Dr. A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM;

MURDERED LONG BEFORE HIS DEATH.

          The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), on 11 June 2015, sent two replies to two emails. The present man got them on 27 July 2015.

The letter No. 365 dated 19-4-2015 mentioned slavery.

The NHRC said that there was no specific violation of human rights.

It rejected the letter No. 371 dated 27-5-2015 also.

The reply was an ambiguous one.

It said that the letter was not a fit case for suo-motu cognizance.

         

          For the first time, the NHRC chose to send a reply by post.

          It has not sent any reply to 397 other emails.

          The people have a right to know the contents of this work.

          The ruling class denies this.

          The government must accept responsibility for this.  

          It must protect every citizen the full enjoyment of his rights.

          Even if a tea maker leads, it must ensure this.

          It does not do this.

          But the people do not know that this happens to them.

It is worse than slavery.

          Is it not a specific violation of human rights?

          The media, on 27 July 2015, disclosed that 61000 high net worth individuals left the country in the last 14 years.

          This is consistent with the view presented earlier in this work.

          A five judge Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice of India H.L. Dattu dismissed a curative petition against a judgement that commuted the death sentence of three convicts to life term. The media reported this on 29 July 2015. The other judges are Justices F.M.I. Kalifulla, Pinaki Chnandra Ghose, Abhay Manohar Sapre and U.U. Lalit.

          This is consistent with this work.

          Apparently, the convicts are victims of an external force.

          Even without them, the crime might have occurred.

         

Former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam passed away on 27 July 2015.

The people all over the world grieved for him.

          Long ago, the media had been giving great coverage to his activities.

Even scientists like Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai do not get such publicity now.

Dr. Kalam ascended the Presidential Office in 2002.

          He started receiving letters from this man from day one.

He was very alert to hand over every letter to the prime minister.

He wanted to restore constitutionalism.

For this, he went to the Supreme Court of India two or three times.

At times, he set aside many other works and attended the letters.

The successive prime ministers had to postpone their programmes.

His speeches -after assuming power- had been a reflection of the letters.

Chapter 53 proves this.

But the media concealed everything.

They subdued him using third rate criticism.

Later, they pinned down the judges using a similar method.

His term lasted till July 2007.

After that, the media decided to strange him.

Perhaps this prompted a person to pay homage to his photograph even before his death.

Thus, he had been murdered long before his death.

In fact, he collapsed at a lecture.

This showed that he had been active till his end.

Why did the media strange him?

Did he merit such treatment?

What offence did he commit?

Is it because he failed to give Freedom?

Is it because he wanted to give Freedom?

1993 Mumbai serial blast convict Yakub Memon was hanged on 30 July 2015 at Nagpur. He admitted that he was guilty.

Some people said that he had been accepted as an approver.

Some others said that many people involved in similar offences were not booked.

Prime Minster Mr.Narendra Modi said, "His [Dr.Kalam's] death is a great loss to the scientific community. He took India to great heights. He showed the way."

He attended the funeral at Rameswaram on 30 July 2015. He went round his body to pay homage to him.

The ruling class had blacked out the speeches of Dr.Kalam.

Prime Minister Mr. Modi knew this.

He now says that he showed the way.

Did Dr. Kalam want the government to deny Freedom?

The prime minister must give Freedom at least now.

The SUN TV, on 28 July 2015, repeatedly telecast a portion of the speech delivered by Dr. Kalam at the Tamil Nadu state a few days before his death.

He said, “If bad men join together to do bad things, the good men must join together to defeat them”

Obviously, he had been following this man in the blog.

He had been drawing certain conclusions based on this work.

In the light of this work, one would think that he exhorted the learned judges of the Supreme Court of India to join together to fight against the bad men.

The judges did not hear him is a different matter.

Why did the TV fail to publish his speech as and when he made?

Did it fear the government?

This shows that the people do not know what happens in India.

Thus, the people are being denied the speeches of former presidents like Dr. Kalam, former prime ministers like Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda, very important people like the present man, the Chief Justice of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC), and the Chairman of the NHRC.

But, they hear the words of the possessors of black assets.

They command the maximum loyalty of the people.

The people are being made to live like animals.

Is it not a violation of human rights?

Is it not worse than the killings in Gujarat?
