INDIA:
ANNULLING
THE EFFECT OF BLACK MONEY
The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on 9 November 2014,
inducted 21 new Ministers - four Cabinet Ministers included. After expansion, his team swelled to 66.
He did not want to empower various
sections of the people. A big State like Tamil Nadu did not get any berth in
the Union Cabinet.
It is impossible for any prime
minister to protect the interest of every section of the people without a man
to represent them. In fact, no prime minister would be glorious if any sections
of his subjects are weak like the “sweepers”.
Had there been adequate
representation, the people would have got a chance to become judges of High
Courts as a matter of right. The Supreme Court of India would have reflected
the heterogeneous nature of India. Then the verdict in the so-called census case mentioned in the last letter
would have been different.
Other things are similarly related.
The Congress Party said that the prime
minister inducted some tainted people. It fielded one of its general secretaries,
Mr. Ajai Maken, to say this.
In this connection, it must be stated
that several political leaders possess black money.
Besides, all Indian political
parties are the effect of black money. Their interest is to conserve $2
trillion. This is the reason why the Indian
Penal Code (IPC) refuses to do
justice.
Even the Supreme Court openly says that the
government protects the holders of black money.
Therefore, the political parties have
forfeited their right to talk for the people. Pending the full recovery of the
black money, all their political activities must be banned. There shall no
political control of the government.
The system must shift in such a
direction so as to cancel the effect of the black money.
The Supreme Court must devise a
method to run the government until the effect of the black money is annulled.
