401: INDIA: THE HIGHEST TRUST RECOGNIZED BY THE CONSTITUTION

401

INDIA:
THE HIGHEST TRUST RECOGNIZED BY THE CONSTITUTION.

The Union Government, on 3 August 2015, signed a peace accord with the NSCN (I-M) of the Nagas. The details were not published.
Former Prime Minister of India Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda complimented the prime minister for the accord.
Why did Mr. Gowda commend the prime minister before knowing the salient features of the accord?
Apparently, the media brought Mr.Gowda into the picture as a consequence of the last letter.

The Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Mr. Reghuram Rajan, on 4 August 2015, said that he was comfortable with the pace of disinflation.
There is a trade deficit of $10 billion per month.
The government removes this amount from the system.
It can pump back at least $5 billion every month.
It can allocate a large amount for public investments.
It can pay salary to all teachers.
Thus it can give life to them.
But it does not do this.
Many other things are neglected like this.
Thus it sucks the life blood of the people.
The Governor, RBI, connives at this.
In fact, he has helped manipulate about $100 billion so far.
This is the purpose of his education.
But he is proud of this!

The gold prices, on 7 August 2015, fell to a four year low.
The government determines the gold prices in India.
The current prices are conducive for manipulations.
If the Governor of the RBI has any powers, he can also prevent it.

Sukarno Education Foundation recently selected North Korean leader Mr.Kim Jong-Un for its award on statesmanship. He would receive the award in September 2015. The media reported this on 5 August 2015.
The Foundation dismissed the criticisms of his human rights record as Western propaganda. It said that the young leader “should be honoured for his fight against neo-colonialist imperialism”.
The people in and out of North Korea know the nature of the Korean system.
In contrast, the Indians think that they have Freedom.
They proudly think that they cannot be enslaved.

The present man sent 400 letters to the Supreme Court of India.
The letters comprise thousands of pages.
These are responsible for remarkable changes.
At least 5 men in every country noticed it in the blog.
But the Indians do not know this!
They have no Freedom to know this.
They have no Freedom to know such things from any Indian.
They do not know their own men.
They are allowed to know the possessors of black assets.
They are also allowed to know the people like tea- makers.
Is not the North Korean system better than the Indian system?

The Delhi High Court, on 4 August 2015, sentenced former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala and his son, Ajay Chautala, to 10 years rigorous imprisonment for illegally recruiting over 3,000 junior basic trained (JBT) teachers 12 years ago.
Even the judges are illegally appointed.
Therefore, there are many bigger offenders.
These offenders possess huge black assets.
The people worship them.
The Supreme Court is afraid of them.
Why should two men be punished for relatively small offences?
The Supreme Court of India might secretly set them free.
After all, it is gifted with supernatural powers.
It can do anything in the pretext of doing justice.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) decided to help the Indian oil companies to clear their dues to Iran.
The RBI had secretly paid $2.08 billion to Iran before March 2015. The media reported this on 3 August 2015.
Why should it report this to the people?
          It can do everything secretly.
          Nobody can question it.
Even if someone questions it, the people will never know it.
The Supreme Court of India is ready to cover up anything.

Justice Hariparanthaman of Madras High Court stayed the arbitrary recruitment of 4300 Lab Assistants. He directed the government to reckon written examination marks, higher qualification, experience and the seniority in the employment exchange.
The judge did not consider this as a policy decision.
Thus, an arbitrarily selected judge stayed the arbitrary selection.
The Supreme Court of India can take a leaf out of his book.
It can give the nation a breathing space through the National Judicial Appointment Commission (NJAC) Act case.

The Union Cabinet, on 5 August 2015, resolved to make available the public sector telephone towers to the private players.
The previous government apportioned the spectrum among hundreds of players.
The present government divested them of their spectrum.
Then it handed over it to about 10 men.
The beneficiaries now suffer from indigestion.
They want more public assets to digest it.
It is an unconstitutional action.
As there is no Freedom, the government can do anything.

The Union Government, on 6 August 2015, decided to sell 11.36 percent shares of the public sector NTPC and 5 percent shares of the NHPC Ltd.
The government has unlimited amount of money.
It manipulates this in favour of about 10 people.
The sale is another unconstitutional action.

The Union Government, on 7 August 2015, started to invest the Provident Fund (PF) in the stock market.
The government thus converts public resources into private assets.
It is also an unconstitutional action.

The media, on 8 August 2015, reported that the next tranche of coal auction would start from 11 August 2015.
The coal cartel would corner the coal blocks.
The Supreme Court of India must prevent the above manipulations.
If it cannot do this, it must allow the people to see this work.
It is not ready to do anything.
It simply helps plunder public assets.

A citizen must become a judge by his merit.
This does not happen in India.
Therefore, the judges do not enjoy the trust recognized by the Constitution.
Naturally, no citizen, by his merit, obtains the highest trust recognized by the Constitution.
James Monroe, the fifth President of the USA, says that every citizen by his merit must obtain the highest trust recognized by the Constitution.

This is letter No.401.
This email is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com  on 9 August 2015
