Your Excellencies
Samajwadi
Party (SP) leader Ram Gopal Yadav, on 21 March 2019, said that the Pulwama
terror attack was orchestrated by Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. He
added that the senior officers had requested to be transported either by air or
in armoured vehicles but were transported in normal buses.
As
a Prime Minister of India is not likely to know about the movement of the Central
Reserve Police, Mr. Gopal Yadav should shed more light on this matter.
The
people all over the world are no longer ready to accept killings for any cause.
The grievant must tell the reasons and leave the matter there. Whatever
happened, Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan could have avoided the
dogfight. ‘OK. Someone trained in Pakistan did it. We accept responsibility for
it. The victims will be compensated’. Such a statement might have pre-empted
the air strike of India that followed the Pulwama attack. The money may be a
small one, but the principle is large.
There
are reports that the Prime Minister of England, Mrs. Therasa May, requested the
Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi and the Pakistan Prime Minister, Mr.
Imran Khan to de-escalate the tension between India and Pakistan.
The
media did not report her impassionate plea as and when it happened. This shows
that they suppressed it and many other things to create a war hysteria.
Union
Minister Mr. Ravisankar Prasad, on 21 March 2019, said that the Prime Minister
of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, was duty bound to inform the citizens about the
air strikes.
The
Prime Minister of India must disclose the things that happened between
retaliation and de-escalation on February 27, 2019.
The
present citizen of India firmly believes that his letter dated 26 February 2019
undermined the political will badly needed for a war. If it is true, anyone
would agree that this work is a super-human one for the liberation of the
people from the clutches of the manipulators and that it saved several human
lives at the moment of maximum danger under Mr. Modi.
However,
the people would know the truth only if the learned judges of the Supreme Court
of India agree to adjudicate the letters.
The
fairness and good judgement of a judge as indicated by past judgements is the
primary question before any grievant. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi repeatedly
says that he lacks the expertise to judge various issues.
A
judge must be satisfied that he knows ‘enough’ to be able to decide the case
and ‘cannot simply sit back’ and judge a debate. He can ask the advocates or
the petitioners to provide him with more pieces of information. But he cannot
say – in a judgement- that he entirely failed to act in accordance with the
oath taken by him. His judgements show that he did not attend any useful law
classes before becoming a judge.
In
fact, his past judgements indicate that he cannot form a perspective about the subject
matter of the 714 letters.
Therefore,
it is the turn of the other learned judges of the Supreme Court of India to adjudicate
the letters of the present absent class citizen.
The
Supreme Court of India must have issued permanent prohibitory injunction
prohibiting the Election Commission of India from conducting the General
Election before ensuring freedom to the people to know the present work.
The
court even now retains jurisdiction over the Election Commission of India and
the Government of India until such time as it is satisfied that the illiterate
people of India know men and matters to form a perspective for voting. Now, even the educated people do not know the
circumstances that led to the de-escalation of tension between India and
Pakistan.
The President of India must note that
as per Article 39(a), the opportunities for securing justice should not be
denied to any citizen of India and that the legal system must promote justice.
The President of India has the
discretion to deal with law according to his best judgement purely based on his
common sense.
This
is letter No.715
This
letter is being submitted to the President of India and the learned judges of
the Supreme Court of India.
