CHAPTER 110

110

ACTIVATION KNOWLEDGE

Sri Lanka on 26 May, 2009 requested the world leaders to give money for the rehabilitation of the Tamils. This shows that one reason behind the killings is economic interests.
Obviously, Sri Lanka now wants to earn money through two ways. One way is seeking the help of others in the name of one half of Tamils living in Sri Lanka. Another way is trapping the foreign exchange remittances of the other half living in other countries.
THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 27 May, 2009 disclosed that a law had been passed to block the emails and blogs of individuals that convey anything about the Government. It is clear that this work remains hidden not only due to the media mafia but also due to the control of the Government over the press. It must be noted that the paper revealed this only after this writer pointed out this.
A political party in India on 29 May, 2009 returned Re.27,64.925/- received from a big industrial house. Others also could emulate this.
The President of Sri Lanka on 30 May, 2009 said that there was no pressure from India even during the final assault to stop the war. He said that India did not ask Sri Lanka to stop the war at any stage because Sri Lanka was carrying out the war of India. He added that the soil of Sri Lanka would not be used by any another country for anti - India activities.
Thus, India –and not Sri Lanka- is responsible for the killings. Sri Lanka was only an instrument in the hand of India. As India did not rebut his statement, it is clear that India did not ask Sri Lanka to stop the war even when the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State undertook the fast.
Further, the statement gives the impression that Sri Lanka gave a naval base to China only at the instance of India. Therefore, India must clarify whether Sri Lanka gave the construction work of a base to China after getting the consent of India or not.
A special session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission was convened on 28 May, 2009. The resolution sought to try those found guilty of the crimes against humanity during the Sri Lankan war. There was no consensus in favour or against. 12 nations, including England, France, Germany and Italy, voted for the resolution. 29 Nations, including India, passed a Sri Lankan counter resolution that praised the killings. Thus it approved the racial policy of Sri Lanka and the extermination of the Tamils.
Russia supported Sri Lanka. But Georgian intervention of Russia and its other internal policies might prompt it to support the Tamils in the long run.
Cuba tried to block the discussion. If the USA had given Indian type military training to the boys in Cuba, it would not have done so.
However, as the European countries are even now central to the mind of the world, Sri Lanka was defeated in the eye of the right thinking countries. Whether they were activated by one or two letters from the present writer or not is known to them only.
In this connection, it must be stated that the body of a leader of an important nation had been hung upside down for public viewing for committing a far smaller crime.
The copies of the last email were sent by post to 20 Ministers in the Union Cabinet, President of India, Speaker, Chief Justice of India and the Chief Justice of Madras High Court on 1 June, 2009.
The President of India, in her address to the joint session of Parliament on 4 June, 2009, informed the decision of the Government to sell 49 per cent of the shares of all PSUs. She also said that India would make contribution to rehabilitate the Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The letters sent on 1 June, 2009 might have reached the hands of the Union Ministers on 5 June, 2009. Whatever happened, the Union Cabinet postponed the proposed visit of the President of Sri Lanka to India. As there was no consensus, it, apparently, decided not to transfer Re. 500 crore to Sri Lanka. The talks about 49 per cent privatization of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) practically disappeared. The talks about the sale of loss making PSUs also faded. Some Cabinet Ministers might have wanted the nationalization of all natural resources. A Union Minister said that the new Budget would be formulated consistent with the views of the public only. Thus a two page letter activated some new Ministers. In fact, anyone could discern their thirst for the good. But none disclosed the existence of this work as if they were under an oath to deny FREEDOM to Indians.
India, apparently, transmitted the new developments to Sri Lanka immediately. Sri Lanka, in turn, sent a Minister and some Tamil representatives to assuage the feelings of the leaders. During this occasion, one or two leaders might have demanded to give freedom to the Tamils to get aid from India. But nothing came to the open.
The President of the USA on 6 June, 2009 said that the other nations must stop genocide when it occurs. The President did not say anything about India. However, his words show that the USA had expected India to stop the killings.
Sri Lanka on 6 June, 2009 sent back a Mercy Mission ship containing medicine donated by the Tamils in Europe. Obviously, India need not donate even medicine to Sri Lanka.
The Prime Minister of India on 8 June, 2009 reiterated in Parliament that those who wanted power must come through the ballot box. However, he agreed that a new idea could not be stopped. He said that the militant people who obstruct the removal of minerals would be defeated. With regard to Sri Lanka, he declared that Re. 500 crore had been allotted for the rehabilitation work.
The Government is exercising an absolute power over the press. The Election Commission and the Supreme Court do not ask the Government to tell the reason for this. The political leaders are also helpless. Therefore, the ballot box is useless and no rival can emerge in India.
The ECONOMIC TIMES on 8 June, 2009 said that China aided the Sri Lankan bloodbath. The paper is shifting the blame to China. China did not refute this. Thus some accuse Sri Lanka. Some doubt India. Now China is also appearing. Therefore, the world would never fix the responsibility for the killings under the present conditions.
However, as no other country helped the Tamils, India should now justify the military training given to the Tamil boys.
Sri Lanka arrested 9 Indian fishermen on 9 June, 2009. There was no reaction from India.
A Union Minister on 13 June, 2009 said that India would use its authority to ensure equal rights for Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The statement shows that the Government would give money to Sri Lanka under one pretext or other. This would embarrass many political parties because they would find it very difficult to quit the Government on this issue.
If India could achieve independence to the Tamils, they would do various works. They would earn foreign exchange by trading with Sri Lanka and other nations. None need help them. In contrast, so long as Sri Lanka receives money or any help from India, they would keep the Tamils in sheds and debauch them in all possible ways. They would transfer the foreign exchange and their internal resources to China for buying weapons or for repaying loan. This is how China accumulates foreign exchange at the expense of India is another matter.
A Sri Lankan navy vessel collided with two Indian fishing boats on 15 June, 2009. Five fishermen escaped in another boat. Sri Lanka is doing this because it got money, weapons and logistic support from India. Curiously, India did not condemn the incident.
The militant people killed four army personnel on 16 June, 2009 in the Jharkhand State. The army retaliated by killing four militants. In the Assam State, the militant people killed twelve people including eight children. None condemned these incidents.
The President of the USA on 16 June, 2009 requested the world countries to ensure freedom of expression to the people. Does he mean India? India must give an answer.
Notwithstanding anything, the activation knowledge –the minimum knowledge required to activate a man- must be low. Then only a man would do his duty. This is what the sages say.
The facts from 26 May, 2009 to 17 June, 2009 are being sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 17 June, 2009 through email. It was immediately put on the website: www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com

Chapter 109

A STAND

The Supreme Court on 4 May, 2009 expressed its dissatisfaction over the stand taken by the Union Government for the recovery of the money in the numbered accounts. In contrast to the BALCO judgment, the learned judges said that the court was watching the economic policy of the Union Government. The new stand of the court shocked the Government. Now the Chief Justice of India should not leave it in a half-baked condition.

The Prime Minister of India requested the people to keep him in power for 100 more days to bring about a great economic change in India.

On 6 May, 2009 the militant people killed 10 police personnel in the Chhattisgarh State.

A leader of a religious organization in India attributed the war in Sri Lanka to religious factors.

On 11 May, 2009 militant people killed 11 police personnel in the Chhattisgarh State.  On the same day, the militant people killed 3 polling officers in the West Bengal State.

Russia on 11 May, 2009 joined China and blocked a United Nations Security Council resolution on the problem of Tamils.

China had opposed a resolution earlier presumably because India is one of its valuable markets.  Now Russia also is taking the same stand. In this connection, it must be noted that Russia - under a genius- did not choose a path of self annihilation but agreed to a spontaneous disintegration of the Union of Soviet Socialistic Republic (USSR) into several countries.  Now, Russia is not prescribing the same medicine to Sri Lanka!

An envoy of the USA called on the leader of the principal opposition party on 13 May, 2009.

In the Indian General Election, the ruling United Progressive Alliance (UPA) improved its numerical strength in the Parliament. It secured 262 seats in the 544 member House. However, even before the results were declared almost all opposition parties announced their support to the principal ruling party.

As the media mafias conceal this work, the people do not know that they have no right to sell even kerosene. They do not know that their Government had taken a decision to give Re. two lakh and fifty thousand crore to two boys. When someone says that the people have no FREEDOM to know news and views they look at him scornfully. Naturally, they say that one family alone is qualified to rule India. Thus the media mafias confirm their ability to make any imbecile the ruler of India. For the same reason, the present election is constitutionally null and void.

If the system had given FREEDOM to the people to know the message of this work, they would have demanded the political parties to nationalize the minerals and the spectrum to prevent their perennial inheritance.  They would have demanded them to take action for the letter dated 1-6-2001. Above all, they would have demanded them to restore the illegally privatized Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

The President of Sri Lanka on 16 May, 2009 said that he secured freedom to Sri Lanka by defeating the Tamils. The truth is that Sri Lanka conquered the entire Tamils areas.

Militant people killed 4 people in the Assam State on 19 May, 2009.  On the same day, army killed 6 militant people in the same State.

India decided to give Re.500 crore to Sri Lanka for the resettlement of the Tamils. An enquiry would prove that India gave a huge amount of money to Sri Lanka secretly. Now Sri Lanka must be asked to utilize its own internal resources for the rehabilitation work. When other countries take up the rehabilitation work, Sri Lanka utilizes its money for buying weapons. This is the reason why many other countries have stopped giving money to Sri Lanka. The hard earned money of Indians is now going to Sri Lanka for killing the Tamils.

The President of Sri Lanka on 19 May, 2009 said that he succeeded in killing all top leaders of the Tamils not because of his will but because of the will of the international community.

It is true, that Sri Lanka could kill the Tamils because of the unconscious will of the world.  This happened because one or two countries misled the world through the aid of the media mafia. Even otherwise, SCHOPENHAUER says that the lowest forms of life are entirely made up of will, without knowledge. As man in general is mostly will and little knowledge, he says that the man must be freed from will so that his intellect can see the object as it is.

A leader in Sri Lanka on 20 May 2009 expressed his desire to meet a Congress party leader of India and her daughter. Again, according to SCHOPENHAUER, even with talented women everything is personal, and is viewed as a means to personal ends.

The correctness or otherwise of the inference of SCHOPENHAUER is known to women only. However, the people did not give much importance to his words. Now many people tell that Sri Lanka could kill the Tamils because one or two leaders in India subjugated their intellect to their will. Naturally, every minister in Sri Lanka wants to meet them.

India sent medicine worth Re.3 crore besides a medical team to Sri Lanka on 21 May, 2009. In this way India induces Sri Lanka to kill more and more Tamils.  Other countries are not sending medicine like this. They abhor giving medicine and poison simultaneously. Even otherwise, no country shall seek or accept any help from others after blinding its children.

The militant people killed 16 police personnel in the Maharashtra State on 21 May, 2009.  None in India condemned it. In these crucial matters the Prime Minister remains invisible. The militancy is spreading even to the Maharastra State. Even after repeated requests, the Government of India is not giving the reason why Indians kill Indians like this. Weapons fail to elicit a reply. Words also go in vain.

The new Union Government  was sworn in on 22 May 2009. The Prime Minister got one more term. The President of the USA sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister only after the new Minister for External Affairs said that India valued greatly its relationship with the USA. The Prime Minister of Britain also has not greeted the Prime Minister. Do they perceive that those who possess power in India deceive the people to remain in power? Is the present leadership a liability to the nation? This must be a source of discomfort. Ironically,  the leaders have great satisfaction.

The UN Secretary General on 24 May, 2009 shook hands with the President of Sri Lanka! In this way he approved the extermination of Tamils.

Notwithstanding anything a man must have an instinct to take a firm stand in crucial matters. Then only he would be able to do his duty. This is what the sages say.

The facts from 2 May, 2009 to 25 May,2009 are being sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 26 May 2009.

CHAPTER 108

108

DESTRUCTION

The USA on 19 April, 2009 asked Sri Lanka to stop the war and start negotiation. The USA, for the first time, warned of dire consequences. The Tamils immediately welcomed the new stand of the USA.
Accepting a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), the Supreme Court on 20 April, 2009 directed the Union Government to submit an affidavit - within 48 hours – on the money in the numbered accounts. A newspaper in Switzerland had reported that a former Prime Minister of India had deposited Re.11000 crore!
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State on 23 April, 2009 said that the Tamils got military training during the period of two successive Prime Ministers because their demand for a sovereign nation was a reasonable one. However, all other leaders in India have been telling that India did it in the supreme national interest.
India gave military training to the Tamils at a time when India donated an island to Sri Lanka. No country would part with its island while giving military training like this. Hence, the statement of the Chief Minister is an untenable one. Now, the Chief Minister is virtually a ruler of India. He could consider the question of disclosing the real reason behind the act of giving military training to the boys.
The Chief of an Information Technology Company on 23 April, 2009 said that the dismissed employees would get full pay for one year if they did not get re-employment. This is his reply to the last email submitted to Her Excellency the President of India. He knew that it is nothing but an act of injustice. But he also knew what he says is law. Now the employees would look upon him with fear and suspicion instead with love, respect and gratitude.
Militant people killed five police personnel in the Bihar State on 24 April, 2009.
Two Indian officials called on the President of Sri Lanka on 25 April, 2009. Sri Lanka immediately intensified the war.
The USA on 25 April, 2009 again asked Sri Lanka to halt the hostilities. The USA now said that any military end to the conflict would end the hope for the unification of Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka asked the USA and the western countries to mind their own business. It said that no power had the right to bail out terrorism.
A political party in India on 25 April, 2009 considered the creation of an independent Tamil nation as the solution to the Sri Lankan crisis. African National Congress party in Africa expressed a similar opinion.
The President of India on 26 April, 2009 visited the Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland. She saw the ‘gas chamber’ where about 1.1 million Jews had been exterminated. The President described the killing as an example of “human misery and cruelty”. She expressed her hope that such incidents would never happen again.
When the present writer profusely quoted Plato, the former President of India paid a visit to Greece. Now, on seeing the repetition of the Holocaust in Sri Lanka, the President of India went to see the ‘gas chamber’. In this way, the President unequivocally demanded her Government to put an end to the misery and cruelty in Sri Lanka. In fact, the act of wounding parents and their children by bombing and keeping them without any treatment inside barbed fences is more heinous than vaporizing them in a ‘gas chamber’.
The Tamils, on 26 April, 2009, declared cessation of offensive operations. Describing this as a joke, Sri Lanka rejected it. It asked the rebels to either surrender or perish in the deep sea. It thanked India for extending all kinds of logistic, weaponry and monetary supports. Offended by this development, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State commenced an indefinite fast on 27 April, 2009 at 6 A.M. India immediately asked Sri Lanka not to use aircraft or heavy weapons. At 1 P.M. the latter obliged.
The above fast diffused a highly volatile situation in Sri Lanka. A sudden thoughtless action might have resulted in the death of more than 10,000 people on that day.
The Encyclopedia Britannica had mentioned the name of this Chief Minister long ago. Therefore, he needs no new achievement to establish his name. However, if his Government at the centre had been helping Sri Lanka without his knowledge, the fast might go down as an achievement. It would be an addition to his greatness.
The fast shows that three or four leaders possessing power in India join together in a small room and frame the policies of the land in bad faith. No consent of the Parliament. No common consent. No Cabinet meeting. No collective responsibility. No debate in any forum. The Union Ministers are expected to present to the Cabinet the matters pertaining to their ministries only. This is the etiquette. This is the reason why a coalition partner had to undertake a fast.
It is true that Sri Lanka –exercising the greatest cunning and caution – enlisted the support of the USA and other countries before the present military action. Yet, the USA might have moved its warships to Indian Ocean. It might have informed its intention to undertake a 30 minute air operation to destroy the war machinery of Sri Lanka. Alternatively, the some European countries might have conveyed their intention to grant independence to the Tamils. The fast might have coincided with these developments. If these inferences were true, it was India that surrendered the heavy weapons, for a moment, to the will of the world.
The shocked media mafia warned that any withdrawal of the Sri Lankan forces from the Tamil areas would lead to the destruction of India.
Now, if the Tamils were responsible for perpetrating injustice in Sri Lanka, they are liable for total destruction. If Sri Lanka were doing injustice, the world should not hesitate to destroy its war machinery. If India were responsible, the bad thinking that brought down a calamity in Sri Lanka deserves destruction.
The Madras High Court on 27 April, 2009 sentenced a former Managing Director of a nationalized bank to a 14 year imprisonment.
Sri Lankan Air Force on 28 April, 2009 bombed and killed several Tamils in the hope of destroying the prize within. Thus it violated its own announcement. If the Tamils had aircraft, they would have destroyed the Sri Lankan air bases. If they had heavy weapons, they would have retaliated. Now, they are physically powerless. They have no strength even to protest. Yet Sri Lanka is undertaking bombing operations!
The manipulation mafia on 28 April, 2009 said that about one lakh Information Technology employees would be dismissed before September, 2009 based on a stringent performance criterion.
In this connection, it must be stated that a Company now wants to hire 20,000 and fire 2000. Anyone could be beaten below the belt using the performance criterion. It is a new predicament. They interfere in examinations and award low mark in interviews. They trap telephone conversations and block emails. Above all, they have the power “to strange” the work like this one. Now they want to dismiss employees! The President, Government and the Supreme Court must be sensitive to find a solution.
The Foreign Ministers of Britain and France visited Sri Lanka on 29 April, 2009. Sri Lanka turned down their demand for a truce presumably because it believed that it was sitting on the head of India.
The President of Sri Lanka on 30 April, 2009 said that the USA should not preach to Sri Lanka. Now he would find fault with anyone acting in good faith. Apparently, he thinks that he alone has a brain that needs no preaching.
Not withstanding anything a man might perpetrate injustice. He may be an incarnation of a divine power. Even then he is liable for destruction. This is what the sages say.
The facts from 19 April, 2009 to 1 May, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 2 May, 2009 through email.

CHAPTER 107

107

GREATNESS
One more man in India immolated himself on 22 March, 2009. 12 people have died in a similar way for the Tamils.
In the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), China opposed a discussion on the human rights problem of the Tamils in Sri Lanka. China alone requested the UNSC not to interfere in the internal affairs of Sri Lanka. China justified its stand saying that the military operation in Sri Lanka had no effect on international security and peace.
It is true that “sometimes it is better to leave things as they are”. However, when some countries gave military training to the Tamils, China did not describe that as an act of interference in the internal affairs of another country. In contrast, China has been shaking hands with all leaders associated with that training.
Further, the terrors in Sri Lanka are disturbing the mind of all right thinking people all over the world although Norway alone came out of its comforts and did its duty to find a solution.
Incidentally, the present writer has been sending the copies of the last few emails to many western countries mainly because the ball is in their court. As the copies were not sent to China, it opposed the motion. This conclusion is an imagination only. What the present writer knows is his work and the present developments.
Eight militant people and eight army personnel died in different clashes in the Jammu & Kashmir State during the last three days.
The Speaker of Parliament on 23 March, 2009 described the process of disqualification as a matter of arbitration. This is the answer to the charges leveled against him.
At the instance of the President of the USA, the Prime Minister of India agreed to a one-on-one meeting on 2 April, 2009 during his visit to London for the G-20 Summit.
The officials from the Embassy of Germany and Sweden on 25 March, 2009 called on a political leader in the Tamil Nadu State to know more about the problem of Tamils in Sri Lanka.
The Indian Cricket on 25 March, 2009 signed a Re.8200 crore Official Broadcast Partner Agreement till 2017. The proceeds must be kept under a competent authority appointed by the Government.
Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) on 26 March, 2009 rejected the demand of the Government to park 15 per cent of its corpus totaling around Re.1,82,000 crore in the Stock Market.
The veracity of the above report is not known to anyone. Assuming that the amount indicated is a correct one, the EPFO is in possession of Re. 12,00,000 crore (Re. twelve lakh crore)! In contrast, the Union budget for 2008-2009 was Re.7,50,000 crore!
In this connection, it must be noted that the EPFO and the Union Government are not separate entities. Yet, the EPFO has rejected the proposal of the Government. This shows that the President of India might have persuaded the Government not to invest the money in the stock market arbitrarily. Now, the President must take one more step so that the Government would disclose the method of utilization of the EPFO money.
The USA on 26 March, 2009 requested Sri Lanka to bring an end to the war and find a solution acceptable to all sections of the people. Sri Lanka ignored the demand. The USA chose not to react immediately.
The trial of a 66 year old man connected with the former “Khmer Rouge” rulers of Cambodia opened at a genocide tribunal on 30 March, 2009.
Mr. Alberto Fugimori, a former President of Peru, claimed innocence before a tribunal. The charge was that he killed 50 people in three different incidents.
In this connection, it must be noted that all rulers kill their opponents branding them as rebels or antisocial elements. So long as they enjoy the support of the media, the world accepts them as efficient leaders. When they fall from the grace of the media, they and their supporters face the charges of genocide.
A Congress party leader in India on 31 March, 2009 requested the President of Sri Lanka to declare cease-fire. The latter ignored it. The former left the matter there.
The US Secretary of State on 1 April, 2009 said that the international community had started planning for the post conflict period in Sri Lanka. There was no reaction from Sri Lanka for this.
Many considered the new stand of the USA as a clear signal to grant total freedom to the Tamils. However, Tamils, presumably because of their untold sufferings, believed that all half-hearted steps by other countries would perpetrate injustice only.
Above apprehension is an unfounded one. This conclusion is based on the fact that the moves of the USA and other western countries are upsetting all calculations of Sri Lanka.
The Prime Minister of India met the President of the USA at London after the G-20 Summit. The President, among other things, might have discussed the Sri Lankan terror.
The Prime Minister of India called on the Queen of England on 2 April, 2009. The Queen might have requested him to give FREEDOM not only to Indians but also to the Tamils.
An explosion killed a man in Assam State.
Some Malayalam TV channels disclosed that India paid Re.900 crore in 2008 as commission for buying missiles worth Re.10,000 crore from Israel. The other TV channels and newspapers did not report this with any seriousness. The Government has not rejected the report.
Eight people died in four separate explosions in the Assam State on 6 April, 2009.
Some Tamil newspapers in India on 7 April, 2009 said that 520 Tamils including many civilians died in an attack using chemical weapons. The papers said that the chemical weapons had been supplied to Sri Lanka by India. Sri Lanka denied the use of chemical weapons. However, the photograph of the dead bodies – all without any bullet wounds- supported the claim of the Tamil newspapers.
Her Excellency the President of India sent a reply to a letter on 18 March, 2009. The letter is given below.

In this connection, it must be stated that it is the first letter received from the President of India for 105 letters or petitions. This may be a small step for the President of India. But, it is a giant step for 1000 million people. This might put the President at odds with the convention. However, the reply shows that the President is transmitting the petitions not only to the Prime Minister of India but also to various ministries, investigation offices and the Supreme Court. Thus, even the Chief Justice of India would be constrained to give a reply to the questions pertaining to the administration of justice in India. This shows that the office of the President of India is not the end of the career of a person. The obvious inference is that the President might give FREEDOM to Indians.
The USA and France on 9 April, 2009 requested Sri Lanka and the Tamils to stop war –like activities. Canada also followed suit. Sri Lanka, as usual, ignored it.
The Union Government on 9 April, 2009 decided to hand over 70 oil fields - before the general election - to private parties through an auction.
The act of apportioning the natural resources of the country among less than ten individuals is an unconstitutional one. Further, the Government shall not do anything to add to the militancy in India. This would undermine the UNITY of India. The violence taking place in India proves this. The Supreme Court would agree with this.
Further, there is no dearth of funds. The money in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund remains unutilized.
In the meantime, an Information Technology Company in India decided to dismiss over 2000 employees attributing inefficiency. This company recruited the boys after conducting rigorous tests. Now it wants to dismiss them. One reason is their family background. In order to dismiss one or two, it is dismissing over 2000! No escape. The Company is not bound by anything. Such a situation does not exist in any other country.
The militant people killed two police officers in Assam State on 11 April, 2009.
On the same day, the militant people killed 10 police personnel in the Jharkhand State. The encounter occurred just hours before a Congress party leader addressed a meeting. One or two newspapers reported the incidents in remote corners. The political leaders did not condemn the killings.
In this connection, it must be noted that the Government is not disclosing the reason why Indians kill Indians. The reason why they target the top leaders is also not known to the people.
Four people, including two police personnel, died in a land mine explosion in the Chhattisgarh State on 12 April, 2009. Police gunned down six militant people in two other encounters in the same State on the same day.
40 people, including 10 army personnel, died in a gun battle in the Chhattisgarh State on 13 April, 2009.
10 army personnel and four militant people died in another gun battle near a bauxite mine in the Orissa State on 13 April, 2009.
The President of India on 14 April, 2009 presented civil awards to 63 personalities. A representative of a manipulator took for himself one award. None in India questioned the correctness or otherwise of this.
Sri Lanka killed 18000 rebels in the last few weeks. Sri Lanka proudly said this on 14 April, 2009. This is worse than dropping an atom bomb on the Tamils. The mass graves of children, women and families would require a tribunal. This would happen only if the world countries were ready to withdraw their support to Sri Lanka.
The Government sold Satyam Company to another Indian Company on 16 April, 2009. The sale is patently unconstitutional.
The militant people killed 19 police personnel and polling officers, in the first phase of polling on 16 April, 2009 in four States. None in India condemned it. It went down as a routine incident. Why do Indians wage a war against Indians? Is it because of the denial of FREEDOM in India? Or is it because of the perception that the Government functions as an agent to transmit the natural resources to private parties perennially? It is the duty of the President to give answers to these unanswered questions.
England and France again asked Sri Lanka to stop the war. They, apparently, do not want to perpetrate injustice any more.
Presumably at the instance of the many western countries, India talked to the representatives of the Tamils and the Sri Lankan Government on 16 April, 2009 at New Delhi. This shows that Sri Lanka is not a sovereign nation. The moment the world wants, the Tamils would get freedom.
In this connection, when the present writer wanted India to save the Indian fishermen, two Indian officials went to Sri Lanka and, apparently, directed it to destroy the Tamils at the earliest. None denied this. They are destined to suffer and die like this for reasons not known to them. This has no precedent.
A political leader in India on 18 April, 2009 said that her party would work for a free Tamil Nation in Sri Lanka.
The UN Secretary General, Mr. Ban Kimoon, sent the chief of staff of the UN, Mr. Vijay Nambiar, to Sri Lanka to assess the situation. Mr. Nambiar on 18 April, 2009 wanted Sri Lanka to stop the war. However, Sri Lanka expressed its helplessness saying that issue was in the hands of its field commanders.
The world could have prevented the perpetuation of injustice in Sri Lanka in several ways. If nothing worked, the world countries could have established diplomatic relationship with the Tamils after granting independence. Now, the only license in the hands of Sri Lankan leaders is that the Tamils belong to their country.
The Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, has not given a reply to the letter dated 18-3- 2009 of the President of India.
A man may be so great that no achievement would be an addition to his greatness. Even then he must do his duty. This is what the sages say.
The facts from 21 March, 2009 to 18 April, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India through email on 19 April, 2009.

Chapter 106

106

KNOWLEDGE IS LIBERATION

The last email was sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 23 February, 2009. The website: www.howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com was immediately updated. Besides, the copies were sent to several responsible people including the members of the Election Commission of India, Chief Justice of India and the Chief Information Commissioner. None brought it to the knowledge of the people.
The USA on 25 February, 2009 requested Sri Lanka to stop the war and start negotiation with the rebels. But Sri Lanka immediately turned down the suggestion saying that the war was against terrorism that was in the last stage.
With regard to its financial crisis, the USA said that a part of the bail out package would go to the small business and not a penny would go to the Wall Street. This is consistent with the suggestion that the public money must go to the smallest and the weakest companies.
The Government of India now ordered the inspection of the books of account of 150 companies, including 14 listed companies.
A political leader in India on 24 February, 2009 requested the Union Government to lift the ban on the rebels in Sri Lanka.
One more man on 25 February, 2009 committed self immolation for the cause of the Tamils. He later died. This shows that the world leaders must be full of compassion towards all human beings irrespective of their nationality.
A Special Court on 25 February, 2009 sentenced a former Union Minister to three year imprisonment for corruption.
The 14th Parliament ended on 27 March, 2009. The Speaker did not dispose the disqualification petitions pending before him. Hereafter, the system would try to choose the people like him only as the President of India.
The Company Law Board (CLB) on 5 February, 2009 allowed majority representation to the Government in the Maytas Infra Board. Maytas Infra is a company of the son of Mr. Raju, the owner of Satyam.
The Parliamentary Standing Committee for Law and Justice said that the judges of the High Courts must be selected by a competent committee rather than by four or five judges of the Supreme Court. The learned judges of the Supreme Court need not assume to themselves the power to appoint judges. It is an unnecessary burden. The present Chief Justice of India could do great service in this matter before his retirement.
Now a Union Minister said that fundamental questions on capitalistic system had come up. Further, he said that India would see huge public investments and not private investments in the next three years. He added that his Government had to take into account the wishes of the people. The reason why the Union Minister talks of three years is not known to the people. Does he mean the tenure of the present President of India?
India on 9 March, 2009 sent a 52-member medical team to Sri Lanka to treat the victims of war.
The principal opposition party in the Tamil Nadu State on 9 March, 2009 demanded the independence to the Tamil region in Sri Lanka. The party, however, did not favour armed struggle to achieve it.
On the next day, one more political party considered independence to the Tamils as a remedy to the killings. Many other parties also might have expressed similar opinions. But the media blacked out their words.
In this connection, it must be noted that the present writer had sent the copy of the last email to one or two members of all political parties in the Tamil Nadu State Assembly.
An envoy of India met the US Secretary of State, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, on 10 March, 2009.   The USA might have discussed the Sri Lankan crisis.
Sri Lanka said that India had been helping that country by giving medicine, food and money but others were giving unwanted advice. The New Indian Express reported this on 12 March, 2009. This shows that some countries are demanding Sri Lanka to consider the question of giving freedom to the Tamils although no country has said anything openly. The Tamils failed to declare independence is a different matter.
On 12 March, 2009 the Union Government submitted before the Madras High Court that there was nothing wrong in apportioning the spectrum for Broadband Wireless Access among four private operators.
It is the duty of the Union Government to apportion the spectrum among the State Governments. It is for the UNITY present in the Constitution of India. Now the King of Travancore has no right to run a telephone company. His subjects also do not enjoy any right over this natural resource. They have no right to buy and sell even petrol. The act of divesting the business interests of the people of a region under any pretext is unconstitutional. The President could seek the opinion of the Supreme Court in this matter.
The Government appointed a former Chief Justice of India to guide the sale of Satyam Company. Immediately, he converted the proposed online sale into offline sale. The message is obvious.
In this connection, it must be noted that Mr. Raju is more a seeker of wealth than a big anti-constitutional manipulator. The former must be supported but the latter must be extirpated.       The Government shall take over his ill-gotten wealth. But, he has not transmitted his power to the Government to affect the sale. Therefore, the sale would go down as an unconstitutional action. The President could seek the opinion of the Supreme Court in this matter also.
In the meantime, the Union Government decided to sell some vacant properties in the cities for the construction of hospitals and old age homes. One would think that this decision is consistent with this work. But this decision too is an unconstitutional one. The land acquired for public purposes shall not be sold to private parties under any pretext. Unwanted properties must be returned to the original owners.
Now a political leader has been arrested under the National Security Act. An actor also has been arrested. The allegation is that they talked something in the context of the problem of Tamils in Sri Lanka. Now they must remain in jail like animals for one year without any bail. The news medium had blacked out their speeches. Therefore, what they talked is not known to the people. The present action of the Government alone is known to the people.
In this connection, it must be noted that India had asked the boys in Sri Lanka to take gun against their Government. India asked them to consider this as their duty to their kith and kin. Emboldened by the action of the Union Government, a State Government openly gave huge amount of money to the boys. All right thinking people would agree that the present developments are the effects of the decision of the Union Government. The Government did it with the knowledge of the then Union Ministers. Some of them are still in the Union Government. Therefore, the system must ask all senior Union Ministers to prove their innocence before affecting the arrests of such people. This is a very important one because knowledge and action consistent with that knowledge might lead to the liberation of the people.
On 14 March, 2009 army killed three militant people in Jammu and Kashmir State.
On 15 March, 2009 the US Secretary of State again demanded Sri Lanka to stop the war. Within no time, Sri Lanka rejected the demand as an insignificant one.
When the new President of the USA asked Sri Lanka to stop the war against the rebels, many people believed that the USA and the western countries would intervene in one way or other to stop the killings. It is possible for them. In fact, the Sri Lanka would not hesitate to withdraw the army from the Tamil region. Now, the USA is losing control over even this small country. This will have some bad consequences to the world.
The USA must fight against injustice in this region. Otherwise, the future of the Tamils would be controlled by fate only. In fact, Sri Lanka intensified the war against the Tamils only when the present writer wanted India to stop the killings of Indian fishermen. Obviously, they are being affected by what others do. It might have been a coincidence is a different matter.
In this connection, any one could discern that Russia does not allow cannibalism for such a long period of time in the areas of its influence.
Two more men committed self immolation on 15 March, 2009. They, perhaps, believed that the destiny of the Tamils was more important for them than their own destinies. The political leaders did not do their duty to prevent such disasters.
The militant people killed a leader of a religious organization in the Orrisa State on 19 March, 2009. The print media blacked out this. Had the system belonged to others, it would have published this in bold letters and discussed it for months.
The Chief of the CIA called on the Home Minister of India at New Delhi on 19 March, 2009.
Some Information Technology Companies at Trivandrum ousted some of their employees on 19 March, 2009. The Government ignored it. Hiring is common in India. But firing is uncommon. Therefore, such companies must be taken over by the Government instantly in the Satyam model. Otherwise, they would hire the boys through one campus and fire them through another campus under one pretext or other. The Government shall not lose its control over the companies.
The Madras High Court on 20 March, 2009 ruled that the banks could extend educational loans to the poor and the meritorious only.
Knowledge is liberation. This is what the sages say. Now the people are going to vote without the knowledge of this work. Naturally, the election to the 15th Parliament would not lead to the liberation of the people.
The facts from 23 February, 2009 to 20 March, 2009 are being submitted to Her Excellency the President of India on 21 March, 2009 through email.

ANIMALS

A Union Minister on 7 February, 2009 said that India wanted the total elimination of the militant people belonging to the proscribed organizations in Sri Lanka and the protection of innocent civilians. This is the reply of the Government to the email sent to her Excellency the President of India on the previous day.
In this connection, it is pertinent to state that India had supported the proscribed organization in the initial stages. Later, India reversed this policy. The leaders associated with the former decision must be distinguished from those responsible for the latter decision.
The Union Government now said that about 200 contractors were doing the highway works in India. The Government should have spread the work among, at least, 20,000 contractors all over India.
One more man in India died due to self immolation on 7 February, 2009. Some people think that India would notice their self sacrifice and reverse its policy.
The public sector Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on 8 February, 2009 said that the total premium collection during 2009 -2010 would be Re.3 lakh crore.
A man in Malaysia committed self immolation on 9 February, 2009. He might have done this because of his conviction that the world failed to do justice to the Tamils.
The Union Government on 10 February, 2009 decided to borrow Re.46,000 crore from the market.
In this connection, it must be noted that the Union Government is not utilizing the money rotting in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund. The people do not know the reason for it. Did the Government divert the money? The people simply refuse to accept the fact that their leaders had taken a decision to hand over this money to two boys. The Government shall not exploit the ignorance of the people. It must consider them as human beings and do justice to them in this matter.
The Supreme Court on 10 February, 2009 said that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was acting at the behest of the Union Government. Anyone going through this work would tell that the Supreme Court was acting at the behest of the manipulation mafia.
On 12 February, 2009 India wanted a political solution to the problem of Tamils within an undivided Sri Lanka.
In this connection, it must be noted that Sri Lanka was the first country to unofficially recognize its Tamil region as a separate nation. Accordingly, it did not recruit the Tamils of this region in its armed forces since its independence.
Then India followed suit. In fact, India gave military training to the innocent boys in this region and compelled them to use force against their Government. Indian leaders took this decision without any debate in India. Perhaps, they considered this as their duty to the nation. Most of those who got the training fell to Indian weapons. The rest remains proscribed. But those who decided to give the training still rule India! These are the dark truths about the undivided Sri Lanka.
England on 13 February, 2009 decided to send a special envoy to Sri Lanka to find out a political solution. However, the Sri Lankan Cabinet rejected the proposal on the next day. The Cabinet requested England to refrain from interfering in the internal affairs of Sri Lanka. This conveyed the message that the UK wanted to grant sovereignty to the Tamil region. Otherwise, Sri Lanka would have allowed the visit.
A man on 14 February, 2009 committed self immolation before the UN office at Geneva. He might have done this because of the feeling that the UN did not do justice to the Tamils.
A representative of the USA visited India on 16 February, 2009. He did not utter a word regarding the plight of Sri Lankan Tamils. Apparently, some secret diplomacy is going on to solve the Tamils issue.
The leader of the opposition on 17 February, 2009 commended the long services of the present Union Minister for Finance. This could be construed as a signal to make him the next Prime Minister of India. Evidently, the opposition party is biased in favour of the ruling party! This party does not even pretend to fight the coming election.
It must be noted that the above minister has not uttered a word regarding the existence of this work. Obviously, the system is poised to make a manipulator as the next ruler.
The Government on 17 February, 2009 directed the Company Law Board to remove all directors from the Board of Maytas Infra Company - a sister company of Satyam – in public interest. This gives the impression that the Government is wrecking vengeance upon Satyam because its CEO called himself a fraud. The reason for this conclusion is that others do not come forward to part with the illegally acquired assets.
Sri Lanka on 17 February, 2009 requested the USA to use its influence over the Tamil rebels in Sri Lanka to set free the civilians. This also shows that the USA is viewing the killings of children by a sovereign nation as an unjust one.
Kosovo celebrated the first year of its independence from Serbia on 17 February, 2009. The world is a dynamic one and new countries do appear in the world.
India on 18 February, 2009 said that it would agree to a political solution to the Tamils problem under an undivided Sri Lanka only.
The wording of the above statement gave the impression that some countries wanted India to agree to a sovereign Tamil nation. A categorical statement from India is needed to confirm or reject this conclusion. However, India need not oppose such an eventuality. There is no reason why other countries should not do as they pleased, so long as they act in the best interest of humanity.
Some political leaders met Her Excellency the President of India on 18 February, 2009 and requested her to seek the intervention of the UN to solve the problem of Tamils.
One more man in India, on 18 February, 2009, committed self immolation. He said that he was not educated enough to express his feelings. He considered this as the reason for his self immolation. On the next day, he died.
Sri Lanka on 19 February, 2009 said that the army had slowed down its war against the rebels in deference to the wishes of some countries. But for these countries, Sri Lanka would have run over the entire area by this time. Sri Lanka now fears that it has lost the war due to the inhuman killings.
Now, several political leaders met the consul of the USA at Chennai requesting the intervention of the USA to protect the Tamils. This is consistent with this work. As the media did not give the details, it is not clear whether they requested the USA to grant freedom to them or not.
Due to some reasons, the police on 20 February, 2009 entered the Madras High Court in large numbers. In the violence that ensued, 64 advocates and a judge were seriously injured. Some police personnel were also injured. A police station was torched. The police damaged hundreds of vehicles and windows and doors of the court. Such incidents might happen in all big countries due to one reason or other. However, the root cause of the above incident was the denial of freedom in India. The immediate cause was the plight of Tamils in Sri Lanka.
As the Government does not allow the words to pass free, many people in India want the Tamils to suffer like this. But, as the advocates are faster than others to distinguish between good and bad, they could not bear the injustice meted out to the Tamils for over 40 years. By denying FREEDOM the Government prepared the fuel. A small spark was sufficient to set it on fire.
However, one cannot put the entire blame on India or Indian leaders. This is because, even if one or two important countries had recognized the Tamil region as a sovereign nation, Sri Lanka would not have got the critical energy badly needed to kill its own children in such a large scale.
Incidentally, this work is in the hands of the Madras High Court. Yet it did not give freedom to the people.
One more man in India on 21 February, 2009 committed self immolation and died. The people do this because the Government does not allow anyone to impart knowledge to such people.
Army killed two people in the Jammu and Kashmir State on 21 February, 2009.
The Government of India on 21 February, 2009 granted permission to the Satyam Board to sell Satyam by auction. A thing worth for, say, Re. 1000 crore cannot be sold for Re.100 crore just because there were no takers. Mr. Raju, the former CEO of Satyam, alone knows its true value and the Government shall not abdicate its responsibility of running it. As the democracy in India remains as a show, the President alone could prevent the Government from perpetuating another injustice.
The Union Government on 21 February, 2009 requested the proscribed organization in Sri Lanka to come for talks within the framework of the Sri Lankan constitution. The Government might have said this due to intense international pressure. However, it is a bold decision because it is equivalent to lifting the ban on the rebels. It is a welcome development in the face of altered circumstance. A just solution might do India immeasurable good as the refugees would go back. This is the reason why Plato said that “the rule of guardians shall be flexible intelligence unbound by precedent”. India is now showing a little flexibility. However, India could go one or two jumps ahead of others because other countries might declare the Tamil region as a sovereign nation, if the killings continued like this.
The Tamil Nadu State Government on 22 February 2009 requested the permission of the Government of India to send its doctors to treat about 10000 people wounded in Sri Lankan bombing. No sovereign Government has any right to kill its own children by denying treatment. Medical teams must be sent without any delay as human rights recognizes no borders.
Even if the human beings were considered as animals, justice must be done. This is what the sages say. Thousands of years ago the sages envisaged that man might consider man as an animal. Anyone could experience it now. It is the time for Her Excellency the President of India to recall the meaning of the words of the sages.
The facts from 7 February 2009 to 22 February, 2009 are being sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 23 February, 2009.

A BURNING HOUSE

A Tamil TV channel on 23 January, 2009 said that Germany favoured a political settlement in Sri Lanka.
Her Excellency the President of India, in her Republic Day address to the nation on 25 January, 2009, reiterated that the fruits of development must reach the remotest corner of India. She added that the richness of a few could not be at the cost of depriving others of their due. Among other things, she used the word “perseverance”. The media did not report her speech in full. The Government must have directed the print media to publish the full text of her speech on the next day.
A sitting judge of the Supreme Court explained the virtues of FREEDOM in a half page article in The Hindu newspaper on 26 January, 2009. He is using his FREEDOM to deny the same to others. Apparently, he is a representative of the manipulators in the Supreme Court because the newspapers are publishing his work and not the work of others.
The new Satyam Board postponed its Board meeting slated for 26 January, 2009 to 27 January, 2009. This indicated that the email sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 23 January, 2009 did some wonders. Obviously, the President of India, based on the email, might have asked the Government not to commit any breach of trust while handling the Satyam matter. Thus, she might have done the duty expected by the Constitution of India. Some Cabinet Ministers and some Judges also might have stood by the President.
Accordingly, a member of the Satyam Board, after the Board meeting on 27 January, 2009, ruled out the possibility selling Satyam in whole or parts, as such a decision would be contrary to the mandate given by the Government. Another member openly asked everyone to refrain from poaching Satyam or its business. A Union Minister also said that the priority of the Government was stabilizing Satyam. A company that was poaching for the Satyam threatened to take corporate action against the new stand of the Government. Six others also came to the open to corner Satyam citing various principles.
Mr. Barrak Obama, the new President of the USA on 27 January, 2009 said that time had come for the USA to listen to the views of others.
The Income Tax Department, on 27 January, 2009 started an independent probe into Satyam.
Government of India on 27 January, 2007 sent a train load of tanks to Sri Lanka to crush the Tamil rebels. Some Tamil TV channels reported this on the same day. In the evening, a Union Minister went to Sri Lanka at the instance of some coalition partners. This is consistent with the policy of India to give food and water to the Tamils with one hand and bullets through another hand.
It must be noted that the Government repeatedly, in the recent past, said that it did not supply any arms to Sri Lanka. Instead, it must have picked up courage and frankly said that India was giving military help to Sri Lanka partly to achieve its objectives and partly to fulfill the wishes of an external force. Then the people would have understood the position of India. Now, the Government tells one thing to the people and does another thing secretly. An individual might do this. But a nation need not do this.
Two soldiers and two militant men died in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) State on 28 January, 2009 in two separate shootouts.
The Union Cabinet on 28 January, 2009 affected a small reduction in the price of petrol but decided not to deregulate its distribution.
The Government shall not maintain any truck with oil marketing companies because of their private character. The talk about oil bond and back arrears are out and out unconstitutional. All people all over India must have equal right to buy and sell petrol so long the oil companies possess any private character.
In this connection, it may be recalled that a newspaper on 30 June, 2006 disclosed that the Ministry of Petroleum had been functioning as a lubricant for party finances.
Further, the King of Travancore would expect the Union Government to give this right to his subjects.
A 26 year old man in India died of self immolation in the cause of Sri Lankan Tamils on 29 January, 2009. A few others also attempted it. The people do not know that the fire that kills the Tamils originate from an external source. They put the blame on Indian leaders and put an end to their life.
The public sector Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India on 29 January, 2009 decided to spend Re.40,000 crore before March 2009 to buy shares.
The President of India must restrain the LIC from investing money arbitrarily in shares.
Had the Government, and therefore the LIC, spent Re. 5000 crore or $1 billion for buying the shares of Satyam company at an appropriate time, the Foreign Institutional Investors and others might have taken the market capitalization of Satyam to about Re,150,000 crore or $ 30 billion in 2008. But the Government did not do so. One would say that the LIC would not put the money in a sinking company. It is an unconstitutional argument because the companies with strong fundamentals do not require money from the LIC or Government. The fact that they lean on the Government shows that they grew due to the Government and Satyam fell because of the absence of support from it. The LIC shall not discriminate between company and company and must put the money in the order of the weakest to the strongest based on well defined rules. Rules, among other things, must recognize the suggestions presented earlier in this work. However, the present decision of the LIC shows that hundreds of letters are not making any difference to the infallibility of the system. Therefore, it is the duty of the President to seek the opinion of the Supreme Court, once again, to put an end to this for good.
The Hindu newspaper on 30 January, 2009 described the Present Prime Minister of India as an “honest and decent” man. It said that he would not “bat for any unscrupulous voice”. It even depicted him as “the symbol of decency in public life”. They used this method to make him the Prime Minister of India. Now they are repeating the same.
In this connection, it must be noted that those wielding the real power in India covered up all illegalities committed by the previous Government. Then they wanted to privatize all Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). They succeeded in privatizing two very important PSUs and selling the shares of many others. They could corner spectrum and ores. Similarly, they could corner distribution licenses for gas and petrol. They could take unethical profit and quickly transfer it to other countries. They wanted the amalgamation of banks but failed. They contemplated to take the entire money rotting in the Provident Fund and Pension Fund but, apparently, failed. They could extract a huge amount through stock exchange and divert the money to different places but remained restless when a boy from Chennai removed Re.800 crore.
The present Prime Minister of India could function as their mask because he said that his intention was to bring shipload of money from other countries. Everyone close to him, including the judges of Supreme Court, believed him. But he could not allow Satyam to bring even a truck load of money from other countries. This might have shocked him. He could rule India and not his inner self. He knew that the present writer opposes him only because he represents an evil force.
Anyone going through this work would agree that the present Prime Minister has been sleeping in a burning house. He must be rescued from the present condition.
Now the manipulation mafia has started to flatter him again. They knew that the next mandate would go to the silent flatterers.
The USA, for the first time, on 30 January, 2009 expressed its concern over the situation in Sri Lanka.
In this connection, it must be noted that many countries have been demanding the civilian population in Sri Lanka to move to the safe zone, lest Sri Lanka would kill them. The UN also said this. Even some political parties in India, wedded to the Tamils cause, advised the Tamils to escape. The people, however, refused to desert the rebels. In fact, there was no distinction between the rebels and the people. After noticing this resistance, the USA is expressing its concern. It gives the impression that the USA is distinguishing between the good and the bad. If the USA were ready change its mind in this matter, the world would follow suit.
The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of India on 30 January, 2009 requested the President of India to remove one of his colleagues from office. This is not the duty of the CEC.
The Election Commission (EC) comprises three members including the ECE.
The Government must allow FREE speech to secure a peaceful change. But, it is not doing this. Such Governments –Spinoza says- “would plot against the enemy in time of war, so they do against the citizen in time of peace”. Therefore, it is the duty of the CEC to publish this work at the rate of two chapters per day so that the people would get at least 15 days to make up their mind, lest the coming election would be constitutionally null and void.
A retail company with about 1600 stores on 30 January, 2009 wanted the Government to give Re.300 crore to run it. It said that the lenders were not ready to help it. It is customary for the small companies to vanish silently. But this company asserts itself. No listed companies shall collapse on its own. The Government must take over such companies and return them to the owners later based on well defined rules. All vanished companies also must be traced.
The militant people killed 15 police personnel in the Maharastra State on 1 February, 2009. The reason is not known to anyone. None in India condemned it. Several newspapers and the TV channels did not report it. The people would accept any Government that works with the intention of solving their problem. The reason why the Indians kill Indians must be probed. The Government must change all its unconstitutional policies to put an end to these killings.
The Government on 2 February, 2009 disclosed that only 3 out of 61 Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) road projects had been awarded till December, 2008. It is an indication of the change in the policy of the Government. Her Excellency the President of India might have done the expected duty in this matter based on the email dated 23-1-2009. The Government could utilize its surplus money for this.
Now the auto industry is seeking the help of the Government to save millions of jobs in India. Such companies must be taken over by the Government in the Satyam model. The Government could return the companies to them as and when they want them back, lest the people would think that the system cut the throat of Satyam as a result of a conspiracy.
A Member of Parliament on 3 February, 2009 said that the Government did not bring to light his complaint against Satyam in 2002 for a manipulation of about Re. 25 crore.
The Supreme Court (SC) on 4 February, 2009 allowed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to interrogate the former CEO of Satyam.
In this connection, it must be stated that the SEBI allowed the sister company of a big company to extract a huge amount of money from the public in 2008. The net asset value of the company was practically zero. The Government concealed this work to boost its value. The financial institutions refrained from buying the shares. Within one or two months its share price fell sharply. All investors all over India perished. The SEBI did not prosecute the promoters. It did not even question them. The money has not been recovered till date. Therefore, the enquiry by the SEBI would not inspire public confidence.
Further, Satyam is a software company worthy of adulation for so many reasons. But the entire system wanted to cut its throat. The only way to save it was to show some profit. Had Mr. Raju not done this, it would have withered in the bud stage. Now all law enforcing agencies want to grill him. It is their duty. But, there are several bigger offenders. Therefore, the system must treat everyone equally.
Furthermore, the SEBI could have asked any question through the aid of the State police. It did not do so. So it might not share the information with the investors. Therefore, the SC could direct the SEBI to share all share sensitive pieces of information with the SC, investors and the public. It is very important because now the offenders are the prosecutors.
The USA and the UK on 4 February, 2009 –in a joint statement- demanded a temporary ‘No Fire’ period in Sri Lanka. They requested both the warring parties to resume discussion immediately. The European Union and Japan followed suit. Now a representative of the UN Secretary General went to Sri Lanka for talks.
A shocked India demanded the rebels to lay down arms.
Though very late, the USA, UK, Germany and the other countries are doing the expected duty. It must be noted that they did not ask the rebels to lay down arms before resuming talks. Now, they could solve the problem. Then the military would be withdrawn from civilian areas and both the parties would remain in their respective places to lead a happy life. The refugees also could go back.
Anyone would agree that the present development is the repercussion of democracy in the USA. Such changes cannot take place in India because the elections are a mere formality and the mandate goes in the hand of static minds.
Sri Lanka on 5 February, 2009 rejected the above joint statement. It rejected the demand for talks with rebels also. However, Sri Lanka, apparently, stopped the firing. This gave the impression that the joint statement was not a formality.
Notwithstanding everything, a man may not do the expected DUTY. Then he is sleeping in a burning house. This is what the sages say. The people, as a rule, considered these as preposterous words. In fact, the mankind has been searching, in vain, for a living example to justify these words of the sages. Now, anyone going through this work would agree that the present Prime Minister of India is a quintessence for this.
The facts from 23 January, 2009 to 6 February 2009 are being sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 7 February, 2009 through email.

NATURAL CHANCES

Three blasts killed five people in the Assam State on 1 January, 2009. The Prime Minister of India condemned it.
Police killed two militant people in the Manipur State on 2 January, 2009.
Two militant people and five soldiers died in two separate shootouts in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) State on 2 January, 2009.
The Union Cabinet met on 2 January, 2009 presumably - among other things - to discuss the email sent on the previous day. The Cabinet granted permission to the State Governments to borrow about Re. 30,000 crore from the public for public investments.
In this connection, it must be stated that the above decision is a remarkable one. It is consistent with this work. It would control flight of capital. However, the State Governments must utilize this good fortune.
Further, the Union Cabinet decided to spend about Re. 25,000 crore for the development of roads.
The Prime Minister of India on 3 January, 2009 exhorted the scientists to create intellectual leaders.
A soldier and four militant people died in a clash in the J&K State on 3 January, 2009.
The website: www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com was updated on 4 January, 2009.
The media on 4 January, 2009 said that the 3G spectrum auction would be delayed further. Any Government that works in public interest would apportion the spectrum among the State Governments. Such a decision would give happiness to the King of the J&K State and contribute to solve the militancy.
Mr. B.Ramalinga Raju, the Chief of the fourth largest information technology company in India –Satyam- on 7 January, 2009 called himself a fraud. He added that he did not extract any money from the stock market except for normal philanthropic purposes in the last seven years.
The circumstances that led to the above disaster are known to Mr. Raju only. However, when all types of illegalities were perpetuated, the share prices depended solely on the touch of the Union Government on the companies. There were no enquires. No proper audit. No supervision. Complaints were concealed. Everything was interpreted as economic policy and, therefore, there was no constitutionalism.
In the above environments, Mr. Raju also started eight other companies. He might have done it to join the big league of less than ten individuals in India. However, unlike his many colleagues in the top 30 Companies of Mumbai stock market, he could not extract enough money through Initial Public Offers (IPOs) in the last seven years. Compounding this, the public sector financial institutions were neglecting Satyam just to weaken its share value.
The unethical increase in the steel price increased the construction cost of the real estate projects of his sister companies. As the real estate market fell in 2008, he could not sell his assets. When he wanted to buy two companies of his sons to account for the fictitious profit of about Re. seven thousand crore of Satyam, the media mafia said that he wanted to divert the money of Satyam to the detriment of the shareholders. Then they published disquieting pieces of information about Satyam. As he was not in possession of spectrum, ores or money in the numbered accounts, there was a possibility for the non payment of salary to his employees from January 2009 onwards. In order to cope with the situation, he, apparently, knocked at the doors of everyone in India and abroad in vain.
He did not want his employees to suffer in any way. He did not want to blame others for his predicament. Therefore, in total desperation, he openly confessed that he committed a fraud by inflating the profit of the company by over Re.7106 crore in seven years just to boost the share price of Satyam and submitted himself to the law of the land.
In a related development, the Union Government in December 2008 asked Andra Pradesh State – according to the newspapers dated 19-1-2009 - to tell the reason for selling 50 acre of land to Mr. Raju at a far lower price than the market value. It is not to say that such questions shall not be raised at all. It is only to say that such questions were not raised against others. Therefore, the Government did not do justice by treating everyone equally. It was like throwing him on the fire from the fry pan. It may be recalled that the Reserve Bank of India had denied permission to the present writer to send about $10,000 to the USA as co-contribution to publish a book.
The Union Government immediately ordered an enquiry into the affairs of eight companies owned by Satyam. Andra Pradesh (AP) State Government followed suit. It is not customary for the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to audit the financial statement of the companies. Yet it too ordered an enquiry. Some US-based law firms filed “class action law suits”. They alleged that Satyam management violated US federal security laws. However, his clients, including Microsoft, Oracle, some companies in Japan and Australia, stood by Mr. Raju.
The Union Government immediately took over the administration of the company in public interest. The quick involvement of the Union Government ensured security of service to over 40,000 employees. Whatever happened in the past, the Government acted commendably and prevented another disaster. All people all over India heaved a sigh of relief.
Now, the Government, as the caretaker of the company, could run it successfully or give it back to Mr. Raju depending upon the assets and liabilities. The act of selling it to others would be a breach of trust. It would be against natural justice and bad in law.
Those who wield power described the statement of Mr. Raju as “corporate cronyism at its crudest”. Had he remained quiet, they would have described him as a gentleman. They knew that they also did the same manipulation in one way or other. Therefore, they wanted his blood. He was subsequently arrested for fraud, breach of trust, falsification of records, forgery, criminal conspiracy, diversion funds and cheating. The court remanded him to police custody for interrogation. In the jail, he was put in a cell along with notorious criminals. The Union Government ordered the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) to probe the issue. Now they want to tear him into pieces.
The Supreme Court on 5 May, 2005 considered companies as juristic persons. However, the cases in India might rescue him and Satyam from the cases in the USA.
Any impartial probe would show that the policies of the Union Government, Mumbai Stock Exchange and the financial institutions were unfairly favourable towards less than ten individuals. In fact, it would show that the system wanted the exuberant growth of less than tan individuals and extinction of all the rest. The present writer has been pointing out this for the last seven years to prevent such disasters. In fact, thousands of small industries daily perish due to high interest rates, current cut and unfair policies of the Government. Now, one of the top thirty companies has been affected. The prediction that the Re.44000 crore given to two boys would be devastating in all directions proved correct. However, the Government would say that it did not commit any mistake. It could escape because those who wield the real power in India are the prosecutors and the final judges!
Sri Lanka on 7 January, 2009 proudly disclosed that it killed 15, 000 rebels in the last two and a half years. The entire world might have noticed the statement.
In this connection, it must be noted that it was the first time a nation proudly disclosed -with the approval of the world - that it killed such a large number of its own people! Even Pol Pot did not talk like this. Sri Lanka believes that it is better than all other countries in this matter. But Sri Lanka became the worse due to this disaster. If it were allowed to continue like this, another 1,50,000 people would die in its hands in the next ten years.
Bentham firmly says that the man must strive to bring about the greatest happiness of the greatest number. Therefore, it is the duty of everyone to take a decision that ensures the greatest happiness of the greatest number in Sri Lanka.
Police killed 15 militant people in Chhattisgarh State on 8 January, 2009. It may be reiterated that a change in the mining policy would prevent such disasters. The Government must act in the interest of all.
The Prime Minister of India on 8 January, 2009 said that the Union Government had taken a policy decision to construct highways under public–private partnership. An impartial probe would establish that there exists a conspiracy to convert public assets into private assets in most of the Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) projects. This is the reason why the road works do not result in the creation of new contractors in the vicinity of the people. The case filed in a High Court confirms this.
A blast in Assam State killed three people on 9 January, 2009.
Her Excellency the President of India on 9 January, 2009 said that there must be transparency in the stock market. She wanted equitable distribution of wealth. Her statement is consistent with this work. However, a Tamil TV channel alone reported it. The All India TV channels blacked out her speech. The President of India must see that the public sector All India TV channel does not suppress her speeches.
The Union Government on 9 January, 2009 decided to set up 16 new Central Universities all over India.
The World Bank (WB) barred three Indian software companies, including Satyam, from doing business with it for eight years. The decision had been taken 18 months ago. But the WB chose to publish it now. Another Indian company bagged the contract given to Satyam.
The Karnataka High Court on 12 January, 2009 admitted a letter received from a former Prime Minister of India that alleged a corruption of Re.30,000 crore in the Bangalorwe- Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (BMIC) project.
Now the Union Government disclosed that it would free petrol distribution from its control. This would go down as another decision taken in public interest. Now the people suspect that there exists a conspiracy in this matter. The profit unethically given to the oil companies must be recovered forthwith.
In the Rajastan State, a case was registered against the former Chief Minister for cheating, criminal conspiracy and breach of trust on 12 January, 2009.
THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS on 13 January, 2009 disclosed that the son of a Congress party leader and his girl friend were arrested at Boston Airport on 27 September, 2001 with $ 1,60,000 in cash, without declaring it to the US Customs. According to the US law, the cash at hand of more than $10,000 must be declared. They had been let off after nine hours in the FBI custody at the intervention of the then BJP Government. The paper had been concealing this news for over seven years with a purpose. Now it is publishing this for public consumption although the matter has not reached the mind of the people.
The above paper on the same day said that Re. 755 crore had gone into the family business account of a present Union Minister as a reward for the spectrum allotted earlier. The veracity of the report is not known to the people. However, the Government did not reject this disaster.
A Tamil TV channel on 15 January, 2009 said that the UK had supported a ceasefire in Sri Lanka. The other TV channels and the newspapers did not publish this. In this connection, it must be noted that England did not resort to mass killing in Ireland. Now India could approach other countries to reverse their policy towards Sri Lanka so that the refugees would go back without delay.
The principal opposition party on 16 January, 2009 termed certain remarks of British Foreign Secretary, Mr. Miliband, as a diplomatic disaster.
The Prime Minister of India on 16 January, 2009 requested the chairpersons of District Planning Committees (DPC) to reduce the economic inequalities. He considered this as the most important challenge before the people. He told them that everyone must play a crucial role to achieve this. He, further, talked about the virtues of democracy and empowerment of people.
The Prime Minister of India on 19 January, 2009 said that the investigations would go into the root of Satyam fraud. The root cause of the Satyam disaster is the motive behind the decision taken by the Prime Minister of India to hand over Re.2,40,000 crore rotting in the Provident Account (PF) to two boys.
A Union Minister on 20 January, 2009 said that the Government would take the necessary steps for the growth of all regions.
The Company Law Board (CLB) wanted Mr. Raju and four other top functionaries of his company to submit their movable and immovable properties, including bank deposits, in India and abroad. Those in other companies also must furnish the same for equality.
A man, surrendering totally to his DUTY, would get natural chances to overcome the impediments. This is what the sages say. Apparently, the present disasters are natural chances to help Her Excellency the President of India to give true democracy to Indians.
The facts from 1 January, 2009 to 22 January, 2009 are being sent to her Excellency the President of India on 23 January, 2009 through email.

Chapter 102 - TOTAL SURRENDER

102

TOTAL SURRENDER

The lorry owners had been demanding the Union Government to affect a decrease of Re. 10/- per litre for diesel. During the talks held on 12 December, 2008 the Government turned down their demand. Therefore, they confirmed their decision to go on an indefinite strike from 20 December, 2008.
The copies of the last two emails, among many others, were sent to the Chief Justice of Supreme Court and the Election Commission of India.
The Prime Minister on 12 December, 2008 said that terrorist acts were a crime against humanity. He considered terrorism as a threat to democracy.
The Prime Minister of Great Britain, Mr. Gordon Brown, came to India on 14 December, 2008 on an unscheduled visit. He extended the cooperation of England to control terrorism. He might have utilized the visit to convey the desire of the Queen to give FREEDOM to 1000 million people. In fact, he wanted to talk many things to the people of India. But he could not. However, he managed to utter the words “financial terrorism”. His words went unnoticed. Anyone going through this work would agree that the words were harder than the word – manipulation – present in this work. He might succeed in giving FREEDOM to Indians. However, future alone would prove or disprove this conclusion. At Pakistan, on the next day, he did not talk about financial terrorism but said that three fourth of terrorisms in Britain originated from Pakistan.
Her Excellency the President of India on 16 December, 2008 reiterated that the fruits of development must reach all parts of India. On the next day, the President requested the Government to allot a huge amount to trap solar energy. Evidently, the President is doing something to augment public investments and to curtail financial terrorism. But her words did not reach the mind of the people. In fact, the people remember what one or two prisoners recently talked and not the words of the President.
The High Court, Delhi on 17 December, 2008 admitted a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that alleged arbitrary auctioning of 3G spectrum by the Union Government. The petition said that the decision was unfair and against public interest. A nine judge Bench in February 2007 said that all laws could be scrutinized. But the writ petition, apparently, is to extract a judgement in favour of auctioning using the three judge Bench BALCO judgment.
Some political parties alleged that there were huge commissions – about Re. ten thousand crore to Re. one lakh crore- during the previous allotment of spectrum.
In this connection, it must be stated that when there is a chance to get Re. ten thousand to Re. one lakh crore as commission, all men would not reject it. Therefore, there shall be no room for any commission. This had been given as one of the ten points in the first letter dated 1-6-2001. But it was ignored.
The Union Government on 18 December, 2008 said that the prices of petroleum products would be reviewed before 5 January, 2009. Accordingly, the lorry owners called off their strike. The Government relented presumably due to the last email. The Constitution does not permit any private party to take unethical profit.
Three militants and a soldier were killed in an encounter in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) State.
The Government of India on 19 December, 2008 disclosed through a Tamil TV channel that the military commanders of India and some other countries attended a meeting in Sri Lanka. It is now clear that the fire that kills the Indian fishermen and the Sri Lankan Tamils originate from an external source. The fire does not come out of the mind of the Indian leaders at all. No escape. No political leader has disclosed this till date. There is no use in blaming Indian political leaders at all in this matter. Now, the Union Government could request the power that exists above it to settle for a political solution so that the refugees might go back.
The Prime Minister of India on 20 December, 2008 exhorted the scientists to use technology to counter terrorism.
The Union Government on 23 December, 2008 announced its decision to auction 100 oil and 26 coal exploration blocks in February 2008. The Government could do so only if there were dearth of funds.
The Union Government said that action would be taken to prevent dumping of Chinese goods in India. The people believe that India allows the dumping just to enable three or four private parties to export their iron ore to China. As a result, a number of small industries in India have perished. Now, India could revive the sick industries or produce import substitution products under the public sector route only if the present beneficiaries were ready to forgo their market.
The Pope on 25 December, 2008 said that the world would fall apart due to greed.
The militant people on 25 December, 2008 killed four persons including a retired Army personnel and his nephew in the Jharkhand State of India. None in India condemned it presumably because the people would come to know that the Indians kill Indians only to oppose the mining policy of India. A change in the mining policy would add to the happiness of Indians.
The Union Government on 29 December, 2008 deferred the auction of the 3G spectrum by 15 days. By this time, the participants would come to an understanding to apportion the spectrum among them. In fact, they know several ways to corner the spectrum. The Government should not hand over public treasure of, say, Re. one lakh crore, to get Re. ten thousand crore just because there were no takers.
The Union Government now sanctioned about Re. twenty five thousand crore for widening roads. It is consistent with this work. But the Government should have allotted at least the surplus money of the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The Union Government on 26 December, 2008 directed the PSUs to invest 30 per cent of their surplus funds in the stock market through the aid of mutual funds. Ridiculing the people, the Government, on the next day- based on a new calculation- said that 800 million people in India were living under Re.20/- per day and 230 million people under Re.9/- per day.
The profit of the PSUs is the life blood of Indians. The direction to give this money to less than ten individuals is an unconstitutional one. The reasons had been given earlier in this work. The money given must be recovered forthwith.
The exact amount that would go out of the PSUs is known to the President only. A rough calculation would show that the amount would be sufficient to pay salary to all Union Government employees for the next three years. The Government need not borrow money. It should, at least, use the surplus money for public investments. Further, no man from Kerala, J&K or North Eastern States would be benefitted. Therefore, it would adversely affect the UNITY of the Nation.
England is not giving money like this. Instead, it is borrowing money for public investments. In fact, it is nationalizing the private banks. Even the USA is not following this path. It is giving money to sick industries only as loan. Non repayment or closure might lead to nationalization.
It is pertinent to recall that the then Prime Minister of India in May 1994 depicted democracy as “the mask of the real wielders of power”. He decried the tendency to cut corners for benefits. He wanted the genuine votaries of the system to sit up and think. He said this during his only famous speech delivered at Washington D.C. The speech had been written by him only. He would not have meant the democracy that prevailed in the USA or any other country. He meant Indian democracy only. Therefore, the concept that the leaders intrigue against the nation to remain as rulers is not an invention of the present writer. He knew the trick and became the Prime Minister. The present Prime Minister also used the same method to occupy the chair. It took seven years for a man in the street to discover the meaning of his words.
The present decision to invest public money in the stock market clearly confirms that the Indian democracy is the mask of the real wielders of power. One of the options before the President is convening a Round Table Conference (RTC) of the Cabinet Ministers, political leaders, judges, Election Commissioners and other prominent personalities to give FREEDOM to the people after the removal of the mask. It would restore rule of law. Then only, the will of a citizen, as it is and not as it is manipulated, would prevail. However, half hearted steps will have no yield.
Not withstanding everything, there must be a total surrender to duty. A man should not think about anything other than his duty. Then only a man would be able to do his duty. This is what the sages say. Therefore, the President should surrender totally to duty. Then only the people would realize the importance of a President. Incidentally, this is the democratic way to become the President of India.
The entire work comprising 101 chapters was updated in the website: howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com on 31 December, 2008.
The facts from 12 December, 2008 to 31 December, 2008 are being sent to Her Excellency the President of India on 1 January, 2009 just to enable her to fulfill the purpose of the President.
