THE
LEARNED JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
`TRUE
TO THE SALT THEY EAT?
The government reiterated its decision
to auction the coal blocks on 11 August 2015.
The Supreme Court of India must restrain
the government from going ahead with the auction.
It shall not alienate the natural
resources based on a flawed judgement.
The fact that the people are not given
the right to know this work proves the flawed nature of the judgement.
If it cannot prevent the alienation of
public resources like this, it must give Freedom.
The learned judges need not carry this
man in a palanquin and proclaim him as a hero of the nation for this.
The Chief Justice can orally
communicate this to the prime minister.
He would either give Freedom or
restore the public resources.
The learned judges can demand higher
pay.
But they shall not refuse to do their
duty.
They shall not forfeit their gift.
They must be true to the salt they
eat.
