317: The Supreme Court of India: Perverted Justice?

317

THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA:
PERVERTED JUSTICE?

The last letter was sent on 20 November 2014. Immediately, a meeting of the Union Cabinet ensued.
This gives the impression that the President of India is extremely alert to hand over the letters to the prime minister.
After the meeting, Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitely said,
1.     “The real strength of Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi is his strong mind like that of sports persons.
2.     He has a strong belief.
3.     He overcame odds to reach the top.
4.     He is a strict disciplinarian.
5.     He is extremely hard working.
6.     He is always actively oriented.
7.     He has clarity on what every department in government is supposed to do.
8.     He carries forward his agenda of development despite contrary views; and this makes him virtually unmatched in the political arena”.
Thus he says that the decision to strange the views of the people belongs to the prime minister. What is the virtue in keeping the support of 1000 million people under his belt after keeping them as animals?

There were 8 murders for gain at the Chennai city in the last week.
The pain a family feels due to the loss of a member need not be mentioned. The alarm felt by the people is more important.
Now there is no such alarm. All are reconciled to the fact that such things would affect all others at any time.
As the government and the Supreme Court would not accept responsibility for such a condition, the present man has to accept responsibility.

An employee of the Tamil Nadu State Electricity Board was arrested for receiving a bribe of Re. 3000.
The small offenders alone are under the law.

Perhaps as a reply to the references about him in this work, Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Union Minister, now said that he would cooperate with the government to withdraw the money even if there were Re. 2950.
Everyone knows that the present government is the effect of black money. Yet, he does not seek the resignation of the prime minister. Therefore, the people are apprehensive about his account.

A Supreme Court of India bench comprising Chief Justice H.L. Dattu and justices M.B. Lokur and A.K.Sikri, on 20 November 2014, ordered the removal of the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Mr. Ranjit Sinha, from the 2G case. The Bench said that a speaking order would affect the reputation of the CBI.
The charge levelled against him was that he had been normally discussing the case with the accused at his house.
Mr. Sinha said that he had been meeting the accused regularly as part of his duty and that he had not done any wrong. He requested the court to tell the illegality committed by him.
The media did not report his full arguments.
In this connection, it must be stated that the government, Supreme Court of India, a few teams of advocates, media and the CBI work in tandem as a Cover-up Body of India to protect the big offenders.
Thus the people no longer hear about the Niira Radia tapes. A team of advocates, media and the Supreme Court are responsible for this.
None knows the outcome of the Medical Council of India case.
The police had detained a few trucks laden with currency. The case disappeared after some flimsy explanations.
The so-called JMM money is still in the bank. But the case had gone into oblivion long ago.
The urea case vanished into the CBI.
Several other cases are similarly related.
However, the people tend to get some benefits when the CBI, courts, government or the media strikes a discordant note.
Thus Mr. Sinha did two wonders.
One is the money laundering case against former union minister Mr. A. Raja.
The above case makes the continuation of the present prime minister an untenable one.
Another one is the act of buying shares worth about Re.3600 crore from the Sun TV by the Maxis. The CBI had described this as bribe.
This case proves that the act of buying shares using public money is bribery that is against law.
Thus the hitherto legally valid things suddenly look deviant.
Evidently, Mr. Sinha indirectly touched the nose of the system.
Whether he did it knowingly or unknowingly is known to him only. But the above actions validate this work.
Naturally, the system now abhors him.
If the Supreme Court of India chooses to conceal this work even now, the above order is neither justice nor injustice; but perverted justice.
