304 :THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA: DISPOSSESSING FREEDOM?

THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
DISPOSSESSING THE FREEDOM?

An unconfirmed internet news said that a political leader of India had Re. 220000 crore in a Swiss Bank. Another leader had Re. 158000 crore. It gave the names of 18 others - two brokers included.
The present writer noticed it on 1 November 2014. The leaders might have got it as commission in ores, liquor, contract works and import of defence items. Some might have got as commission for buying shares using public money.
This shows that the Supreme Court of India must have taken stronger action against all leaders.
It must be noted that no leader has refuted the news.

The 2G Special Court framed charges of money laundering against former Telecom Minister A. Raja and a few others in connection with the  Kalaignar TV illegal gratification case. The charge sheet talks of dubious transaction of Re.200 crore giving it a colour of regular business transactions with the intent to conceal its true nature and to project the tainted amount as untainted. The newspapers reported this on 1 November 2014.
Several dubious transactions, each running into over Re thousands of crore, have been pointed out to the system. They affect the destiny of every child in India. Yet, the system is not ready to go into them. But it exhaustively corrodes the small offenders.
This is largely due to the nature of the political system.
A person must get publicity as a matter of his fundamental right; and not at all as gratis. A tyrannical nation would not allow this.
The records before the Supreme Court of India show that the present Prime Minister of India received money from the miners and others in the pretext of election. They are dubious transactions. With the intent to conceal its true nature, the tainted money has been projected as untainted money by imparting the colour of political donation.
Due to this illegal gratification, the prime minister dispossesses the Freedom of the people.
          He will not deny this.
