THE
PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
APPROPRIATING
THE WHOLE NATION?
Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi, on 28 November 2014,
described the record voter turnout in the elections to Jammu and Kashmir State
as a victory for democracy.
He knows that India is a slave nation.
Yet he describes India as a democracy. In this way he impairs the reason of the
people.
The documents in the hand of the Supreme
Court of India show that he constantly receives black money and other benefits
from the miners and others.
Assume that he is not the effect of
black money. Then, he would not have suppressed the truth from the people.
Now the court has allowed him to
appropriate the whole nation to himself. This is unconstitutional.
The Supreme Court, in 1997, said, "We are not concerned whether the offender
is a Minister, M.P. or M.L.A. This court is of the view that the investigating
agencies should have no classification of offenders and book all persons - who
are reasonably accused of committing crime. The court is further of the view
that there should be only one category of offenders and not categories”.
In
a democracy, a man must give his ideas and the people must have the right to
hear them.
The act of seeking the support of the
miners and others to be heard or to seize power is out and out unconstitutional.
This is letter No. 317.
This letter is being submitted to
His Excellency the President of India, Prime Minister of India, Supreme Court
of India, Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Indian Army and the Indian Air Force,
