THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA:
IMPAIRING THE REASON TO RULE THE
NATION.
The 2G Special Court, on 17
November 2014, framed charges against former Telecom Minister Mr. A. Raja and 18 others under the Money Laundering Act for Re. 200 crore
mentioned earlier in this work. The court granted bail to all the accused. The
petitioner is the Director of Enforcement
(ED).
The Wikileaks had published Re. 7800 crore against him. None refuted
it. Yet, the ED ignores this and runs after him for Re.200 crore? What is this? Is
not the ED liable for prosecution?
Defence Minister Mr. Manohar Parrikar, on 17 November
2014, said that a new policy for defence lobbying would be formulated to
balance the needs of the armed forces.
The government has majority support
in the Parliament.
But it exists not on that.
It exists because of the ability of
the holders of black money to impair the reason.
Such a government is forbidden by the
Constitution of India to take any policy decision.
Even the recent decision to appeal against
the Madras High Court order in the census
case has no legal sanction.
Congress leader Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and her son, Mr.
Rahul Gandhi, appeared before the people on 17 November 2014 in connection
with the birth day celebrations of Mr. Jawaharlal
Nehru. Many leaders from India and abroad attended the function.
The Wikileaks had put the total undisclosed wealth of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and her son at
Re.214800 crore!
Thus the holders of black money force
the people to watch them.
In fact, the popularity of the
leaders is a function of the black money they or their friends hold.
It must be noted that Finance Minister
Mr. Arun Jaitely said that the Congress
Party had more grounds for embarrassment
The Supreme Court of India openly
accused the government of protecting the holders of black money.
Therefore, if there is a prima facie
case against them, they must be taken into custody forthwith. All must be equal
before the law.
Addressing a public meeting organized by the Non Resident Indians (NRI) at Sydney, Prime
Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi,
on 17 November 2013, said that had there been no democracy in India, he would
not have visited Australia. He said that the welcome given to him was the one
given to 1.25 billion people. He added that 6 months time was not sufficient
for him to prove his worth.
He is the effect of black money and
not 1.25 billion people.
But he impairs the reason of the
people to rule the nation. This is unconstitutional.
