THE
POLITICAL POWER
Prime Minister of India, on 7 November
2014, adopted a village for development.
The prime minister must strive to make
India an adoption-free nation.
The prime minister, on the same day,
talked against female infanticide.
The present man – in the last letter-
requested him to consider 1000 million people as an infant in
his hand. This is his reply.
Using some hard words, a Supreme Court
of India Bench comprising Justices Dipak Misra, R.F. Nariman and U.U. Lalit,
on 7 November 2014, set aside two judgements delivered in 2008 and 2010 by the
Madras High Court that directed the Union Government to include caste criterion in the census. The court
observed that the High Court had tried to inject the concept of social justice
on its own.
The present prime minister could have implemented
the judgement of the Madras High Court.
The Supreme Court could have upheld
the judgement in public interest because the happiness of the whole is more
important than that of the part. The judgement is a classic case of the bad
driving out the good.
Former Union Minister Mr. P. Chithambaram, on 7 November 20,
said that the UPA government had mishandled the 2G spectrum issue.
No man shall infer false conclusions.
However, the Wikileaks had indicated huge amounts against many former ministers
in their secret accounts in foreign banks. They did not challenge it while in
power or later.
No system would allow such leaders to
do any political work before surrendering the money.
Minister or no minister, the people
possessing power keep it or remove it. This is the meaning of political power
in India.
Is the Supreme Court of India afraid
of the power in the hand of even former ministers?
