THE
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
SAVE
THE SACRED TRUST
The media, on 11 August 2015, asked
the judges of the Supreme Court of India, to modify the NJAC Act and not to
strike it down.
It is clear that they would be sent
to oblivion after their retirement.
The media want them to reckon it
before writing the judgement.
Is it true that the media have lost
their rapport with the judges?
China devalued its currency on 11
August 2015, by about 2 per cent.
China is doing this continuously.
The Governor of the Reserve Bank of
India remains as a deaf and dumb person.
He refuses to explain the
whereabouts of the public money.
An anticipatory bail case related
to former Union Minister Mr. Dhayanidhi
Maran, came before a Supreme Court of India bench comprising Justices T.S. Thakur, Gopala Gowda and R. Pamumathi on 11 August 2015.
The bench asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to
tell the reason for making no arrests in a Re. 800 crore corruption case - National Rural Health Mission case- in the Utter Pradesh state.
The court related a frivolous
matter with a bigger corruption case.
The court simply refused to be an
auxiliary to the CBI.
Now, the CBI cannot conceal Niira Radia case, Medical Council of India Case, Urea
case, the JMM case and many other cases.
The CBI said that Mr. Maran established a telephone
exchange at his house to enable the SUN TV, owned by his brother, Kalanidhi Maran, to use the connection
given to him.
The court wondered how the CBI
arrived at the figure of Re. 1.7 crore without generating a telephone bill.
The CBI submitted that it could not
take action against Mr. Maran when he
was a minister.
It attributed this to his clout.
It is an accusation against the
Supreme Court of India.
It must be stated that the Marans belong to the ruling class.
They meticulously follow the code
of conduct of the media.
They did not violate it even when
they were denied the so-called security clearance.
Naturally, they did not utter a
word for Freedom.
However, a Union Minister cannot do
anything illegal.
Did the former prime minister
protect him?
Did the Chief Justice of India
protect him?
Did the Director, CBI, protect him?
What is important is the act of
protecting illegality.
It must make public the modus
operandi of protecting a minister.
The above Bench added that
everything that happens in India shocks their conscience.
The government illegally allows about
ten men to mint money.
For this, it even allows them to exploit
the 65000 public sector telephone towers.
At the same time, it stands before it for a
telephone bill.
This, perhaps, shocks their
conscience.
But the conscience has no meaning
when there is no action.
The third tranche of coal auction
started on 11 August 2015.
The coal blocks were in the hand of
hundreds of people.
The Supreme Court of India destroyed
them.
It promoted a policy without giving
any rights to the people.
The court failed to set even a certain
maximum for an individual.
Now about ten men usurp the natural
resources.
The sand mining was in the hand of
about 20 men.
Tomorrow, it is going to be usurped
by the ten men.
They would spread the money in all
fields to destroy their rivals.
These are unconstitutional actions.
The court must either prevent it or
reveal this work to the people.
Even otherwise, it is a constitutional
requirement.
Assume that a person in the Assam
state sends hundreds of letters to the Supreme Court of India seeking Freedom.
The present man must know this good
fortune.
Others also must know it as a
matter of right.
Now this does not happen.
The sacred trust within the court
is not known to anyone.
Should everyone live like a pig?
The court must answer the above
crucial question.
There is only one answer.
The answer is commanding Freedom of
expression.
It must save the sacred trust
contained within the burning court.
