing fee even for jewel loans. There is not even any processing fee for this. Instead, the Government must give a small amount for safe keeping.
The money could have been used for the railways, bullet trains, exploitation of minerals, poverty alleviation, solar energy and education. There are even now schools without black boards in India.
Manmohan Singh, could have put off this decision. But he has received Prime Minister Ship as bribe for this amount. He would even say that such things would not come to his attention.
The members of the Union Cabinet could have disallowed this. But they presumably think that they owe their position to the eight industrialists.
Sonia Gandhi could have changed the policy. But her son-in-law would be caught for disproportionate assets.
When the Union Government in January 2005 decided to invest 5 per cent of the PF money in shares, the present writer pointed out the unconstitutional nature of the policy. The then President of India, Abdul Kalam, applied a brake.  Therefore, Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India, could have vetoed this. But she –like Manmohan Singh –had accepted President Ship as a bribe for transferring this amount.
The Chief of the Indian Army, General Deepak Kapoor, could have brought this to the notice of the Supreme Court. But the people would relate this with his date of birth.
The Chief Justice of India, Kapadia, could have stayed this. But he is one of the members in the long line of Chief Justices trusted by the eight industrialists. Many other judges might have given legal advice to the eight men. Some others hesitate to sacrifice their post retirement positions in the Government or private companies.
The decision of the Government will affect the well being of the people and the salaries of the employees.
This is against the Preamble, Article 14 and all other sections of the Constitution of India.
This is the biggest act of corruption the world has even seen. This takes place in the level of the Supreme Court.
Even if all the contentions were wrong, the Supreme Court should not have allowed the Government to transfer this amount to private parties - three years ago - before enforcing freedom of expression. Then the people would have taken this matter in their hand. The so-called anti-corruption crusaders like Anna Hazare, Ram Dev, Santhosh Hegde, Kiran Bedi and others might have got a point.
The Supreme Court should not have resisted the Constitution of India like this. But there must be some judges  ever ready to follow their best self.

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice A.K. Ganguly on 16 July 211 ruled that the land acquired for public purpose could not be re-allotted to other beneficiaries.
Thus the court annulled a policy decision because of its unconstitutional nature.  It must be noted that Justice J.S. Singhvi had been involved in a Re.4 crore corruption matter.
Whenever, the Government sold the land belonging to the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), the present writer pointed out this. Now the bench says the same in a small case. But the Supreme Court refuses to stand by this point when bigger cases confront it.

On 21 July 2011, a petition was filed in the High Court, Chennai for restraining the Tamil Nadu State Government from giving wet grinders and mixers to the people. At the same time, the wet grinder manufacturers are protesting against the decision of the Government to import these items from China.
It must be noted that the above decision is a poverty alleviation measure. Incidentally, it would create several small entrepreneurs and eradicate the unemployment problem.
But bulk buying always involves big commission. As the Government purchased cycles and colour TVs in bulk, all small traders of these items suffered a silent death. Therefore, the buying process must be delegated to the district level.
When the DMK Government supplied Colour TVs, none realized that the TV parts could have been from China.
Now, it has been established that there exists a plot to make India a vassal of China. For this, China has given over $30 billion as bribe to some boys. This is the reason why all houses in India are filled with illegally imported Chinese items. As a result, several small industries in India have perished.
The recipients of the bribe are, apparently, behind the present Government of Tamil Nadu.
Therefore, it is imperative that the Government must be restrained from importing any articles from China to the detriment of the Indian Industry.

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Deepak Verma on 22 July 2011 dismissed the appeal of Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy to stay a CBI enquiry for his wealth.
High Court, Andra Pradesh (AP) had ordered the enquiry on the receipt of a letter by Mr. P. Shanker Rao, a minister in the AP State.
One letter was sufficient for the High Court, AP, to order an enquiry. The present writer has sent 180 letters to the Chief Justice of India alone. Yet, the Supreme Court is not ready to address the vital issues present in them.

The Union Government on 22 July 2011permitted the Reliance Industries to sell 30 per cent of its shares of the KG-D6 gas field for 7.2 billion to London based BP Plc.
The above gas field belongs to 1000 million people. No private party has any right over it. However, now it is in the hands of the usurpers of public assets.
The AP state must get about $0.6 billion as document charge. It would not get even this.
In the above matter -  just like Mr. Venkaiyah Naidu -Mr. Jaipal Reddy, Union Minister from the AP state, has done  a great disservice to his home state.

Over 100 officers of the Department of Income Tax raided the residences of Mohan Lal and Mamootty- two Malayalam film actors. The officers might have found some black money.
After giving about Re.30 lakh crore to some boys, the Government is deflecting the attention of the people to such raids.

The Special Court turned down the request of A. Raja to hear the case after the completion of the investigation. Apparently, the Special Judge listened to a hidden voice.
The CBI on 23 July 2011 told the Special Court that first-come –first –served policy was not carried out in letter and spirit to the benefit of Swam Telecom, Unitech Wireless and Reliance Communication Ltd.
The Prime Minister of India, two judges of the Supreme Court, the senor officers of the CBI and the judge of the Special Court knew this. Yet they are not ready to cancel the spectrum granted to them. Who are the corrupt?
It is pertinent to recall that when the King of Travancore was poisoned to death in 1679, the Queen –Umayamma Rani- was left with her six sons –all minors. The men from eight powerful houses and their confederates waited upon her and gave their assurances of allegiance to her and her children.
One day, five of the princes were inveigled to go to a bathing tank along with other boys. When the boys were enjoying their swim, a few hired men came to the tank under the pretext of bathing, and seizing the princes drowned them. The confederates then spread a rumour that the princes were accidentally drowned while bathing.
There was no doubt in the mind of the Queen about the simultaneous drowning of her five sons because the Kings were determined men capable of supervising the funds of the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple and the country. She was entirely helpless. Finding her stay near the temple unsafe, she retired with her only surviving son to a safer place. She gave up the affairs of her government, her whole thought being the safety of her son and heir.
Now, the money in the hands of the Supreme Court is an unlimited one.
If Re.3.5 lakh crore in the Provident Fund could be give to three boys for safe keeping, another Re.3.5 lakh crore rotting in the Pension Fund also could be given to them.
Re. 2.5 lakh crore could be given from the Life Insurance Corporation of India  (LIC) every year.
About Re.10 lakh crore from the Public Sector banks could be given under the pretext of buying shares.
The money in the post offices also could be given.
They would get a profit of about Re.10 lakh crore from the spectrum and minerals.
Above all, there exists a foreign exchange of over $300 billion.
The budget of about Re. 13 lakh crore could be managed by: Taxes = Re. 8 lakh crore, Borrowals = Re.4 lakh crore and Selling the shares of the PSUs =Re.1 lakh crore.
In fine, they are poised to get not less than Re.30 lakh crore during 2011 -2012. Surely, this amount is more alluring than the treasure in the Padmanabhaswamy Temple.
Realizing this, they inveigled some young members of the DMK party to Delhi. They assured excellent career to them throughout their life.
The senior leaders like Mr. Sharad Pawar might have advised them to use their practical wisdom in the Union Cabinet and make money like his daughter.
However, being young, they might have become a danger to some of their secret ambitions connected with the wealth of the nation. Therefore, they drowned them through the aid of the hired men in the Supreme Court. This is the observation of the people sitting away from Delhi.
The fact from 14 July 2011 to 23 July 2011 are being submitted to Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India on 24 July 2011.

Dr.Manmohan Singh - "A job to do"

  180

A JOB TO DO

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 26 June 2011. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).  It was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice R.V. Raveendran and Justice A.K.Patnaik appointed a seven member committee to prepare an inventory of the jewels in the six cellars of the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple at Trivandrum. The committee found priceless treasure – heaps of gold coins besides diamonds, emeralds and gems - on 28 June 2011.
Some people said that every coin would fetch a huge amount of money depending on its antique value. Some others said that the treasure must be melted, sold and the proceeds deposited in the banks.
The direction to prepare an inventory is an intelligent decision. The High Court, Cochin, had missed this opportunity.
However, the people fear that a Supreme Court like the present one would transmit this – just like the spectrum  -to about eight people one day or other after enacting some scenes

At the instance of the of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and many others in the Congress Party,  Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, gave a closed door interview to the editors of five carefully selected newspapers on 29-6- 2011.
In this connection, Mr. Salman Khursheed, Union Minister for Water Resources, said that Dr. Manmohan Singh had been asked not to give frequent interviews to the media following the example of the President of the USA. He said that that policy had changed.
During the interview, Dr. Manmohan disclosed that he had been meeting Mrs. Sonia Gandhi every week.
However, it is pertinent to point out that the media had been taking notice of these meetings. But it had been concealing this from the eye of the people for about seven years. How the media build India could be discerned.
During the interview he, further,  said,
1. “Miss. Jayalalitha –President of the AIADMK party - is lending good co-operation”. The industrialists might have asked him to tell this. Perhaps, the interview was arranged only to convey this message.
2. “The Higher judiciary should not be included in the proposed anti-corruption law.” It is clear that the proposed act is to dilute the existing anti-corruption laws. He said this in the hope that the Supreme Court would continue to protect him.
3. “The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) should not have commented on a policy issue”.
4. “Mrs. Sonia Gandhi was doing a superlative job”
5.  “I have a job to do” He had uttered these words six or seven times earlier. Besides this, he has been using the words ‘world of uncertainty”, ex-post and post facto” and “honest mistakes”.

Anna Hazare on 29 June 2011 described Dr. Manmohan as “a honest man”. His statement did not appear as headline news.
The people notice headline news only. They have no time to read other matters. The diminished importance -after the last mail - shows that he might not be projected as an alternative leader. Now, the media is systematically projecting Mr. Jairam Ramesh, Union Minister.

Mr. Kabil Sibal, Minister for Communication, said that the new telephone operators would be permitted to lease their radio waves to other operators.
The act of giving the spectrum or radio waves for a small amount, and allowing them to sell them to others –including the foreigners- for a huge profit is a treacherously anti-constitutional policy. The Union Ministers, President of India and the Supreme Court must accept responsibility for this.
About eight houses have illegally usurped the spectrum by creating so many scenes like first come-first serve, auction, Supreme Court, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI),  2G spectrum case, Mr.A. Raja, Mrs. Kanimozhi, Adharsh Housing Scandal, Anna Hazare, Ram Dev,                 Tihar jail and the CBI.
Now, even the King of Travancore has no spectrum. The states in the south, north and east do not possess any. Yet the above Union Minister says that the existing players would be indirectly given more. Naturally, he will get the protection of the Supreme Court.

The Union Cabinet on 1 July 2011 permitted the Cairn Energy Company to sell its Rajasthan Oil Field to Vedanta – a charge-sheeted company - with certain conditions.
This will surely help keep Dr. Manmohan Singh in position. However, the act of securing licenses for exploration, and then selling them to others for a huge profit is patently unconstitutional. All public assets must be taken over to restore constitutionalism in India.

The militant people killed 10 people and abducted 12 others in Bihar on 2 July 2011.

The CBI on 1 July 2011 registered the First Information Report (FIR) against the officials of the Director of Hydrocarbons including its former Chairman, Mr. V.K.Sibal under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
The FIR said that the officials illegally obtained favours from the representatives of a private company.
Did the Director of Hydrocarbon act without the knowledge of the Minister for Petroleum? Is Mr. Raja, former Minister for Communication, different from him?
Similarly, the CBI said that Mrs. Kanimozhi,  an MP, had acted like the brain behind the Sun TV. Now she is in jail.        In the case of other big companies, the employees are being considered as the brain behind them. Why does the CBI act like this in front of 1000 million people?

Mr. Vinod Rai, CAG, on 3 July 2011 said that the report on the hydrocarbon was revealed to the people as a part of his constitutional duty.

The Economic Times on 4 July 2011 reported that the companies linked to a Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal, former deputy director in the Directorate of Enforcement, cornered the lion’s share of licences for exploring the mineral buried under the ocean floor. The paper added that he was arrested in 1999 and in 2002 for disproportionate wealth. This shows that all the works of the officials of the Directorate of Enforcement and the CBI in Delhi and Mumbai must be transferred to those in Chennai and Calcutta for better results.

The Supreme Court on 4 July 2011 issued orders to set up a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under a retired Supreme Court judge to recover black money. The judges like Justice K.G. Balakrishnan are more dangerous that the members of the Union Cabinet.

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice G.S. Singhvi and C.K. Prasad on 5 July 2011 rejected the petition of Justice D.P. Dinakaran because his motive was to delay the impeachment proceedings.
It is clear that the bench understood the motive of Justice D.P. Dinakaran. Why do the learned judges of the Supreme Court refuse to enforce freedom of expression? Why do they facilitate the conversion of public assets into private assets using public fund? What is their real motive?

Mr. Shilas Gandhi, Central Information Commissioner (CIC), on 5 July 2011 directed the official of the CBI at Mumbai and Delhi to disclose their assets and the other sources of income in the last 10 years. As the 9 June 2011 order of the Union Government exempted the CBI from disclosure, the CIC asked the agency to respond to all applications filed before the above crucial date.

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice B. Sudershan Reddy and Justice S.S, Nijjar, on 5 July 2011, restrained the Government of Chhattisgarh State and the Centre from arming tribal people as Special Police Officers (SPOs). The court observed that the policy of the Government would perpetrate violence against innocent civilians.
In the above matter the bench had no hesitation to annul a policy decision. This must be extended to all other unconstitutional policy decisions.

A three judge Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Kapadia allowed a French Company – Lafarge - to mine limestone in the Megalaya State. The Supreme Court did not publish the names of other two judges through the media.
As the factory remains in Bangladesh, the Union Government might have fixed the judgment to strengthen Indo-Bangladesh relations. However, the Prime Minister of India shall not pay any visit to Bangladesh until China abandons its naval base in that country.

The Supreme Court on 6 July 2011 upheld an Allahabad High Court order quashing the notification to convert 156 hectare industrial land into residential apartments.

The CBI filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Mr. Dayanidhi Maran, a Union Minister belonging to the DMK party.
It is not known whether the CBI caught him red-handed in any serious offence or not.  However, the charges disclosed were: 1.He forced Mr. Sivasankaran to sell his telephone company -Air Cel- to Maxis Company and 2. The Maxis Company got the permission of the Union Cabinet to invest in India, and accordingly it invested Re.675 crore in the Sun TV Company of Mr. Kalanidhi Maran-his brother.
Mr.Maran, therefore, resigned from the Union Cabinet.
Dr. M. Karunanidhi, leader of the DMK Party, reacted to the above saying that India was under the rule of the media. He added that the media could make anyone a criminal and that Mr. Maran could not be an exception.
The above statement is consistent with this work. It came out in some parts of India because of his influence over one or two TV channels. However, he is the first political leader in India to say this openly.  The other political leaders might take notice of this.

Now an enquiry was ordered against 27 officers of the Indian Army for selling non-service weapons.

The Directorate of Enforcement on 10 July 2011 imposed a fine of Re. 7100 crore on the Etisalat – DB group under the Foreign Exchange Management Act for committing a number of illegalities.

There are reports that the Union Government is contemplating to hand over Re. 3 lakh crore in the Provident Fund and another 3 lakh crore in the Pension Fund to private parties.
In this connection, the money is like the treasure found in the Sri Padmanabhapuram Temple at Trivandrum. Her Excellency the President of India – just like the Kings of Travancore –shall not take even a dust from it. The money must be used for public investments, and all the employees must be brought under the Old Pension Scheme.

Three blasts in three places in Mumbai killed 21 people and injured several others on 13 July 2011. Mrs. Pratibhadevisingh Patil, President of India, Mr. Manmohan Singh, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and many other leaders condemned it.

A Supreme Court bench comprising Justice Singhvi and Justice A.K. Ganguly on 12 July 2011 rejected a petition against Mr Kapil Sibal, Union Minister. The petition alleged that he arbitrarily reduced the penalty levied on Reliance Communication of Mr. Anil Ambani from Re. 680 crore to Re.5 crore.
Even after repeated requests, there is no enquiry regarding the Re. 4 crore case against Justice Singhvi. Two advocates are also not ready to clear their names. This shows that this judge must have received money from the advocates for some other cases. Therefore, the judgments of Justice Singhvi do not inspire public confidence.
In fact, the above bench is interpreting legality as illegality and vice versa.
If the judges of the Supreme Court, President of India, Prime Minister of India Union Ministers and the Members of Parliament commit any illegality, the CBI-after due investigation-could seek the permission of the Supreme Court for prosecution. The Supreme Court shall grant permission after examining the legal points. The accused must be arrested, and then released within 24 hours. The charge-sheet must be given immediately. As a rule, all prosecutions must end in conviction.
Now, none knows the real charges against Mr. A. Raja, Mrs. Kanimozhi and two or three others. In the event of their acquittal none could take away the pain experienced by them. Therefore, the CBI must either submit the charge-sheet or release them unconditionally.
Now the people think that the charges are intended to save the big offenders like the Prime Minister and the other real beneficiaries.
In this connection, it must be reiterated that about eight houses - as in the Old History of Travancore- have usurped immense public assets, and they have gradually become very powerful. They wield immense influence in the conduct and administration of the nation through their media wing. The bureaucrats virtually work under them. They are so powerful that even the learned judges of the Supreme Court are afraid of them. The Union Ministers have no control over them, and they are being simply permitted to be present at the intermittent Cabinet meetings. Dr. Manmohan Singh is doing the job dictated by them only. If he defies, he will be sent to Tihar jail.
Thus Dr. Manmohan Singh considers the people as children and makes them to chase butterflies in the back-garden while he does the job of eight men.

The facts from 26 June 2011 to 13 July 2011 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 14 July 2011.

CHAPTER 179

179

THE DEGRADATION

The last mail was submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 13 June 2011. The same mail was sent to the Supreme Court, Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Election Commission of India. It was posted in the blog www: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com and a link was given to www.thattan.com

The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India disclosed that the Union Government had granted “massive and unquantifiable” benefits to the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) at Tax payer’s expense. The Hindu and some other newspapers reported this on 14 June 2011.
In the above matter, the CAG had uncovered the nexus between the industrialists, and the bureaucrats with documentary evidence. It had pin pointed several anomalies in the audit report of the Director General of Hydrocarbons (DGH). It, finally, said that the DCH had illegally allowed the RIL to inflate the capital expenditure from $ 2.4 billion to $8.5 billion, using false bills or by fraudulent means.
In fact, Mr. Anil Ambani had demanded the Audit Report of the DGH for the KG basin. He might have asked this to fix Mr. Mukesh Ambani, his brother. However, it is a matter of public interest because the loss to the exchequer is a real one.
The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) headed by Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi had put the blame on the Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) headed by Mr. P.Chithambaram. There must be some truth in it. Otherwise, the latter would not have got such a long innings in the Union Government.
The media has not published the real role played by Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India. He might explain it as his policy. But, Mr. Murli Deora became a minister only at the instance of some industrialists.
Mr. Jaipal Reddy, Minister for Petroleum, said that the Government would approach the report with an open mind. This means that the CBI, Supreme Court or the President of India would lead the Government in this matter. He may not betray his home state in this matter is a different matter.
In this connection, it must be noted that it is customary for the Prime Minister of India –just like the heads of other countries - to take with him the industrialists during his visit to important countries. In India, the Government has not only removed the assets of the industrialists like Mr. Ramalinga Raju   but also has put some young entrepreneurs in jail for committing relatively small offences or no offences, all without fair judicial process.
Now the CAG has established with documentary evidence grave offences. Therefore, Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, should have asked the Government to tell the reason for not filing even a FIR. Alternatively, she should have asked the Supreme Court to give its opinion in this matter.

The Union Government on 15 June 2011 said that there was a tyranny of non-political individuals on the Union Government.

The Maxis – in a filing with the Malaysia stock exchange –Bursa Malaysia- in March 2006 said that it had an economic interest of 99.3 per cent in the Aircel. Decan Digital Net-work owned by the wife of a Mr. Dwaraknath Reddy had 35 per cent share-holding in the Aircel.
According to the Indian laws, the Indian partner should hold 26 per cent equity in a cellular service firm.
Does the CBI keep Mr. A. Raja in the jail for the above matter? Did it  arrest any others in the above matter? Does the CBI hatch any conspiracy? Nothing is known to anyone.

Now the Union Government gave an email address to enable the people to give suggestions on black money. Therefore, the Chapter No.178 of this work was emailed to bmfeedback@nic.in on 16 June 2011.
The people surrounding Mr. Anna Kazare should have transmitted the translated version of the salient points of this work to him. Apparently, they have not done so. Therefore, he is not mentioning any act of corruption.
However, the media mafia has been giving unprecedented importance to him. His photograph adorns the front page of all newspapers. He is always seen with the two advocates known for Re.4 crore.
Showing his photograph The Hindu on 16 June 2011 said that he was on his way to attend a meeting in the Parliament House.
The New Indian Express on the same day came out with the following headline news. “Govt, Team Hazare Fail to Bridge Gap”.
The front page headline news of Deccan Chronicle on the same day was – “Two bills to be drafted”.
The Economic Times in its second page came out with news titled, “Lokpal Talks Deadlocked” on the same day.
Similarly on 17 June 2011, the papers reported as follows in their front page headline news.
The Indian Express: It’s Jokepal, Say Civil Society Reps”.
Deccan Chronicle: “ Don’t threaten and talk; Sibal to Anna”.
The regional language newspapers all over India are also taking orders from the same source and are coming out with identical or complementary news. Thus a Tamil daily on 17 June 2011 came out with a title meaning “Warning! To the Centre by Anna Hazare”.
Evidently, the media has been giving great importance to Mr. Hazare. It is eclipsing all political leaders using him.
The leaders – in turn- are shunning the studios of the underground moles.  However, Mr. Dig Vijaya Singh and Mr. P. Chithambaram found time to show their countenances in the last few days. After all, they are the known representatives of the manipulators.
The TV channels are inviting the so-called Civil Society Activists like Mr. Anna Hazare, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, Ms. Kiran Bedi to their studios. As they do not mention any act of corruption, they are also the representatives of the manipulators.

Justice Markandey Katyu, a sitting judge of the Supreme Court, on 16 June 2011 –through a letter- requested Dr. Manmohan Singh to release the Pakistani national - on humanitarian grounds - 80 year old Dr. Khadil Chishty, languishing in Ajmer jail in Rajastan. He added that he was making this appeal not as a judge of the Supreme Court but as a human being under article 72 of the Constitution of India. The media gave great one-day publicity - all over India - to the above letter.
Dr.Chishty has been in jail since 1992, as he had got implicated in a murder case when he came to India. He had been charged under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Justice Katyu could have used his influence - as a human being - to enforce freedom of expression in India. Then, the people might have seen this work. He has not done so. This indicates that this judge is an agent of the industrialists.
Further, the Government Servants –as a rule – do not address such letters. Justice Katyu could give Freedom to them to do this.

A report on 16 June 2011 said that the ICICI bank had given a loan of Re. 5645.44 crore to the RIL.
This shows that an underground sluice each connects every private bank also with the RIL.

A Special Bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice B.S. Chauhan denied bail to Mrs. Kanimozhi in the 2G spectrum scandal. The CBI submitted that the case was in an advanced stage and bail would affect its investigation.
In this connection, it must be stated that Justice G.S. Singhvi had not cleared his name in the Re.4 crore issue before he decided to sit in the bench. Therefore, Mrs. Kanimozli could have given a list of about 15 other judges to hear the case.
During the hearing, Justice B.S. Chauhan described acts of corruption as the worst violation of human rights. He said this to protect the big offenders like Dr. Manmohan Singh.
At one stage, Justice G.S.Singhvi remarked that the accused had financial and political clout. He considered this as a notion and bail could be given. Alas! It was only a soliloquy. It was reminiscent of the famous soliloquy in Macbeth.
The present writer mentioned the name of Mr. A.B. Vajpayee in the last chapter in this connection. This was the reason for the soliloquy.

Citing national security, the Union Government on 20 June 2011 made the CBI exempt under the Right to Information Act (RTI).

There are reports that 16 small bugging instruments had been found in different places in the official room of Mr.Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister of India. Mr. P.Chithambaram, Home Minister, denies this.

The Union Government ordered an enquiry to ascertain the assets of Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, former Chief Justice of India. The enquiry must cover Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia also.

Five girls were raped in the UP state. One girl was killed. Similarly a rape occurred in the Kerala state. The media is highlighting this as all India news only now.

The newspapers on 20 June 2011 revealed that the Indian Navy was helping Vietnam to build its submarine fleet. This is to counter the growing influence of China on the neighbouring countries of India.

A report on 23 June 2011 said that the Union Government had chosen Mrs. Nirupama Rao, Foreign Secretary, as the Indian Ambassador to the USA. She would join duty after her retirement in July 2011.
In this connection, it must be noted that she played a role to convert India into a vassal of China. Barring textile items, all Indian shops are even now replete with the illegally imported Chinese articles. The act of appointing her as the Ambassador to the USA is akin to the appointment of Justice K.G. Balakrishnan as the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Therefore, she could be considered for the above post only after identifying the officers and others responsible for the treasonable offence.
In this connection, it must be noted that disgusted with work, The New Indian Express gave vent to its pent up anger on 19 June 2011. The paper said that there was shortage of goose –stepping patriotism on display.  It added that India was a “memory obsessed country”.

Mr. A.P. Singh, Director, CBI, had submitted before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) that Mr. A. Raja had issued Letters of Intent (LoI) that were unviable to support new players. For instance, in the Delhi circle, 8 MHz spectrum was viable for one operator but the DoT issued LoI to six players. Other circles were similarly related.
Mr. Singh, further, told the JPC that Tata had given an advance of Re. 1700 crore to Unitech Ltd   to buy 517 acre land in Gurgaon in October 2007. The Unitech used the money to buy spectrum.
Later, the Unitech paid back Re.1098 crore between June 2008 and January 2011 as Tata had chosen to buy only 44.15 acre. Mr. Singh explained this as single transaction not related to spectrum. JPC might have asked him to tell the reason for the special treatment meted out to Kalaingar TV.
From the nature of the deliberations, one would think that the CBI –as an institution - now remains as an accused, even before the JPC.
Therefore, CBI would have to catch the real offenders.

The Union Government has decided to convene the Parliament on 1 August 2011.
Latently, Dr. Manmohan Singh has lost his majority. Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil must ask him to convene the Parliament within three or four days or tender his resignation.

There are reports that a meeting of Mr. Anna Hazare and the political leaders would give final shape to a new anti-corruption bill called Lok Pal on 3 July 2011.
In this connection, it must stated that the CBI could now seek the permission of the Supreme Court to prosecute the President of India for conniving at the decision of the Union Cabinet to hand over Re.3 lakh crore from the Provident Fund (PF) to some private parties. The Chief Justice of India and the Prime Minister of India are similarly related.
The Supreme Court would have to grant permission after establishing the illegality.
Obviously, India cannot have a stronger anti-corruption law. The efforts of Mr. Anna Hazare, Ms. Kiran Bedi and the others are to dilute this so that the wealth of the big offenders would be conserved.
They should note the recent disposal of the bail petition of Mrs. Kanimozli by the Supreme Court.
She had submitted her petition before the vacation bench comprising Justice B.S. Chauhan and Justice Swatanter Kumar.
The above bench had posed three questions to the CBI. They were:
1. What happened to Re.200 crore paid as bribe to Kalaigar TV? Through this question the bench indirectly asked the CBI the reason for not - doing its duty of - attaching the assets of all suspected beneficiaries.
2. The loss suffered by the Government in the grant of 13 Unified Access Service - licences. This is to know whether the Supreme Court promoted corruption by allowing the policy makers to transmit public assets to private parties in the pretext of policy.
3. The status of the 2G trial before the Special CBI court. This is to know whether Mr. A. Raja or Mrs. Kanimozli amassed wealth by committing any illegality, and if not, the reason for sending them to the Tihar jail before the completion of the investigation.
The bench virtually ordered a parallel CBI enquiry to know whether the Supreme Court –misusing its power- enacted any coup against a Union Minister through the aid of the CBI or not,
Apparently due to a conspiracy, the bench was changed, and Justice Sathasivam and Justice A.K. Patnaik  were asked to hear the case. They refused. Why did Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia change the bench during court vacation?
However, the above two judges would have done justice. But the people would say that they spoiled the good work done by the CBI.
Justice G.A. Ganguly and many other judges also might have hesitated to cancel the vacation for the same reason.
Some learned judges might have refused to share the bench with Justice G.S. Singhvi.
The Chief Justice, therefore- substituted the dangerous Justice Swatanter Kumar in the vacation bench by Justice G.S. Singhvi. This must be how Justice B.S.Chauhan and Justice G.S. Singhvi heared the bail petition of Mrs. Kanimozhi.
What prompted Justice G.S. Singhvi to cancel the vacation?
This is the observation of a citizen of India sitting away from the Supreme Court.
Ignoring the Constitution of India, the Supreme Court is degrading itself by its own mind.
Mr. Anna Hazare and the other social activists could have worked to prevent the degradation of the Supreme Court.
The facts from 13 June 2011 to 25 June 2011 are being submitted to Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Her Excellency the President of India, on 26 June 2011.
