307: INDIA: THE MOST IMPORTANT PROPERTY.

307.

INDIA:
THE MOST IMPORTANT PROPERTY.

The Hindu, on 4 November 2014, said that Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, former union minister, was gearing to form a big alliance to fight the elections.
In this connection, it must stated that the Wikileaks had mentioned many black money holders. The names of several Indian political leaders and business houses could be found in the list.
The foreign exchange reserves of India should have increased in direct proportion to that of China. But it remains stagnant in India. This gives credence to the report.
The people cannot mistrust any political leaders or companies based on the Wikileaks alone. As the government reluctantly confirms some accounts, the suspicion deepens.
Therefore, all account holders mentioned in the list and their beneficiaries must refrain from doing any political work. They shall not directly or indirectly seek the support of the people to strengthen their position or weaken the Freedom of the people.

The Union Cabinet, on 4 November 2014, dissolved the Delhi Assembly.
If Supreme Court of India had given Freedom to the people to see the last letter, the prime minister might have resigned.
As the government attached the assets of former chief minister Miss Jayalalithaa long before her conviction, a constitutional government might have confiscated the entire property of the black money holders and their beneficiaries. It cannot delay action in the pretext of investigation.
Now the black money holders use their TV channels and newspapers to subvert the Constitution of India.
Thus the government acts harmfully without the consent of the people.
But, it must be a constitutional one and the people must acknowledge the rule law.
It may be recalled that as early as on 3 March 2003, the Kerala High Court, while declaring the oath of an MLA invalid, said,
Whenever, there was violation of Constitution, the courts could not be silent spectators. They are under duty to intervene. The courts have no vested interests. They are not wedded to any valuables. They are sworn in to discharge their function without any fear or favour”.

Now the Supreme Court of India takes away not only about $ 2 trillion but also their Freedom- their most important property.
The Chief Justice of India must do justice without fear or favour.

This is letter No. 307.
This letter is being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Supreme Court of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, and posted in the blog: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 5 November 2014.
