406: THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: DOES IT RETREAT?

406

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
DOES IT RETREAT?

At the instance of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Supreme Court of India, on 17 August 2015, sent notice to former Chief Minister of Bihar Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav in the so-called Fodder case.
Why does the case reappear suddenly?
This is due to the combination of several factors.

However, the acts of corruption flow from the Chief Justice of India.
The CBI told this to the court indirectly.
It, thus, wanted to exploit the weakness of the court.
But the court stayed the order against former Union Minister Mr. Dhayanidhi Maran.
The CBI pays to the court for this.

          Justice has superiority over injustice.
However, acts of corruption cowed the court.
 It now retreats.

This is letter No.406.
