386.PRIME MINISTER Mr. NARENDRA MODI: A THIRD RATE PRIME MINISTER?

386

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
A THIRD RATE PRIME MINISTER?

There are reports that the Indian Minister External for Affairs, Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, approached Labour MP Mr.Keith Vaz, to obtain the viza papers of Mr.Lalit Modi, the founder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to treat his wife- a cancer patient- in England. Mr. Vaz is an Indian origin Labour MP and Chairman of the House of Commons,
Some people had prevailed upon Prince of Wales.
Some others had enlisted the support of Prince Andrew.
Thanks to their intervention he got the papers immediately.
This happened in last August.

The minister could not write to her counterpart in England.
What is the reason for it?

The present man had sent a letter to the Queen of England.
The objective was to achieve Freedom to Indians.
The Queen informed this to all Commonwealth countries.
She wanted them to give consideration to the points in the letter.
She duly informed the action taken by her to this man.
She sacrificed the interests of England for the Freedom of Indians.
          This infuriated India.

The Queen should have opened the Delhi Commonwealth Games.
          This had been the convention.
But she chose not to visit India.

After that, no Prime Minister of India has landed in England.

          What crime did she commit?
          There is no answer.

Now, India is approaching England through the back door!

The inflation in India is in the negative zone for the seventh consecutive month. The media reported this on 16 June 2015.
It is due to indiscriminate imports.
The farmers were getting Re.250/- for 1 Kg of rubber.
Now the price is around Re.100/-
As a result, the rubber output has decreased by 5 lakh tone per year.
About one lakh tappers have lost their job.
Besides, more than one lakh farmers have lost their livelihood.
About 1 crore people are marginally affected.
          This is a rough calculation.

Further, the government sucks the money by importing rubber.
The economic activity falls down in equal proportion.
Thus it sucks the life blood of the people.

Will they not kill the present writer for remaining silent?

The people will get Re. 250/- per Kg from tomorrow.
For this, the present man must become the prime minister today.

Then the rubber production would double to 10 lakh tonne.

As a result, the international price might again fall down.
The foreign exchange would be saved.

The exporters of rubber products will not be affected.
The reason is that they will get equivalent compensation.
The economic activity will be restored.

          I was a tea maker.
          My aim is more jobs.
          Some people might lose job.
They can perish as they please.
But I know the sufferings of the people.
          They trust me.
So I will not allow them to hear others.
I will not allow anyone to come anywhere near Delhi.
This is because what I do can never be wrong.
The Supreme Court of India also stands by me in this matter.
          What will you do?
This is the reply of the Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi.

Thus he functions like a third rate prime minister.

He can become a first rate prime minister.
For this, he must be sensitive to the plight of the people.

By the by, what happens to the money sucked from the economy?
The prime minister should not hesitate to give a reply.

385; INDIA: A THIRD RATE GOVERNMENT?

385

INDIA: A THIRD RATE GOVERNMENT?

India, all on a sudden, imposed anti-dumping duty ranging from $180 to $360 per tonne on stainless steel imported from China, South Korea and Malaysia.
India imports about 4 lakh tonne stainless steel per year.
The media reported this on 8 June 2015.
It is the repercussion of the last letter.
Why is there no similar duty on all other items?

Further, what would the exporters get?
The condition demands immediate devaluation of the currency.
But the promoters of the prime minister want to take money abroad!
          China will be also unhappy.

Furthermore, why can’t the government produce steel?
Do the promoters of the prime minister prevent it?
Or, is it because it is easier to buy rather than produce?

Indians got Re.250/- for 1Kg of rubber.
          Now they get Re. 100/-.
This money has no value in India.
But it has great value to other countries.
          This condition affects all producers.
          The government must understand it.
          It must give an answer.

The armed forces killed 12 militant people at Jharkand on 9 June 2015.
The government is at war with its own people.
The motive is to hand over public resources to private parties.
On the same day, the armed forces entered Myanmar and killed about 100 militant people of Manipur.
The government pretended that it had performed some heroic action.
But Myanmar rejected the claim.

The first chapter gives a solution for the demands of Manipur.
The rest are complementary in nature.
But the government thinks that force is the remedy.
The armed forces must reckon this before killing the people.

Former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, on 9 June 2015, said that Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi is a better salesman.
When he sold India to China, a person received a bribe of $ 6 billion.
It was about $ 2.5 billion when Prime Minister Mr. Modi went there.
Both must be exposed.

A five-judge Bench of the Supreme Court of India reviewed the National Judicial Appointment Commission (NJAC) Act, 2015. The Bench comprised Justices JS. Khehar, J Chelameswar, Madan B Lokur, Kurian Jospeph and Adarsh K Goel.
The Attorney General (AG) of India, Mr. Mukel Rohatgi, on 8 June 2015, told the above Bench that the NJAC Act represents the will of the people.
Freedom is a basic feature of the Constitution of India.
This work is so important that the people must know it.
But they do not know it.
In fact, they do not know how everything happens in India.
They simply have no Freedom.
Therefore, the Parliament does not represent the will of the people.

The Bench should have told the above fact to the AG.
But it was silent.
This is because the court does not enforce freedom of expression!

The rule of law is another basic feature of the Constitution.
This means that the judges must be selected based on some rules.
Now there are no rules for selection.
If there are no rules, the selection becomes arbitrary.
“The miseries are due to arbitrary exercise of power.
The king and the judges have no arbitrary power.
The MPs and the whole Legislature have not this.
Neither any man can hold nor can any man give this”.
Therefore the NJAC Act is a shield to cover the arbitrary power.
It is unconstitutional.

But the AG said that democracy demanded arbitrary powers.
The Bench did not question this assertion.

He said that the independence of the judiciary is a basic feature.
But he added that such decisions are not open to judicial review.
The court did not point out the contradiction.

Then the AG said that check and balance is a basic feature. He added that the diverse composition of the NJAC would check arbitrary decision making.
Without rules, none could check arbitrary decision making.
The court failed to point out this.

After that he said that the judiciary must retain public confidence.
The court again remained silent.

He warned that the Chief Justice of India and the chief justices of High Courts should put their house in order.
He described the situation in courts as a pitiable one.
The court did not respond.

On 10 June 2015, the AG said that the collegiums system overlooked adverse Intelligence Bureau (IB) reports.
A police report, as in other cases, may be necessary after selection.
But, should the judges be selected based on the IB report?
Then he said that the Chief Justice of India had asked the chief justice of a High Court to push a particular person.
Will it not happen under the NJAC?
He said that the lawyers possessing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income were made judges.
Is it the reason for overlooking disproportionate assets?

Then the AG attacked the judges a little more directly.
The judges are inefficient.
They are undeserving.
They have no dignity and decorum.
They are the product of bad selection.
These are his words.
Then he handed over a list containing many cases of bad selection.
The list, apparently, contained the names of the sitting judges of the present Bench.
Thus, in order to impose an arbitrary method of selection, the AG used unpalatable words against the judges.
The words were used in bad faith.
A third rate government alone would do it.

384; THE RESERVE BANK OF INDIA: TAKING ORDERS FROM CHINA?

384

THE RESERVE BANK OF INDIA:
TAKING ORDERS FROM CHINA?

The Food safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI), on 6 June 2015, banned the Maggi noodles because they contained lead. Apparently, they got it from the onion used for preparation.
The FSSAI must analyse all edible items. It must publish the report with all sincerity.
It must ascertain whether any liquor contains any chemicals like chloral hydrate or not.

The Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Mr. Reghuram Rajan, on 6 June 2015, said that the interest rates will depend on the monsoon.

The interest rate was discussed earlier in this work.
The RBI should have noticed it.

The interest is paid as compensation for the fall in money value.
Therefore, the rate must be a function of the money value.
It shall not be like the vagaries of monsoon.
Sudden fall in value is in the interest of the manipulators.
Therefore, the value must fall on a daily basis.
This encourages exports and discourages imports.
          This inhibits speculations also.
At the present rates, the currency must fall by about 8 per cent.
The Governor might say that it would affect the remittances.
He might reckon other factors also.
Therefore, the fall in value could be put at 6 per cent.
This works out to 0.0164 per cent per day.

The lending rates in key sectors must be less than 7 per cent.

The rubber production has fallen to abysmal level.
          One reason is money value.
As a result, thousands of workers lose jobs.
          The marginal farmers commit suicide.

The RBI Governor conceals many things.
He should not take orders from China.
He must explain his theory behind interest rates.
          He must issue speaking orders.

383. THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: MISTRUSTING THE PEOPLE?

383

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
MISTRUSTING THE PEOPLE?
The Government of India decided to auction 10 more coal mines with total reserves of 858 million tonne.
The media reported this on 5 June 2015.
There is no freedom of expression.
          Therefore, the auction is unconstitutional.
The stronger class is making unlawful gains.
The Supreme Court of India promotes this.
          This is a crime.
This is the reason for the killings happening in the nation.
The media indulge in cover up.
At times they drag the private life of judges.
The court considers this as their Freedom.
It believes that they are loyal to the nation.
          It simply trusts them.
Therefore, the court jumps into their hand.
The people also love their nation.
          But the court mistrusts them.
Nothing is more painful than the court’s lack of trust in the people.

382; PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: WAGING A SECRET WAR AGAINST THE WEAKER CLASS?

382

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
WAGING A SECRET WAR AGAINST THE WEAKER CLASS?

The militant people killed 20 soldiers at Paralong in Manipur.
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi condemned the mindless attack.
This work deals with the interests of the people of Manipur.
It was specifically mentioned in Chapter 41.
This might have averted the attack.
But the Supreme Court of India is not truthful.
Therefore, this work does not reach the mind of the people.
Recently, Mr. Narendra Modi ascended the top post.
He proclaims that he would work for the good of the weaker class.
Alas, he simply hands over their assets to his promoters.
He has no mind to understand their rights.
450 deaths occurred in Manipur alone in one year.
The deaths were not revealed as and when they happened.
But he feeds the people with trivial news and views.
He wages a secret war against them.

381: PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI: RULING BY THE POWER OF DARKNESS?

381

PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
RULING BY THE POWER OF DARKNESS?

Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 2 June 2015, requested the people to judge him based on the actions taken by him.
He assured that he would uplift the social and economic condition of 125 crore people.
He said the above spurred on by the instinct of self-preservation.
The Government enacted an unconstitutional law for recruiting judges.
It handed over the public resources to the private parties.
It virtually made China the sovereign of India.
It imports many things purely for commission.
It extracts money and hands over it to a few private parties.
These are the major decisions of the present government.
Naturally, the people judge him based on the above decisions.
He is not ready to give a straight answer.
Instead, he wriggles into and out of every hole.

The people think that the new judges would never speak the truth.
The consequences are disastrous.

Further, if he could take away one mine, he could alienate the rest.

He now diverts 15 per cent of the Provident Fund to stock market.
This shows that he can divert the entire amount.

China says that there is commission for telecom equipment..
Therefore, the people guess that all the rest are imported for Commission only.
The imports for commission play havoc with the life of the people.
The people moan that China wants to make in India what the Indians had been making.

The Income Tax Officers descend on the middle class.
The officers have been almost doubled in this department alone.
They refuse to uplift the middle class.

Seldom have the people known that he rules the nation under the power of darkness.
He comes across this work, by virtue of his position.
He knows the action taken by the President of India.
It is his responsibility to share this knowledge with his people.
But he does not.
After concealing this work, he cannot speak the truth.
But it is imperative that he must speak the truth.
Why is it so important?
Then only, the commission for buying would be curtailed.
There would be no imports for free distribution.
The invaded public resources would be restored.
The people would taste Freedom.

What is he going to gain by concealing this work from the people?
Will he give a straightforward answer?
