THE BIRTH RIGHT

      On 1 March 2014, General V.K. Singh, former chief of the Indian Army, joined the BJP along with over 100 ex- army officers -three ex-Lt. Generals included.

   They stood in attention. Then, General V.K. Singh, flanked by the ex-Lt Generals, marched towards the president of the BJP, Mr. Rejinath Singh, and saluted him. This show could have been avoided because it appeared as a prelude to army takeover of the nation.

     He had received hundreds of letters before his retirement. Naturally this work had a catalytic effect on his decision. Perhaps, this is how everything must happen.

     If he is a man of courage, he would now enlarge the freedom of Indians. Then it will be for the good of the nation.

     On the contrary, if he is a slave by nature, he would contribute his share to deny freedom.

      

       A leader of the BJP, Mr. Arun Jaitley, on 2 February 2014, said that the question was growth. He added that the method of apportioning the money was a matter of secondary importance.

     This is his reply to this work. This is his justification to deny freedom.

    His reply shows that the nation reels in his hands. He would reconcile with the army takeover of the nation but would not give freedom.

      It must be noted that he even digested the colossal loss suffered by the nation due to the denial of freedom- as mentioned earlier in this work.

   The AAP leader, Mr. Aravind Kejiriwal, on 3 March 2014, said that Mr. Mukesh Ambani was supporting  both the Congress and the BJP.

    The media gave wide publicity to his words all over India.

   The Supreme Court of India, on 4 March 2014, sent the head of Sahara Company, Mr. Subrata Roy, to jail for his failure to repay the money collected from many fictitious and a few real investors.

      AIDMK leader Miss. Jayalalitha, on 3 March 2014, said that she would do to the soldiers what she did to the police personnel in Tamil Nadu state.

    A perusal of this work would show that this writer was the first man to point out the plight of the soldiers. In fact, this work takes account of the voice of every citizen.

     Now a leader of a political party is talking about the plight of the soldiers. Many other leaders might follow suit.

    On the same day, she said that the elections were a chance to get “freedom” to the people.

   Again, for the first time a political leader has used the word “freedom” although what she meant is not clear.

   The Directorate of Enforcement, on 5 March 2014, attached assets worth Re. 863 crore of Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Y.S.R. Congress president. Many others must have similar assets.

   The Election Commission of India (ECI), on 5 March 2014, announced the dates for the general election.

   Thus the system decided to conduct the elections without giving freedom to the people.

   The political leaders are not sufficiently public spirited to give freedom. All are afraid of facing the people in an atmosphere of freedom.

   The Supreme Court of India could hold any action unconstitutional. It could have enforced freedom of expression to make the election a constitutional exercise. At least, it could have revealed the attributes peculiar to all India political leaders.

    The crucial point is that it is the birth right of the people to hear about the works like this one through the media without exaggeration or suppression.                The Supreme Court is a trust created by the people to enforce this right.

    But it has taken away their birth right. It is nothing but breach of trust.    

     Therefore, the new Government would be as illegitimate as the present one; and - ironically- the soldiers would bend as low as the floor in humble salutation to it.

 This is letter No. 245.

    If the chief of the Indian Army gives an answer, none would take any disciplinary action against him.

   Therefore, he must give an answer.

THE NATURE-LED LEADERS

          The News Broadcasters Association (NBA), on 25 February 2014, urged all political leaders to stop levelling baseless charges against the media.

    The NBA knows what happens after every letter. But it pretends that a work such as this one does not exist.

    Therefore, it is an accused body.

   

    Eleven political parties – the Left parties included- on 25 February 2014, announced their decision to work as a bloc.

  They did not utter a word for the freedom of the people.

     BJP leader Mr. Arun Jaitley, on 26 February 2014, said that the ruling UPA was the most corrupt government in history.

     He must be courageous enough to give freedom before talking.

    AAP leader Mr. Aravind Kejiriwal, on 26 February 2014, said that there was a conspiracy to manipulate public opinion.

      When he talks something, the people all over India hear him.

    They must hear him because hearing leads to progress.

    In contrast, the present man has been working for the last 12 years. He has posted his work in a blog and claims that he represents the General Will of the nation. Yet the media does not report anything about his work.

    How does Mr. Kejiriwal get priority over this man?

      How does Mr. Kejiriwal differ from BJP leader Mr. Naredra Modi in this matter?

    Is he not a nature-led leader rather than a natural leader?

     Is it not a heinous crime to become an all India leader before giving freedom to his rivals?

   Is he not the centre of the conspiracy?

 

     A Supreme Court of India bench comprising Justices M.Y. Eqbal and B.S. Chauhan, on 25 February 2014, questioned why certain communities were not at all represented in the Madras High Court for over 60 years. It is consistent with this work. 
       However, does the Supreme Court get adequate representation?

  

      Navy Chief Admiral D.K. Joshi, on 26 February 2014, resigned owning moral responsibility over three major accidents in the past few months. His resignation came hours after a fire on board a newly fitted submarine, INS Sindhuratna. The fire had killed two senior officers.

      India, on 26 February 2014, invited bids to auction 3 coal blocks.

    The General Will of the nation as embodied in this work is that the natural resources that yield a profit over a certain maximum must be exploited by the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).   But the government ignores this.

    It must be noted that the present auction is similar to contempt of court because the coal allocation case is still in the Supreme Court of India.

   However, this happens because ethics are poor at the Supreme Court. Naturally, this behaviour is copied down to the High Courts and the government.

   The present man could have stopped it by doing this work with greater intensity. Therefore, he must accept responsibility for this.

   The President of India, Pranab Mukerjee, on 27 February 2014, among many things, said the following.

1.                 The media can undertake the role of cleaning public life only if its own conduct is above board.

2.                 The highest standards of ethics must be maintained at all times.

3.                 Sensationalism should never become a substitute for objective assessment ad truthful reporting.

4.                 Gossip and speculation should not replace hard facts.

5.                 There must be a self-correcting mechanism to weed out aberrations.

6.                 The news papers must be the keepers of the conscience of our country.

7.                 Commercial interests should not be passed off as legitimate and independent opinion.

8.                 As the fourth estate, the media is the mediator between the public and public servants.

9.                 It is a watchdog of public interest. It gives voice to the downtrodden and dispossessed.

10.            It is inherent in the role of a watchdog that the media draws attention to what is wrong.

11.            Gloom and dark alone should not dominate news coverage.

12.            A conscious effort must be made to highlight the positive and inspire change for the better.

13.            The power of the media should be used to engage in a nation-wide endeavour to reset our moral compass.

14.            I call upon Indian Newspaper Society (INS) and all its members to remain torch bearers of responsible journalism.

15.            They must always be a voice for justice and equally, spokespersons of hope and reason.

     Instead of asking the media to give freedom of expression, the President of India delivered such a long speech.

     It must be firmly stated that if he really wants to give freedom today, the people would get it tomorrow. Then the forthcoming election would be a democratic one.

         People’s Movement Against Nuclear Energy (PMANE) Co-ordinator Mr. S.P. Udhaya Kumar, on 28 February 2014, joined the AAP.

     Had he been given freedom, he would have sought ticket from this writer to carry out the General Will presented in this work. Alternatively, he would have chosen to fight the elections independently.

       Now he does not know what this writer said about Koodankulam Nuclear Plant.

       A Supreme Court of India issued a non-bailable warrant against the chief of the Sahara, Mr. Subrata Roy, as he did not appear before it in the so-called Re. 20,000 crore refund case. He was arrested on 28 February 2014.

    Actual position of this case had been mentioned earlier in this work.

     BJP leader Mr. L.K. Advani, on 28 February 2014, expressed his willingness to contest the elections.

     If he cannot give freedom to Indians, is it not better to remain as a citizen of India like Mr. A.B. Vajpayee?

  This is letter No. 244.

   When a citizen of India presents a compliment or a complaint, the army must respond.

  Now the army responds to the agents of the manipulators rather than the agents of the people.

Freedom alone would change this condition.

REPRESENTING THE GENERAL WILL

      Before adjourning the House sine die, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on 21 February 2014, requested the people to analyse his strengths and weaknesses.

     He denied freedom and democracy from day one. The real motive for this crime still remains obscure. Therefore, he must declare freedom and come out with a self assessment report. Then only the people could analyse his strengths and weaknesses.

                  Infosys Chairman Mr. NR. Narayana Murthy, on 22 February 2014, said that the non-performers in his company would have to leave.

     It may be recalled that his company had wanted to dismiss thousands of employees. Giving reasons, the present writer wanted it to retract. It, apparently, obeyed.

        Even a family runs on some laws.

    The societies, companies and trusts have public character. They function to accomplish specific goals for the nation. In the absence of specific laws, they must submit to the laws of Nature.  This is for public happiness.

      Now, he Government must send a team of experts to study whether his company abandoned the most basic ethical precepts or not.

     The government must note that the present writer now represents the General Will of the nation and act accordingly.

       Addressing a public meeting at Arunachal Pradesh, Mr. Arun Jaitly, a leader of the BJP, on 22 February 2014, said that there was a leadership vacuum in the UPA Government.

      The manipulators have been entrusting their executive power to their agents in various political parties and supervise their functioning. As the political leaders are subordinate to them, the actual form of Government is a matter of secondary importance only.

     As all political leaders vie with one another to deny freedom and democracy, there exists a leadership vacuum in all political parties.

       Mrs. Susma Swaraj, another leader of the BJP, on 22 February 2014, said that the Government had broken all records of corruption.

   It must be reiterated that the denial of freedom and democracy is the real act of corruption in India.

    The political leaders must ensure freedom to their political opponents like this writer. If they cannot do this, they must ask all newspapers and the TV channels not to report or discuss anything about them.

     Further, they shall not contest in any elections until there is freedom and democracy.

     Mr. Narendra Modi, on 22 February 2014, asked China to give up expansionist mindset.

   China entered Arunachal Pradesh on one or two occasions. India maintained silence on those occasions. Now China has entered the heart of India citing business principles.

   Defence Minister A.K. Antony, on 23 February 2013, said that there was not even the remotest possibility for the Indian Army to plot a coup against the Government.

    A premonition that a Government that denies freedom and democracy could be legitimately overthrown has prompted him to talk of a coup.

   On the same day, he said that the Indian Army would always obey the elected civilian government.

   As there is no freedom and democracy, the General Will of the nation since 1-6-2001 is embodied in this work.

   Therefore, the present writer – and not the Government- represents the General Will of the nation.

   When the Army gives an answer, it shall not be construed as a coup.

    This is letter No. 243.

   The Indian Army need not take gun against anyone.

   But it must give a reply to the letters.

   The reply might kill the enemies of freedom and not any individuals.

WARPING THE POLITICAL LEADERS

       On 12 February 2014, the Government of Delhi announced 50 per cent subsidy to power defaulters.

   If implemented, the above decision would go down as an unconstitutional act.

   Mr. L. Rajagopal, an MP, on 13 February 2013, used a can of pepper spray inside the Parliament when another MP was attacked.  This happened when the MPs trooped into the Well of the House to protest against the tabling of the Andra Pradesh Reorganization Bill.

     The present writer had given a concrete suggestion to help solve the above problem. The government could have implemented it. Then the people would have debated the pros and cons of division more vigorously. In this way, it could have gauged the mind of the people. But it did not do so. Thus, it tends to follow the wrong and leave the right.

    The Union Government, on 13 February 2014, cancelled its decision to sell the shares of the public sector Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).

      Instead - the government said - 10 per cent of its shares would be sold to public sector Oil and Natural Corporation Limited (ONGC) and Oil India Limited (OIL).

    On the same day, the government decided to defer the disinvestments of public sector Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) and Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) to 2015.

  The government, further, deferred the privatization of six airports.

    The above decisions were the achievements of the last letter. The people must know it. But they have no way to know it.

    The IBM, on 14 February 2014, announced its decision to cut 15000 jobs globally. According to reports, 50 got what is called Pink Slips- notice of dismissal- at Bangalore.

     If the IBM is a beneficiary of the Government of India, it must ensure job security to its employees in India.

    Two other big companies had – apparently- obeyed this writer earlier.

   President of India Mr. Pranab Muukherjee, on 15 February 2014, said that freedom of speech was one of the most important fundamental rights guarnteed by the Constitution of India.

   Evidently, the fear that the army might demand freedom and democracy to Indians is causing reverberations in the system.

     In this connection, the President of India must note that freedom of speech has two components: the freedom to talk and the freedom to hear.

     In India, there is freedom to talk but there is no freedom to hear. Therefore, there is no freedom of speech in India.

     Now - for instance - the present unwritten law is that every Indian news paper must mention the name of former Chief Minister of Delhi and AAP leader Mr. Aravind Kegiriwal in at least two places every day. At the same time, no news paper shall mention the name of this writer in any places on any day.

     A comparison of the contribution of this writer to Indian politics with that of others -Mr. Aravid Kejiriwal included- would show that this writer tops the list.

   Accordingly, the views of this writer should have got precedence over the rest. This does not happen in India.

     Thus the system warps the most important political leader. In fact, the system warps all natural leaders.

    Therefore, all leaders possessing power today are false leaders.

   This false art simply corrupts them.

  They bring disgrace on this nation by an act of dishonesty or cowardice.

    If there is freedom of speech, all false political leaders would perish and the most natural of men would lead the nation.

    Therefore, the President of India must enforce freedom of expression  without further delay.

       The President of India, on the same day, requested every Indian to be “argumentative Indian” not “intolerant Indian”.

    The first letter was sent to the then Prime Minister of India, Mr. A.B. Vajpayee,  on 1-6-2001.

     Then the letters were sent to the President of India, Supreme Court, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) and important political leaders.

    The letters were sent to the armed forces from letter No. 91 onwards only.

   The army was requested to give a reply only in letter No. 241.

    This is not a sign of intolerance at all. In fact, no other citizen of India would have written 240 letters in 12 years before approaching the army for a reply.

    A Supreme Court of India bench comprising Justices K.S. Radhakrishn and Vikramajit Sen, on 17 February 2014, issued notice on a petition filed by Mr. C. Sudararajan, activist, challenging the non-implementation of the 15 directions issued by the court in May 2013 by the Kudankulam nuclear power plant.

    If the order of the court had worked, the plant would not have been commissioned at all.

  Mr.  Aravind Kejriwal, on 17 February 2014, gave an address to the Confederation of India Industry (CII).

     On that occasion, he told them that he hailed from a business family and he was not against the privatization of the power corporations.

   He deplored that businessmen were viewed with suspicion as if they had committed theft.

    Why do the businessmen warp the political leaders? Why do they impose some individuals on the people? Why do they deny freedom and democracy? Is it not to thieve public resources?

    It must be noted that his address to the CII appeared in the internet.

   But the underground moles did not make public his talk through newspapers. They thus mask his real nature from the eye of the common people.

   The Union Minister for Finance, Mr. P. Chithambaram, on 17 February 2014, presented vote-on-account for four months. He asked history be the judge of the last 10 years.

   He can continue to rule India so long as he could “strange” this work. So it is too early to assess his work.

   However, he must disclose the mechanism followed to strange this work. This is to know whether he is a witness or an accused in the crime.

     The Supreme Court of India, on 18 February 2014, commuted the death sentence of three convicts in the “Rajiv Gandhi assassination case” to life imprisonment because of the inordinate delay in the execution of its verdict.

    The delay was presumably due to the fact that three successive presidents of India felt that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) had treated one or two witnesses as accused.

   In fact, Mr. Thiagarajan, one of the officers of the SIT recently disclosed that he had failed to indicate that one of the convicts had no prior knowledge about the assassination.

   Immediately after the verdict, the Government of Tamil Nadu decided to release seven convicts with the prior permission of the Union Government.

    However, the families of the victims – Mr. Rahul Gandhi included- opposed the decision.

  The Union Government then obtained a stay from the Supreme Court.

    In this connection, everyone must note that these things are the fruits of the denial of freedom.

    If the then Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, had not secretly given training to the Sri Lankan Tamils in 14 locations, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and many security personnel might not have been killed and these convicts might have lived as gentlemen.

   This happened because of the inaction of the people close to her. In fact, none prevented her.

   Evidently, some innocent people suffer because of the actions or in-actions of others.

    Thus the denial of freedom has disastrous consequences.

   Let this open the eye of the system.

   The Union Government, on 18 February 2014, cancelled 16 coal blocks allotted to the big firms. It was followed by the cancellation of 12 more blocks.

   The government secretly allocated the coal blocks and the other minerals for the last ten years. By this way it could rule India comfortably. Now, it openly cancels some of them. At the same time, the Supreme Court has silently reserved the judgement in the coal case.

    Mr. P. Chithambaram, Union Minister for Finance, on 19 February 2014, deplored that Parliament had 543 members and only 12 from Andra Pradesh had been disrupting the Parliament day after day. He criticized this as an undemocratic act.

    India had not elected anyone to Parliament in a “free” election.

   Had there been freedom and democracy, many might not have entered the Parliament at all.

     In fact, many had been recruited to annul the constitutional rights of the people.

     Therefore, no Union Minister has any moral or constitutional right to continue in office at all.

   The Parliament, on 20 February 2014, passed the Talangana Bill with the support of the principal opposition party – the BJP.

   Obviously, the government would not have concealed many things without the co-operation of the BJP.

    This is letter No. 242.

    The armed forces must help ensure freedom and democracy even while they sleep.

    Therefore, the Chief of the Indian Army must give a reply.

241. Supreme Court of India - Pounding the Constitution of India to Pulp.

     In his Republic Day eve address to the nation, on 25 January 2014, His Excellency the President of India, Mr. Prabab Mukherjee, said that corruption eroded democracy.   

     The denial of freedom of expression is the real act of corruption in India. Exploiting this mode of corruption, he could become the President of India. Sitting on the “top” of the Presidential Palace, he now ridicules 1000 million people.

       The Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Shino Abe, was the chief guest for the Republic Day. The Emperor of Japan had visited India a few days earlier. Apparently, Japan is now paying great attention to India.

    THE HINDU, on 28 January 2014, said that iron and manganese ore worth Re. 59203 crore was extracted illegally from the Odisha state.

         The miners allot about 20 per cent of their income for the wages of the workers, royalty, bribery and other incidental expenses. The rest is their profit.

     Even an average miner gets about Re.10,000 crore per year.

   After spreading the money among their friends and relatives, the beneficiaries cry for opportunity for investments. Naturally, they fix their eye on the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and the other public resources like the spectrum.  

    The above profit actually belongs to the people.

    It is not a question of legal or illegal mining.

     It is not a question of economic policy either.

   It is simply a question of taking the revenue of the state.

       No political leader - apart from this writer – has talked about this.

    Even if someone talks, the beneficiaries would not publish their views.

        Thus they change man in India from an intelligent being into a stupid and limited animal.

       THE HINDU, on the same day, said that Justice M.B. Shah Commission had fixed the responsibility for illegal mining on the businessmen, Odessa Government and the Union Government.

     Actually, the people are responsible for the above. They do not realize this because the truth does not penetrate their pores.

    The Supreme Court of India could have played a dominant role to enlighten the people.

       In this connection, it must be pointed out that a post card was sufficient to alert the judges in the Bihar Blinding Case (BBC). Now, even 240 letters are not sufficient to prevent the blinding of 1000 million people.

     The Supreme Court must send a reply to the letters from the people. However, it does not do so.    The direct consequence is that the General Will is not known. In fact, in such situations – Rousseau says - the people will what is bad.  

    Therefore, Supreme Court has to accept responsibility for the illegal mining.

       Chief Minister Anand Kejriwal, on 30 January 2014, released the list of the most corrupt Indian politicians.

     He carefully excluded Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. To him; small is big and big is small.

         Former President of India A.P J. Abdul Kalam, on 1 February 2014, urged the youths to pick up books and start reading and writing; and have a library at their homes.

    On 4 February 2014, he asked the students not to ape others. He wanted them to think “out of the box”.

  A Supreme Court of India bench comprising Justice Anil R. Dave and Justice S.A. Bobde, in a special sitting on Sunday, the 2nd February 2014, refused to stay the spectrum auction.

   Auction started from the next day and the government got over Re. 58000 crore.

    As the Supreme Court had not enforced freedom of expression, the bench should have kept its hands off the property of the people.

    The above judgement is a frightful one that pounded the Constitution of India to pulp.

   Public Sector Engineers India Limited sold 10 per cent of its shares on 2 February 2014.

    Every man need not know every action of the government.

   However, the government should have sold the shares after giving freedom.

     If it had done so, the people as a body, might have compelled the government to raise the revenue through some other ways.  

  Thus the government betrayed the trust of the people by its evasion.

   President of India, on 4 February 2014, arbitrarily conferred Bharat Retna- the highest civilian award to one of the all time great cricketers, Mr. Sachin Tendulkar and the eminent scientist, Mr. C.N.R. Rao.

    Had there been freedom, the present writer would have got it long ago.

   The enemies of freedom alone accept or retain such awards now.

    In this connection, it must be stated that even the judges for the Supreme Court are being selected without following any law.

   No wonder, the civilian awards are conferred arbitrarily.

       Union Minister V.K. Vasan, on 5 February 2014, requested Sri Lanka not to arrest any India fishermen.

    If the Union Government had given freedom, Sri Lanka would not have touched any India fishermen.

    Therefore, the fishermen are paying a heavy price for the denial of freedom.

   A company of Tata has been inviting this writer to its insurance wing at Nagercoil in the Tamil Nadu state for the last five years. Despite the refusal to work, there were two telephone calls in this year. Earlier, it had been sending unsigned letters.

     Tata alone could tell whether it happened with his knowledge or not.

  

   The Chief Minister of Goa, Mr. Manohar Parrikar, on 6 February 2014, deplored the ban – imposed by the Supreme Court - on mining.

   If the ban anywhere in India had worked, the workers might have agitated. Therefore, why is he filled with remorse? Is it to influence the Supreme Court?

     On the same day, he said that the mining work was the business of the government, and not the job of the judiciary.

   Thus he says that his kith and kin inherit the minerals.

   Business Line, on 11 February 2014, reported his views as headline news.

  Therefore, it is the order issued by the powerful people to the Supreme Court.

   The army must save the nation not only during war time but also during peace time.

    Hundreds of letters have been sent to the chief of the Indian Army.

   If he had picked up courage to send a reply to this writer, an uncomfortable chill might have ran down the spine of the system.

    Therefore, he must do his duty to protect Dharma (Justice). Then the people would look after how everything must happen.

    He must have the grace and courage to accept their will because General Will is bound to be correct.

       The facts from 18 January 2014 to 11 February 2014 are being submitted to His Excellency the President of India, Chief Justice of India, chiefs of the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force, High Courts, Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) simultaneously on 12 February 2014.
