THE
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
The
Hindu, in its editorial on 16 August 2015, said that Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi wanted to fight
corruption from the top.
Does he mean the judges?
All Chief Justices of India since 2001
are corrupt.
Large scale transfer of natural resources
occurred under the present Chief Justice.
His predecessor, apparently, removed the Provident Fund (PF).
If some judges enter by merit, the
scenario might change.
Until then all big offenders would be
acquitted.
Therefore, the court might settle for
arbitrary selection of judges in the NJAC case.
Apparently, intense negotiations are
going on for this.
Will the judges let the court to burn?
This
is letter No.405.
