THE
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
FURTHERS THE HAPPINESS OF THE PEOPLE?
The Union Government, on 14 August
2015, decided to sell the shares of the public sector banks to its employees.
This is a euphemism to usurp public
assets.
The decision is an unconstitutional
one.
But the Government can do anything.
The Supreme Court of India is behind it.
In his Independence Day eve address to
the Nation on 14 August 2015, President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee described democracy as “the most precious
gift” of the Constitution of India. He added that it is the time to act.
It is not easy to decipher his speech.
The Supreme Court of India is burning.
He stares at the gruesome spectacle
before him.
The fire is gaining in intensity.
He wants to find a solution.
Otherwise, why does he worry like
this?
He says that the solution must come
from within.
The media said that the President is a
worried man.
They
attributed it to the disruption of Parliament.
The Supreme Court of India removed the
entire public resources.
It is in the hand of about ten men.
What can the MPs do?
Can they recover the money?
What if they disrupt the Parliament?
What if they don’t disrupt it?
It must be noted that the President
said that the devious designs of a
few would never overcome the essential oneness of the people.
What
does he mean by devious designs?
Does
he refer to the manipulators?
Does
he refer to the judges?
Does
he refer to the people like the present man?
Apparently,
he exhorted the judges to act now.
He
wants them to use their talents for the nation.
He
wants them to put right the public wrongs.
They
must act now.
Their
action must further the happiness of the people.
Prime
Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi,
in his Independence Day address to
the nation, on 15 August 2015, vowed to eliminate corruption.
He
gave over $1 trillion to his promoters.
He
is now in a very strong position.
He
can produce all petty offenders before the Supreme Court of India to eliminate
corruption.
This
is letter No.404.
