383. THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: MISTRUSTING THE PEOPLE?

383

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
MISTRUSTING THE PEOPLE?
The Government of India decided to auction 10 more coal mines with total reserves of 858 million tonne.
The media reported this on 5 June 2015.
There is no freedom of expression.
          Therefore, the auction is unconstitutional.
The stronger class is making unlawful gains.
The Supreme Court of India promotes this.
          This is a crime.
This is the reason for the killings happening in the nation.
The media indulge in cover up.
At times they drag the private life of judges.
The court considers this as their Freedom.
It believes that they are loyal to the nation.
          It simply trusts them.
Therefore, the court jumps into their hand.
The people also love their nation.
          But the court mistrusts them.
Nothing is more painful than the court’s lack of trust in the people.
This is letter No.383.
This email is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com  on 6 June 2015
