280: PRIME MINISTER Mr. NARENDRA MODI: RENOUNCING PRESCRIBED DUTIES?

280

PRIME MINISTER Mr. NARENDRA MODI:
RENOUNCING PRESCRIBED DUTIES?

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on 1 September 2014, filed a closure report in its FIR lodged against industrialist Mr. Kumaramangalam Birla. CBI Judge Bharat Paraskar asked the CBI to clarify whether “rule of law” was followed for allocation or not. The investigation officer replied that the special public prosecutor (SPP) alone could give a reply.
There was no rule of law. The Supreme Court of India said it in the coal case.

The government, on 1 September 2014, requested the Supreme Court to spare 40 functional coal blocks from the August 25, 2014 judgement. Chief Justice R.M. Lodha, Justice Kurian Joseph and Justice Madan B. Lokur were in the Bench.
The Supreme Court provided a golden opportunity to Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi to take over all minerals. However, he renounced his duty.
Even now he can do his duty. Then the GDP would double within a year. There will be a social and economic change.

A Supreme Court Bench comprising Justices Anil R. Dave and U.U. Lalit, on 2 September 2014, declined to give relief to Mr. Mallya of Kingfisher Airlines.
The investigators apply one set of rules to Mr. Mallya and another set to others.
Further, Justice U.U.Lalit had suppressed some pieces of information from the courts before becoming a judge of the Supreme Court. This saved some people.      Is he not an accused person now?

While in Tokyo, the prime minister said, “everywhere around us, we see an 18th century expansionist mind-set: encroaching in other countries, intruding in others' waters, invading other countries and capturing territory".
Referring to Mr. Modi's remarks,  state-run daily of China, Global Times, said, “Japanese and Western public opinion views them as a clear reference to China, although he did not mention China by name.
China's GDP is five times that of India's. Mutual trust between Beijing and New Delhi, facing strategic pressure from the north, is difficult to build as there is also an unresolved border conflict between the two. But India has proved it is a rational country, displaying an independent foreign policy and loath being an appendix of any particular power. Plus, India cherishes peace”.
A paper described any united front against China with India as the centre as a “crazy fantasy”.

Japan pledged to invest Re. US $ 35 billion in a wide spectrum of projects over five years. Besides, Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe expressed his readiness to provide financial, technical and operational support to introduce bullet trains in India.
Five agreements were signed. The two sides decided to turn their “Strategic and Global Partnership” to “Special Strategic and Global Partnership”.
The prime minister said that a special team would be set up at his office in New Delhi to facilitate business from Japan.
Before leaving Japan, the prime minister presented a copy of Bhagvad Gita to Emperor of Japan His Majesty Akihito.
Gita says that a man should never renounce his prescribed duties.
